I really liked the hotel. Gorgeous view, we took a view of the tower. Club room, with breakfast and a club lounge, from 17 to 19, can be considered very satisfying.

Nothing beats the view of The Twin Towers from Skybar and many other parts from the hotel

Love the fact that the staffs are very attentive and courteous. Just to share a minor unpleasant experience I had over the last stay where I was requesting for the laundry to be returned and the housekeeping reverted that I do not have any laundry left with the them. Waited for about 10-15 minutes for them to check and thankfully they found it. Other than that, it has been a pleasant and wonderful stay.

Skybar is awesome, but service is sometimes lousy. :) Still likes the overall experience :)

Your security guards look a bit scary and are completely useless - didnt even bother to help us carrying luggage so I suggest you get rid of them and hire people who will help customers.

The room was great. Friendly staff. Very convenient to walk to KLCC. They have buggy services as well. Too bad i forgot to request for tower view. Else, it would be great.

Well, besides the usual smiles and welcome backs, the Concierge Team (Koi, Fizz, Gary) all helped me with a couple of boxes that were delivered before I got there, Gerald and Sima helped me out with those boxes and reservations and Anastasia and Chad helped me get some things back that I'd left behind. So i'd call that outstanding service.

Might be one of the best place to enjoy twin tower night view.

Swift Check-In, Warm Staffs, And very Decent room and toiletries, with ready made extra bed (for my kids) and readily arranged air-purifier. Very small bath tub though. And the room smell.. is sad actually. I dunno how many revenue were lost due to the smell (in the upper floors above 27 floor)

To combine the swimming pool with bar is a new concept and very appealing for the bar patrons, but, inconveniences the swimmers as we need to get down to our swim suits in front of the bar patrons. For me this concept is not good. You should definitely make another swimming pool just for swimming and not wet your bar patrons (as swimming usually causes surrounding area to be wet) or the patrons ogling the swimmers.

Trader's lounge was perfect. Sina and staffs were excellent throughout the stay. Nice views, attentive staffs, nice choice of readings and watching, nice foods and drinks too.

Overall is worth the money spent. Just the smell..

Very beautiful hotel located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and surrounded by the beautiful and green gardens

The hotel is very annoying and there are excavation works in front of the hotel and there are no seating in the lobby

The Tower View was, without a doubt, the best hotel room view I have had in my life.

I am very happy that the hotel was able to provide wheel chair and disable friendly room for my Mom. I have stayed so many times in traders and I like the staff. Their smiles and willing to help.

The place with the best view of the Petronas, in my opinion. Great for having a drink and taking photos of the sunset.

With such pricing, never have i stayed in a hotel with NO WIFI and safe box? Its ridiculous! Room furnitures are also not well maintain. Air cond not functioning very well. Very dissapointed.

The staff were excellent, right down to the life guard in the pool area. The view from our room was superb.

Go for rooms facing klcc around level 12 for best views

Nice hotel in excellent location. Beginning to show signs of age. Have stayed here previously but won't stay again in the future. Better options available for the money.

I was at the Sky Bar, good food, good atmosphere and good waiters

The high-altitude swimming pool is not a place to sunbathe indoors, but the scenery is superb.
Cafeteria lunch is less expensive, less recommended

Great services and nice staff. However overestimated that hotel limousine with RM350 would be a car (at least "Camry, Accord, Teana" or relevant) rather than a van.

On returning to airport after check-out, a limousine van's driver was not good. Worse driving skill caused so dizzy as he always brake for nothing and no sense of urgency as we might be late check-in at the airport.

Everything excellent but not limousine experience, next time probably find the grabcar or taxi would be a better choice.

Great rooms and staff and amazing views of the skyline!

We stayed here for a week. The staff and service was superb - our housekeeper, the Traders Club manager, the Bogo Upstairs lounge staff where we hosted a reception, and the checkin desk. When our (non-hotel) departure taxi did not arrive, the concierge smoothly lined up a taxi and resolved the problem. We ate in both the the Traders Club and on the 5th floor and both experiences were great. The choice of food was wide-ranging, well-prepared and delicious. We stayed in a suite which I highly recommend for long stays - more room to stretch out and a great view of the city.
When we next visit a city with a Traders/Shangri-La hotel, we'll definitely book there. Thanks for making this a great business/vacation trip.

Great hotel, especially with the Traders Club add-on, which means free snacks and drinks on one of the top floor for tea time and cocktails hour. View is amazing, staff is good. Had a great time there

Staff was incredibly nice, room was very spacious and clean, and overall it was not that expensive. The breakfast buffet was very nice and certain floors can be accessed by guests to eat and drink with a view. The shuttle to Suria KLCC was helpful as well. Most importantly, the view from our room was breathtaking and had a perfect view of the Petronas towers. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and clean hotel, but the problem of the elevator on the elevators and the best thing in it overlooking the Malaysian landmark Towers and Tower of Four Seasons, Mall and Garden General strong

Nice hotel next to Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, got a very popular bar on the roof level, Sky Bar the name where you can view the Petronas Twin Tower from there. They also provide buggy service from the hotel to The Suria Shopping Mall at Petronas Twin Tower.

Amazing experience, customer service off the chart, definitely upgrade to the club rooms, the twin tower view is well worth it. The sky bar is great but mostly full of people standing around trying to look pretty. Gym is well equipped, WiFi is excellent. The club lounge is excellent, alcohol served from 5pm, free, food throughout the day. Great views, 32nd floor. Breakfast is unbelievable, awesome range and the people are just wonderful, smiley and helpful. I love this hotel. One observation, traders hotel will benefit from offering the 'handy' mobile phone service.
