We stayed at Golden sand resort on 26 till 28 Oct. My son misplaced his wallet in the room. When we are about to leave to airport on 28 Oct 6pm, Mr Raymond ran to us as he could recognise my son's outlook from his I C. We are truly amazed and touched from this extra ordinary service and personal touch from Mr Raymond.
We are very grateful to the housekeeping staff and Mr Raymond for their excellent service or else my son will not be able to catch his flight home.
Through out the years we have stayed in many hotels, but Raymond, you provide the highest standard of customer care.
