Great upscale place w/ standard services and amenities. I recommend the skybar for a swim or a cocktail with view on the Petronas towers. Great kitchen & breakfast choice!

Well designed, friendly staff. Good location at City centre

room excellent, but sky bar swimming pool must prohibit smoking when pool in use for swimming. I am swimming this morning 0700 hr found a couple smoking at the end of the pool.tak bolih tahan asap!!!!

Excellent Room but the Price was very high compare to other. Since I like Shangri-La Hotels that's why still booked this hotel.

Our experience wasn't pleasant because the bath area was choked and flooded after our first shower. We were also finding it difficult to dine in the hotel with the limited choice of restaurants (in fact there was only one choice which was the coffee shop, which was only partially open for business.). Also, the buggy service plying between KLCC and the hotel was suspended on the Saturday and Sunday we were there. It was equally disappointed that the spa facility was below expectation and operational hours were short. I used to have great experience staying with Shangri-la and Kerry Hotels. This Traders experience certainly leaves a lot to be desired at the price we were charged.

I have been going to Traders for years. I have never been disappointed with the way I have been treated. I have never had to wait long when checking in or checking out, for example. The rooms are always tip top. On my last trip, I had problems with the lift. When I mentioned this to the reception staff, he escorted me to the lift and made sure that I got the floor that I wanted. Now that is quality service. It is the simple gestures that make a lot of difference.

Best view .. great service . I would highly recommend it .

Located in the center, behind the Petronas Towers, which offer stunning views. On Wednesdays ladie's night girls drink for free.

Recomended hotel for businees and stay in Kuala Lumpur..

We are stay with our kids,we love hotel's swimming pool,normally I will waiting them to swim because I don't like cool water,but Trader Hotel's is warm water,suitable to kid.
this is the first time I use breakfast got Sushi,that is surprise to me

Very warm reception from all staffs from Gfloor all the way to Lv32 receiption. Stay was very pleasant, great foods served at lounge too. Overall enjoyed my short stay at Traders very much.

Excellent and clean hotel for the Marais and the best of both towers

It was great. The view is really fantastic! Only one minus - it is not possible to walk around, everywhere there are skyscrapers.

The staff has been very patience and managed to give their best service.

Spacious room with KLCC view..very nice! I prefer higher floor for KLCC view.

I think that in general I liked my stay, however, I find the rooms a bit outdated compared with other 5-star hotels I've recently been in in KL. The breakfast was definitely great (even if the room is too noisy), there were some vegan options (i liked the roti canai, vegetables & curry, the 2 vegan sushi, the fruits (even though not enough local variety), the unsweetened soy milk and fresh juices. There could be some vegan pastries added. Mind you: the room service menu has a vegetarian option with chicken! As chicken is an animal: this is not at all vegetarian! I loved the gym & the late check out, the bed was comfy, the access to the club lounge , even on our day of departure, was highly appreciated. The bathroom was very nice. I wish there would be no plastic bottles in the rooms, but glas re-usable bottles with filtered water & less plastic in general (like q-tips & toothbrushes: could be made of bamboo instead of plastic). I liked the eco-awareness for the changing of linen & towels.

It was overwhelming ! When ever I visit KL again , I ll make sure to stay at traders !
From the moment I stepped in to the hotel till I checked out ,their service was outstanding . The view from the room was fabulous . The small coffee shop has lots of delicacies to try out ! Some ice tea or freshly brewed coffee with some pitta bread or western Lasanna ;
It was truely a remarkable experience !

Interesting view, the first time for 5star but the second time, xbest as a large mirror facing the dirty room (1105) is sure to pack a cake after breakfast is x..something this chef is ready for the package to pack..top gone mood bile and the clothes are striped and they can say ... 2star jela ... satisfied me haha

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the buggy is also comfortable to Suiria Mall ~ shower water pressure is good too. If you stay for more than 3 days, you will not be able to eat for two days and eat better on the outside. It seems to be a choice.

Though may be a little more expensive but a superb breakfast spread plus the incredible view of the twin towers makes it a 5 star experience !

