I was looking for a new motability car. After having 3 Nissan's in the past i wanted something different. Having a look around at other car showrooms i went into Tracks of Exeter. I went up to the motability sales man Alec stott and told him i was looking for something different. He was so kind enough to show me around the cars. The Suzuki Vitara 4x4 took my eye. Alec told me everything i wanted to know about the car. He was so very helpful and professional at his job. I placed my order for the car there and then. He said it could take up to 3 months till i get the car but he would try to get it sooner for me. 8 weeks later i was back in the showroom picking up my new car. Alec Stott was very helpful all the way through the process from looking at the cat to getting the keys to my new car. He was very friendly and professional at his job. He put the customer first at all times. And he made it known that if i had any problems with my new car or if i needed to ask a question about the car, that i could phone him anytime for help and advice. I will be very happy to recommend Tracks of Exeter to all my friends and there friends. I am so happy i called into Tracks showroom when i did. Thank you very much for everything.
