On each occasion my appointment was on time and my beautifully cleaned car was ready on schedule. Great customer service - all the staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a pleasant waiting area.

Took my little car in for its second service yesterday. Service team helpful and kept me informed. My service plan is very affordable and no other charges were payable at this time. Even though one tyre was worn and on amber alert they advised that it did not yet need replacing (even though I would have had it done there and then) and would send a reminder based on my mileage to bring it in for a new tyre in the future. I like having that peace of mind and feel I'm in safe hands. Whilst there I overheard them making alternative arrangements for a customer which went above normal customer care standards. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and service centre to anyone and thank my Dad for recommending it to me!

I was looking for a new motability car. After having 3 Nissan's in the past i wanted something different. Having a look around at other car showrooms i went into Tracks of Exeter. I went up to the motability sales man Alec stott and told him i was looking for something different. He was so kind enough to show me around the cars. The Suzuki Vitara 4x4 took my eye. Alec told me everything i wanted to know about the car. He was so very helpful and professional at his job. I placed my order for the car there and then. He said it could take up to 3 months till i get the car but he would try to get it sooner for me. 8 weeks later i was back in the showroom picking up my new car. Alec Stott was very helpful all the way through the process from looking at the cat to getting the keys to my new car. He was very friendly and professional at his job. He put the customer first at all times. And he made it known that if i had any problems with my new car or if i needed to ask a question about the car, that i could phone him anytime for help and advice. I will be very happy to recommend Tracks of Exeter to all my friends and there friends. I am so happy i called into Tracks showroom when i did. Thank you very much for everything.
Popped in at the weekend to check out some jimnys, why do they employ people with no sales skills who had allegedly worked there for 6 but still had no idea of their products let alone their own stock. Why also do you walk into a dealership and get ignored, why is their dealership so unappealing complete waste of time and energy

There's a difference between no pressure and uninterested I would suggest you in future pick up the phone and call someone who complains as you'll be amazed what you find out.

I purchased my Susiki Alto from Tracks of Exeter over 4 years ago and have always had one of their service plans which are excellent value for money. I recently had an issue with my car and asked Tracks to have a look for me and advise of the problem and cost of repair. To my genuine surprise I was contacted after about 3 hours of dropping off my car to say they had found the fault, repaired it under my lifetime warranty, and it was washed and ready for collection!! Took my car in for its service last week, we have always used Barnstaple Suzuki but will never do that again. The staff here were really nice, friendly and very efficient. Had the car back in just under 2 hours ( at Barnstaple it was nearly all day) washed and hoovered and everything explained on the service sheet. Many thanks. See you again soon.

I am very pleased with the way in which Jack showed me the controls of my new used car. I have had four Suzukis in a row but this time I have bought a Honda. The service and attention was just as good as before.

I would personally like to thanks David Upton for my recent car repair. I was given a loan car whilst it was being fixed which was also an awesome drive. My car is in excellent running order. David's customer service is awesome, he even threw in a pair of Suzuki sunglasses as my birthday was just around the corner. I consider David went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer due to having to take my car back 3 times in 4 months. David, thanks again, the car is running great and I'm still loving and rocking my sunglasses :)

The car dealer deal with a manafactor alot of people wouldn't think of , because Suzuki is better known for their motor bikes and not cars , but give tracks a look at because the staff is so helpful and the choice of cars not only Suzuki's ,I have had three Suzuki's the last one I brought was a sx4s-cross in April of this year,it is only 18 months old

My car went in for its annual service and MOT on Monday. David Upton was there to welcome me. As it was the first car in for the day the mechanics started work straight away saying it would be ready around 1100. It was actually ready at 1050 and fully roadworthy, having also had a wash. My late Wife bought her first Suzuki from Tracks of Exeter 16 years ago, she was so impressed with the level of service given her that we became regular customers with an exception when she had to have a motability car, since her demise l have gone back to Tracks because of the excellent reception that l get firstly from Graham who greets me like an old friend when l enter the showroom and what more can one say about the delightful Anita and her efficient ways when sorting out the servicing that perhaps the car needs, My current Grand Vitara is my fifth Suzuki and the latest MOT and service on it found that apart from an Oil change and filter it was faultless, I will miss Julian's ready grin and manners, so what is my opinion ? The work that was done at the Suzuki was good and the staff very pleasant, however, it came as a bit of a shock, after having left home early and travelled from North of Tiverton, to find that staff on reception could find no record of us or our appointment made weeks earlier. We visited the garage in person to discuss the servicing and the phone call to discuss a servicing agreement did not happen as promised, hence the phone call I made to the garage booking in the car. I was pleased at how the staff worked to rectify the inadequacies of their colleague...Thanks!

I had a bad experience at Tracks of Taunton and brought my car to Exeter to have the issue resoled. I am very pleased to say that the service I received was spot on and what you would expect from any good dealership, was given a warm welcome and booked in my car, the chap booking the car in also did a walk around my car with me to inspect for any damage etc, having had issues with other dealers in the past I wish other dealers would take note as it is a really good idea. I was kindly offered a loan car but declined as my car would only be there for an hour or so, I did say that I might pop off and get something to eat and was pointed to a cafe right next door where I had a cracking full English breakfast....highly recommend you try it. All in all a very pleasant experience visiting Tracks of Exeter and I would like to thank Steven and Harry Ody for taking the time to help me resolve the issue that I had with the Taunton Branch.
