Car in for annual service, staff helpful,free drinks and bill no too bad.
2nd Sept 2019 Car in for second service, made welcome on arrival, had usual free hot chocolate drink.David Upton very helpful and polite as usual.
All servicing done , vehicle washed without me asking, and bill was even lower this year, cant complain over that. Many thanks to all.

Contacted Tracks for first time since buying Suzuki - -all staff I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable,and my service was carried out promptly and efficiently - - I will certainly use them again.

Best dealership I have dealt with in 50 years of motoring. Reception, timing, speed, and quality of servicing was excellent. Well done to everyone in Exeter.

Got my car through the Motability scheme and salesperson who took care of my order, Will, went above and beyond to help make sure I got the car I wanted, in the colour I wanted, with the adaptations I needed in very good time. Everyone I dealt with at Track s were helpful, and made sure I had anything I needed, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and I will most definitely be ordering my next car from them as the Suzuki Vitara is a fabulous car and I can t see any other car beating it!

Today I collected an Immaculate Swift Sport from them and travelled 260 Miles from Sheffield to Exeter to view the Car.

I am really particular when it comes to my Cars and their Condition and right from the word go I dealt with Jack who was brilliant with my initial enquiries and answered all my questions to give me the piece of mind that the Car was as good as it appeared and that it was worth the long journey.

I have travelled all over the UK in the past to view Cars and walked away as they where not as described but I am happy to say I was not disappointed when I first viewed the Car it was exactly as described.

The entire process from my initial enquiry last Week to the Handover Today was made very easy and pleasurable, No pressure at all at any point, Very relaxed atmosphere in the Showroom and the Staff where all Professional and most importantly honest to any questions I have had.

They even collected me from the Railway Station on both occasions!

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Car from them in the Future.

We bought our new car from here. Very good customer service and sales department. Only issue is an older guy on the service counter. Seemed in a bad mood and was not very friendly.

We collected our Vitara from Tracks on Weds. From Sales to Parts they are helpful and good people to deal with. The Customer Service is efficient and they really make an effort to win your business. Their site is a bit cramped so customer parking can be difficult. Before collection they even carried out the 12 month Service which wasn't due for another two weeks, now that's Good Service!

Excellent service from Tracks, Car in for the annual service and MOT it was handled with great efficiency and a smile. The car was needed fairly quickly so they said it would be ready by 1:00 pm, was ready for collection by 12:30 pm well done.

Our Ignis 3yrs old already, usual friendly service at Tracks and its first MOT.
All done promptly and we had a loan car no problems at all.

Great service from this company, not like other car dealerships where you have to sit and wait for the service person to come and see you (eventually). David is there ready with your booking sheet. Texted when service has been completed and when returning no faffing around waiting for someone to give you your keys back. Just good honest customer service. Well done!!!

Tracks are brilliant - we have two Suzuki cars and have had great service from Tracks. They have just fitted two new tyres at a very reasonable price to my Swift, and cleaned and hoovered it for me too. Great! Many thanks.

Last year I wrote a review after the annual service on my excellent Grand Vitara
When I worked in Germany All our diesels were run for 200,000 k at least.
"My Diesel Vitara has done 95,000 miles and thanks to the splendid care it gets from Tracks/ Exeter, I'm sure she will do 200,000 MILES one day

Well I am now well in to the second 100,000 miles and the car is running better than ever. I feel this is due to the splendid design of the Suzuki AND the admirable professionalism of Tracks engineers in their service department.
So come on Japan and England, we did great things together in the World rugby. Suzuki and Tracks together are champions in the automotive business. Hoorah!!!!!!!!

Went in for my service which was dead easy. Greeted by all the staff, was recommended the cooked breakfast at the cafe next door (which was ace!), quick turn around with it all being done within an hour and then I was out the door. Quick and easy!

Didn't end up buying a car here as decided not for us. However the level of service and attention given was outstanding. Not your usual hard sell but genuinely helpful and pressure free. My mum owns an older suzuki and brings it here to be serviced and receives the same level of service as as it she had a nice new car! If your in the market for a Suzuki them I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Exeter branch booked in for a service - Lovely staff. Really helpful. Even touched up a couple of rust spots. Would highly recommend.

I booked my Celerio in for an MOT and service (no problem.) Three hours later I collected my car (no problem.) Fantastic service from the Exeter team and a special thanks to Anita for making everything problem free.

Had the MOTed on the 5th Feb 2019, as always the customer service was excellent - the MOT was completed very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend using this garage. We are thinking of buying another S - Cross from Tracks.

Took my car in for winter service this week. Dealt with promptly and
efficiently whilst I enjoyed a coffee. All staff exchanged pleasantries
whether or not I was dealing with them. Car was washed and vacuumed
and looked like new (so my wife said).

Tracks of Exeter have serviced & MOTd my car for the last 6 yrs or so and I've never had cause for complaint. The process has been largely effortless for me (apart from having to pay - naturally!): booking, use of courtesy car, up dates on the work etc. And to top it all, I end up with a clean car and some reading material! Thank you and keep up the good work :-)

Took my daughters car in for a service today. Anita was on reception who was extremely efficient And friendly. I found the whole experience very Safe and efficient. I bought a Mercedes SLK from Tracks in July, Both Jack & Craig were great & after a bit of tricky negotiation I went away with my new car ready for summer. Craig rang me a week or so later to ensure I was happy with my purchase ( a nice gesture) Two months after the purchase my car threw up a service light, a quick call to tracks I spoke to David who was really helpful and it was booked back in and given a full service & clean as promised and they even reimbursed my fuel for the journey. Overall I would recommend Tracks as dealer.

I purchased my car from Tracks over a year ago. Harry and the team gave excellent customer service. He and the team went above and beyond their sales duties. Since then recently I took my car back for a service and the team in the service again gave me excellent service. So informative and friendly. Tracks are 100% the way car sales should be.
