Very clean and amazing hotel. The variation on different foods from around the area is unbelievable. Well presented and quality cooked to a very high standard. Staff can not do enough for you without being in your space.

Not much of a spread for food choices but extremely convenient when attending conferences at the KLCC. relatively near the suria mall as well. Great view of the twin towers
just normal and we had a bad experience as my mom fell in the restaurant due to tight space of the tables/chairs which caused her to trip. Her face was bruised and hand sprained. Luckily your Duty manager Fauzi and team were fast response.
Only thing that I am not happy is your check in team. They are not aware that I am diamond golden circle member and do not provide update. When I asked, the malay lady showed the face that she was not happy. I think her name was Aishah. She has no idea on diamond circle member details at all. My amenities in the room was also not provided when check in. Very disappointed as being a royal member of golden circle in this hotel. Totally different in other Shangri la hotel.

This stay we invited my whole family members of 19. We have 7 childrens and 2 older folks. All of us not only enjoyed the hotel large rooms and Excecutive club facilities but shared the whole experience of a big family staying in the same building for the past four days. It was really great for family retreat. We can meet at L32 for get together after a tired day out. The friendly staffs and great servces was always there for us. Especially L32 Manager Sina, he is someone who give all his best to made us feel proud of this hotel. Thanks.
If you want to see the twin tower view, you need to reserve a twin tower view room.
If the room is very normal and the scenery is important, it is a very good hotel.

Best view of Petronas Twin Towers. A very nice view to fall asleep into. Most of Petronas' lights are turned off at midnight though, so enjoy them before 12. Reception is at the 5th floor, which is also where the hotel's restaurant is located. Check out the Skybar for some drinks and good crowd.

It was a great stay. Very efficient check in with mobile application and Vincent who help us check out is very professional and polite. The house keeping team also did a great job, room is very clean and tidy. Sina and all his team at executive lounge are the best. Very helpful !! Lastly thanks to Karen, front office manager who made everything possible. Will definitely come back again.

We booked a Suite Room with intention to see the 2019 New Year Countdown firework at KLCC. The whole stay was a total let down.
One advice to all PATRONS FOR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION. DONT EXPECT ANY service that you will expect during the normal stay.
1) We went to the hotel at 2pm and only managed to check in at 5pm.
2) After we checked in and went to the club lounge,, the club lounge was full and by the time we managed to enter the lounge, its almost closing time. There was not finger food food left nor was there any attempt to refill the empty trays and plate.
3) The club lounge was supposed to be open till 11.00 pm but due to the New Year Countdown, the 32th floor was used for the New Year celebration. So no service promised.
4) Breakfast at the club lounge. Due to the lounge used for the new year celebration the night before, the breakfast was moved to the cafe on the 5th floor and no exclusive service meant for the executive room. So many people and so limited place to be seated.
5) Check out was slow and the queue was long. What a long wait and a disappointed New Year Celebration stay at Traders Hotel.
The only plus point for this stay was the excellent firework view from my room with The KLCC Twin Tower in full view.
My stay at Traders Hotel on other occassion was good though the staff were not so friendly nor helpful.

This hotel is the best place for enjoying the view of the Petronas twin towers and by walking distance with easy access directly from hotel to KLCC, Aquaria KLCC and LRT. Room is very big and comfort. Coziness of Bed and pillows were perfect for me. Breakfast were stunning and delicious. Helpful staffs at registration in both check in and out. Surrounding area of Traders hotel is perfect for everyone who come for both business and private trip. Well, we enjoyed to stay at this hotel very much. I think next visit of my family we will stick with this hotel.

Check in process very slow and was made complicated by staff trying to upgrade the room. We were then sent an email after we had checked out saying we had not paid for the water! We had!

Unfortunately, it is getting on in years and is absolutely unclean. Complaints are only reacted to after intense pressure. There is actually nothing that is not damaged or defective
Breakfast is also very bad dirty plates .. glasses. Handling like in the dining room of a large kitchen.
As a tip, the third photo here is a helicopter platform that is converted into a bar every day from 6 p.m. great view sunset drinks a bit expensive but no entry but you should be there at 5.30 p.m. at the latest because it has probably not been an insider tip for a long time

It's a 5 * so my level of demand is very high. The buffet on the 5th floor is quite spectacular. The extraordinary location probably of the best views of the towers. The service varies, very friendly in general but sometimes lack professionalism in the service, at least what should be required of a hotel in this category. Details but on several occasions I have not felt the personalized attention at the level of giving the 5 *. In addition the SKYBAR can be heard in some high rooms. Despite having an empty plant in between.
Great :-) Food could be a bit better though from the cafe during lunchtime.

