The room was kept clean however the shower overflowed during use almost every time, even though this was reported it was not fixed properly.
Esther the cleaner was superb and I could not fault her work.

One of the most luxurious and beautiful hotels in the city, overlooking the two towers, and their breakfast is fantastic and delicious and has all kinds of meat, fish, etc., and treated the crew is wonderful and very respectable.
I recommend to go for a room with petronas towers view.

The benefits of a club room are not worth the price. The view is good, but the food is very small. There are only a few foods that are closed at 19.00. Afternoon snacks have a few desserts drinks have very few options.
One of the most luxurious hotels in which I lived welcome and reception at the gate and the smile that did not leave the faces of the staff from the hotel entry to the exit of the rooms and cleanliness is excellent options suitable for tastes for breakfast I would recommend to live in it

Excellent location. Hotel service 5 *. The panoramic room overlooks the towers. The rooms are clean the beds are extremely comfortable. There are many good-value restaurants in the area.

Upon my arrival, I was very well welcomed by the receptionist (Mr Idham). The staff of the hotel are friendly and courteous, the food is perfect (breakfast at Gobo Chit Chat & in room dining) and the amenities provided at the hotel are excellent. In overall, I am comfortable and satisfied with accommodation provided. The only unsatisfactory experience I encountered during my stay recently is the smelly water heater/ kettle in my room which I'm unable to use to prepare my hot drinks due to the bad smell.

The price quality ratio is acceptable, they offer a high quality product and they charge it, the views of the hotel to the Petronas Towers is excellent, but they come out more expensive, it's worth it. The rest of the services is excellent, any need is met urgently, the checkout was very fast. High price, high quality.

Only criticism why do you charge for tea/coffee we are able to make in our rooms?? I have traveled the world & this is a first. I would have expected tea & coffee stations around the hotel for guests to help themselves!!
Also we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a view of the PT I would have thought if you had spare rooms you would have given us one of these rooms. Instead we had a view of a building site which worked through the night! I will be back to Traders tomorrow night let s hope I get a better room. It is these things that one remembers!!
What an amazing place, great location and excellent service
We stayed here for a few nights and found the location to be great. You are in the heart of kuala lumpur and have a fantastic view of the petronas towers. For families this is also great as you have a very large park with a playground right infront of the hotel, so you can take the kids there. Klcc mall is also walking distance away. Great location and great view.

Traders has always been my only choice when travelling in KL. I love the friendliness of the staffs. However, after 6 years of warm stay with your hotel, I felt a slight deterioration in the customer service i.e. smiles on the staffs' face, housekeeping alertness etc. It wasn't as natural as before. Most staffs have less smile on their faces. I guess they need a motivational move to boost their morale and energy back!
One more thing. The toilet in my room (2607) had a very weird and stink smell, but I did not bother to report it. it came from the sewer

The security is quite tight (bag checking). I do understand the need and as the hotel guest, i feel safe due to the added security check. Perhaps to limit to non guest personnel only? Because some people may exit and enter the hotel multiple times during the stay and it could be a slight discomfort to them.
Also, please check the parking ticket validation. Even though I parked at the 2nd gate (Hotel designated parking), and after validation of ticket, during my exit after checkout, the final gate wont opened and it said that the payment was not enough. Had to push the button and talk to somebody and explain that I stayed at the hotel etc etc before the gate was opened and I can exit.

I was prompted over the phone on what floor and my preference whether I want my room to be near the elevator and upon arrival all arrangement were as per my request. The view from my room was the beautiful garden. The reception was very helpful. Food during breakfast was bountiful. Minor improvement though on cutleries need to be available at all times. Otherwise, excellent service.
This is my third visit to Malaysia and the best hotel. The location and facilities are so comfortable.
If you come to the wall, it is definitely a place to come again.

The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble, from the housekeeping, concierge to service and front of house staff. We enjoyed a memorable stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the food and beverage service and offerings are excellent.
Everything was good. Only suggestion for improvement is the quality of food at the 5th floor cafe. It s ok but nothing to rave about.
The stay was great as usual, but there's just one thing: Please let customers know of the 600rm service deposit (by cash and credit card only) much earlier. I was taken by surprise when informed of this during the check-in process. Luckily, I had the extra cash on hand as debit cards weren't allowed for this.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good rooms, comfortable bed and sofa bed for our daughter. Trader's Club was lovely with great views and good nibbles/drinks (although the wine could be a bit better quality). Excellent breakfast for both extent of choice and quality.

Been staying at the Traders for three nights and had a fabulous time. Really enjoyed the hospitality and the complimentary benefits that came with their Club rooms.
The room itself (on Level 31) was spacious and clean with a fantastic and unspoiled view of KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers (Doubt you'd find a better view). The hotel itself is modern, well-located and will give you the chance to explore the city centre by foot. I found the staff to be super friendly and welcoming at all times.
Breakfast was also excellent and worth a visit alone. Traditional Malaysian food with a mix of Western and Indian dishes, fresh Sushi and plenty of choice of sweets and cakes.
The only downside for some people might be the long transport from and to the International Airport (takes around 1-1.5 hrs by KLIA Ekspres and taxi). However, not much time to save if you want to stay in the centre.
In summary, can only recommend staying at the Traders Hotel and given the experience, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in KL. With appreciation.

Horrible experience to wait in long queue just to pay parking ticket as it does not have TouchNGo service and the machine rejects almost all notes we tried.
Settled my payment after waiting in line for almost 40minutes.

Traders is a valuable and warmest hotel i ever been, I stay with my family 3 days 2 nights in suite room tower view was excellent. And restaurant buffet breakfast was good. And my family love it, just the schedule was too short after we came back from Japan. Well keep it up. I ll sure coming back next time of course.

I stayed in the room with perfect view of the Petronas twin towers. That building is a architectural marvel and the lighting makes it very beautiful in different time. So one can always enjoy the windows view of that great towers when stay in that room.
also the sky bar is very fancy. It has a swimming pool in the middle, which provides great ambience when it goes dark.
The provided breakfast buffet is top notch. One can enjoy food from many different domains. I can choose this hotel just because its breakfast.

Stay at the club house rooms, breakfast was inculded at the club lounge, cocktail from 5pm to 7 pm. Beverage serve from 7am to 11pm.
It is cheap and the facilities are fine .. Breakfast is quite good ..
Wonderful and clean and close to all places and staff are helpful and beautiful view but the buffet breakfast I like a variety of mostly Sushi and eat them

Beware of requesting taxis at the hotel unless you want to pay double for the same service. They will charge you double for each trip! Going to the airport with a meter is 75 MYR. Ordering it at the hotel or taking it at the door is 130 MYR !!
Very nice hotel with good facilities and quality buffet dining experience. This hotel offers a fantastic room view of the towers for a reasonable price. Staff could be more attentive. Roof club is okay.
Great service all around. We were happy to be given early check in and late check out. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Only issue was the water which needed to be run for 5 minutes before it was heated. Breakfast was great and the strawberry smoothie which was served to guests was delicious.
