I had a bad experience at Tracks of Taunton and brought my car to Exeter to have the issue resoled. I am very pleased to say that the service I received was spot on and what you would expect from any good dealership, was given a warm welcome and booked in my car, the chap booking the car in also did a walk around my car with me to inspect for any damage etc, having had issues with other dealers in the past I wish other dealers would take note as it is a really good idea. I was kindly offered a loan car but declined as my car would only be there for an hour or so, I did say that I might pop off and get something to eat and was pointed to a cafe right next door where I had a cracking full English breakfast....highly recommend you try it. All in all a very pleasant experience visiting Tracks of Exeter and I would like to thank Steven and Harry Ody for taking the time to help me resolve the issue that I had with the Taunton Branch.