Our best hotel stay ever... I stayed for 2 nights at the Traders Hotel with my family. We were staying in the Traders Club Twin Towers View room. I can unhesitatingly say that this stay was the best ever hotel stay that me and my family have had. The view of the magnificent Twin Towers from our room was breathtaking and unparalleled. The guest room and the bathroom was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. House keeping does their job perfectly. Room service was very efficient. The breakfast buffet was a lavish affair. There were sufficient options available for vegetarians too. Overall this was definitely the best ever hotel stay for us.

This place got everything you need. Location, facilities, services you name it. Of course sometimes theres a hicup but doesn't mean they not good infect their people were excellent. Be friend to them, sure you get their unconditionally love. Trust me, I'm a hotelier.
Amazing rooms, and delicious buffet spread for breakfast. :) the gym is quite nice with a fantastic view of the petronas and skyy bar is a must visit on the weekend.
The bathroom needs some extra maintenance. I stayed in room 2017 this time and my shower hose was leaking. I had a similar problems during my previous stays (rooms 2919 and 2717).
Also, I will strongly recommend you to change hairdryers in all rooms and replace them with better models. Also, it's best if the hairdryer is not fixed in the drawer as it is now. The cord is too short and it's not convenient to use it, especially when you need mirror to deal with your hair.
Other than that, everything is good. The staff requires a separate praise! Very helpful and obliging - from reception to housekeeping.

The only downside i could see was the rooftop pool was a bar and open to public. It was still very nice however the pool was shared with guests coming to the rooftop bar.
This hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with convenient transportation and a park nearby. It is a good star hotel in the morning and evening. The waiters are friendly, welcoming and well serviced.
Everything looks nice.. From the room decoration, foods, facilities and also the staff.. the staff very helpfull and nice..and i like the most on the view.. very beautiful.. my husband and i very enjoy on this trip.. we hope can stay here again next time..

You get a very nice view of the city with a reasonably priced cocktail( around 45 RM) however you have to book for a window seat I think or spend 500 RM to sit there! However if you just wait for someone to leave and then dash in and take some pictures before someone comes up and asks if you have a reservation!

Superb hotel, we are housed in a premium suite overlooking the Petronas Towers. The suite is large, cleanly furnished, super bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Between 17-19 we have free food and drink
Traders and s a home to all travelers. The environment is relax, cozy and staff are very friend, which always made me feel really at home

I had the most unpleasant experience since I reached the hotel everything were not pleasant at all starting with the attitude of the staff Going through the very very bad room service and breakfast ending up with the materialistic type of attitude regarding asking me to pay every time I had to make any order.
Great room overlooking twin towers, definitely worth stopping in as it is not crowded in like other hotels here. But make sure you book a Tower view room...
It was a pleasant stay for my family and I. However, one thing to note is the solemn faces of your housekeeping folks. Seems to me that they are waking up on the wrong side of the bed DAILY. It used to be...them greeting the guests whenever we meet with happy faces and most importantly, sincerity. Now, even my kids greet them first and their reply would be somewhat forced to say good morning or even a simple hello.
On a better note, the 32nd floor lounge staff were a happy sight. It was good to see familiar faces like Fred (not sure of his last name). His service was top of the class. Made me and my family felt home away from home. 1000 likes for the staff on the 32nd floor!

Nice decorations for our anniversary celebration. A view with twin tower is nice. Free buggy service for access Suria shopping centre located at klcc. A connection bridge thru klcc convention centre to Pavillion is walking distance. Aquaria KLCC is suitable for family visiting. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is variety choice at 5th floor. Sky bar is there if you prefer a nightlife activities. Or you can take buggy to klcc for viewing musical fountain at 8pm.

Awesome hotel, if you are visiting kl then this is the hotel you should aim for. The air con is a bit agressive and breakfast isn't quite up to the hotel's star rating. It's in the best location and the views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are helpful and polite... However, as with most of the region, service at bars isn't amazing. The sky bar is clearly under staffed for its popularity and service, the staff and guests all suffer for this lack of resource. However the sky bar is absolutely awesome and makes the hotel worth the visit alone. Food here is excellent as it is in kl in general
