The work that was done at the Suzuki was good and the staff very pleasant, however, it came as a bit of a shock, after having left home early and travelled from North of Tiverton, to find that staff on reception could find no record of us or our appointment made weeks earlier. We visited the garage in person to discuss the servicing and the phone call to discuss a servicing agreement did not happen as promised, hence the phone call I made to the garage booking in the car. I was pleased at how the staff worked to rectify the inadequacies of their colleague...Thanks!