Quit and comfortable room perfectly cleaned each days, smiling and available staff. Amazing breakfast with choices of different cooking culture. Malaysian breakfast (so good) should be more highlighted : the stand is hidden in a corner of the kitchen. If one wants to quibble : decor of the bedroom might be updated.

It s easy to take the bus to the KLCC railway station.

My 'home sweet home' at least once a year. Especially for comic fiesta. Its a place where u request a cup of ice, they give u whole bucket, enough to do ice bucket challenge Side note, its one of the few hotel that still have smoking room! Im happy about that!

Traders has always been awesome. From the service staff, housekeeping, security guards and even the chefs. They have been great! Besides that, the rooms are spacious, comfy and pretty clean.

It was such a pleasant stay at traders. It was a really great experience staying at traders, I enjoyed a lot the view from my room where can directly see through the tallest building of Malaysia which is twin tower. The facilities and services are so tremendous, it is well deserved a 5 star rating.

All the existing assets in the room need to have improvement. There is quite a time in used.

I didn't use the hotel services, but I was in Sky Bar. The place has its own atmosphere, but unfortunately the prices are a little exaggerated. Until recently, they had quite reasonable promotions for drinks and alcohol, but have recently changed their policy in this regard. A curiosity for me was the fact that the place is promoted by Belvedere vodka - such an interesting accent.

Check-in was exhausting and annoying with the staff at the reception fiercely trying to sell an upgrade package. Not what I have expected in a 5-star hotel than a warming welcome. By special requests like restaurant reservation I was sent from one to another staff member. Poor breakfast not mainly because of variety but in terms of how the buffet looked like and was kept in order. Overall not to compare with hotels of this category. And yet didn t receive the safety deposit back which was blocked on my credit card.

This was one of the most memorable hotels we ever stayed at. Even though we initially booked a simple room, we decided to upgrade to a room with a view and even though it was pricey, it was totally worth it! The free drinks and snacks in the afternoon were a wonderful addition to this. It is very close to all the main attractions but be ready to walk a lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet. We specifically booked a room with a view of the Petronas Towers - the view was spectacular!!! We took a selfie from the room at night and the buildings are literally so close that in the photo it appears as if we're posing in front of a poster of the towers! We loved it :-)

Warm welcome on the Ground Floor and was offered for my suitcase to be taken straightaway before I proceeded to check in on the 5th floor.
All staff spoke professionally and warmly. I appreciated how the staff who brought my suitcase up offered to get a colleague to put the twin beds together and this was done very quickly.
The hot water system did not work on my last morning and when I called, I was offered a room on a lower floor to have my shower. I asked for a room on my floor and waited a little while for someone to bring a key. There was no hassle. All went smoothly. Well done. And thank you. I enjoyed my stay.

After I checked out the hotel, I realized that I've left my Ipad in my room, I contacted the Trader Hotel customer service to check if they've found my Ipad, Right away, they called the lost and found department and told me that they found my lost Ipad, Then I asked them if they can mail it back to USA where I live. When I got back to the USA at the end of my trip, in the next day, I've received my Ipad in the mail. I really happy the get my Ipad back and appreciated their honest and excellent customer service from the Trader Hotel staff.

The room was nice and spacious with very comfortable bed and all staff were friendly and helpful. The club lounge was a bit disappointing. Most other club lounges don't allow children under 12 and are therefore more sedate and relaxing. The snacks during the day were very limited, just cake and biscuits and evening drinks were quite poor compared to other lounges, no sparkling wine and no scotch whisky. Also other lounges have a bigger choice of drinks which are served to you, also a choice of cocktails, we were surprised that you had to get your own drinks. The hotel pool was quite nice, but it would be nice if there was a small outside area where you could relax, unfortunately that can't be helped with the design of the hotel. Also a shame there wasn't a nice restaurant at the top of the hotel to make the most of the wonderful view.

Nice bed finally had a good sleep! The view on the twin towers and the park is great and the skybar very vibrant at nights.

Check in fast. Room big and with fantastic view of PT. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Good pool with amazing view.

There are many types of morning buffet and it is fun.
When staying at the twin tower view club, you can see the twin tower and the fountain in the lower park all day.
