They are so much better organised than we ever were managing our rental properties! Marty is friendly, efficient and mindful of budget when it comes to repairs. Quinovic Johnsonville have been our property managers for many years now. They take away our headaches as landlords! We have always found them to be highly efficient on all levels, cost effective and friendly. Highly recommended.
Landlords please stay well away from these property managers. I found the initial letting period to be confused and littered with incorrect communications. Do not expect to receive regular inspections on your property and then have information on final inspections withheld from you. Please note you are tied in for the length of the tenancy, I can expect to receive another 11 months of poor service.
I've been with Quinovic for over a year now and I'm happy with profesional and timely approach they are having. All issues relating to the property (if any) are flagged right away and I never had any issues. I don't need to worry about managing my property as they do it for me with great results.
Landlords please stay away from these people. Poor management and please read your contract terms carefully before you sign up your contract as we ended up by paying breaking fee until the tenancy end 18 months which is later than 1 year minimum term.
Tenants have more pets than as agreed but property manager never brought it to our attention . Poor inspection and The inspection reports in their website only have few photos which they cover only with places reasonably clean.
Final inspection was poor and We have been told carpet has been shampooed but it is not .We ended up with lot of cleanings.
I usually never write reviews but we really want to share our experience here and never recommend Quinovic.

Lived in a property with Quinovic Johnsonville as the Property management. The experience was not good. I will certainly avoid renting properties in the future with these guys as the property management team.
I'm a renter with Quinovic Johnsonville for a few years now. They've always been professional and helpful. Houses need repairs from time to time and they've been on time and efficient with how they deal with it. During the lockdown period I was kept well informed on how they were dealing with the lockdown and how it would affect me as a renter, with comprehensive and well thought out information for us. At a time of uncertainty, Quinovic Johnsonville gave my wife and myself assense of stability and reassurance. Highly recommended.
QPM Johnsonville remain an excellent business to work with. Property investments are well looked after with efficient service from the team. Good returns and xero vacancy over time speaks for itself.
Quinovic take all the stress out of being a Landlord as we trust them to look after our asset and when they recommend maintenance we agree wholeheartedly, as we trust them.
Applied for numerous places and haven't received a single e-mail/call back for weeks. Highly wouldnt reccomend.
Be careful with these guys. They dont give you the required information when swapping over tenants everything is done losely with no agreements. There is minimal care for tenants it just seems to be about themselves and the home owners. Take forever to respond to emails unless they need something. Very unhappy with my experience and would not reccomend them. Perfect example their response comes 3 months after the review was posted. Too little too late.
The team at Quinovic Johnsonville have always been outstanding. They are quick to address issues and keep me regularly updated. I am delighted with the overall service; they earn my highest recommendation. I cannot thank them enough for their incredible support over many years.

I have found the service to date to be very good and have already recommended Quinovic to a number of friends and colleagues .
When ownership of my rental property changed I mistakenly paid a weeks s rent to both the new owners and Quinovic. Multiple attempts to get the money back from Quinovic have come to nothing. On the third attempt I was told that the money had been overlooked and sent to the new owners (who have no record of this). A further two attempts to try and get my money back - money which does not belong to them and was certainly not theirs to spend have been ignored. Do not use this company.
