I was quite impressed with them on my first visit to for service. Shelby was very helpful and easy to deal with in the service department. She contacted me before doing any work and was great at explaining what work needed to be done. Very easy to set up an appointment and get you out quickly with a nice loaner car. They even cleaned my car. I will be using them again and would recommend them. Very positive experience.

Excellent customer service. I have the option of buying other cars but I love my Lexus and I'm waiting for another iteration of the LS 460. I just cannot stand the new stylings of the Lexus with the awful front grill. But I will not buy any other vehicle other than a Lexus.

Daughter recently purchase a new car there, the vechile left the property with no ownership, plates not registered to vechile , and no proof of insurance package ( which was provided) . Purchased many new vehicles and have never had this experience, especially with the name associated with Lexus . Only reason we found all of this out is the vechile was hit by a dear and the officer was nice enough not to give her fines for all the missing information. Police were shocked as well to not have all this information in a new vechile leaving the lot, these are rookie mistakes , not ones of a professional dealership imo. Hope the service end is better than the sales side.

We bought a used vehicle from Lexus of London last month. The dealership and cars were very clean and staff friendly. Tom Hiscott was our sales representative and was very attentive to all our needs both before and after the sale. He worked hard to put our deal together and was always available to communicate with us via phone, e-mail, etc. I recommend Tom Hiscott for your new or used vehicle search.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lexus of London, particularly with Stephanie. I m a young female and was buying my first car. From the first point of contact Stephanie was incredibly on the ball, friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions despite the fact that I was buying a used Mazda from a Lexus dealership. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and it gave me some reassurance to be buying a vehicle from another young female.

After my test drive, Stephanie went over all the things I should consider in a truly unbiased way and provided me with lots of information that allowed me to make an informed decision. I truly felt that Stephanie was there to help me, and her main objective was that I got what was best for me, not that she made the sale regardless of what I needed. Stephanie is not only incredibly trustworthy, but clearly cares about her clients and what they need. I came into the dealership with a budget and she worked incredibly hard to help me walk out of the dealership BELOW budget. I told her what my budget was and she came in with a final number below what I was asking for!

Stephanie went above and beyond on all occasions, making sure she was accessible by text if I had any questions, picking me up and dropping me off from home since I was currently without a car, and even went so far as to purchase me some beautiful flowers on the day I came in to pick up the vehicle since it was my birthday in 2 days.

As for the dealership itself, I was thrilled at the attention to detail they put into making sure the car was safe, and up to their standards. They did all the running around for me and took care of my licensing and getting my new plates. Stephanie and Lexus of London made buying a car a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic experience.

I recently bought a 2015 Lexus Hybrid from Lexus of London and dealt specifically with Rick Watson and Thomas Geeves. I was very impressed with the knowledge, diligence and professionalism of both gentlemen throughout the whole process as they promptly and happily responded to any queries I had and any requests I made regarding the vehicle. The price was fair in view of the scarcity of this type and model of car in the market at that time. Before delivering the vehicle, Lexus of London made all the necessary maintenance and replacements to put it in the optimum condition for that model and year. As a result of that experience, I would have no hesitation to recommend Lexus of London for anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding staff.

What sets the team at Lexus apart is the excellent customer service. A fabulous team!
Mathew was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what I would expect at a dealership to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the car I eventually chose (a Camry). I would highly recommend them.

Please do not be so quick to judge your customers! Remember Lexus customers are smart and intelligent that is why they come to check out a Lexus. If I wanted to act like a snob I would have went to the Euro brands.
You guys have a lot of work to do in order to carry on with the Lexus business model for customers. Oh yeah please do not leave change on the back seat of your testdrive cars to test us, we are not beggars.

Why am I upset you ask? I walked there from the Toyota dealership attached as my 60K$ Toyota Truck was in for service. I wanted to test drive a RX350 for my wife. And there is where the snobism of Lexus sales starts. They have to measure you by what flashy business clothes you wear or how tall you are. Shame!

I am not impressed with the way some old sales people treat the customers there with their demining looks. They probably think young people like me do not have money or can not afford their vehicles.
Well thats is too sad, next time I will go drop 70 grand on an Acura MDX instead.

All of my trust with the care and purchasing of my Lexus vehicles have been with the dealership on Wharncliffe Road. Every concern or appointment has been dealt with immediately and with the highest level of performance. The staff is superb, friendly and caring. I have been going to this dealership for over15 years and always have my repairs, oil changes etc with them because they have never been overpriced and the workmanship is excellent. Plus I have a beautifully cleaned car inside and out when I leave at no extra charge. Highly recommend this dealership. You will surely be impressed!

I have been to many dealerships, and let me just say that, Lexus of London blows every other one out of the water!! The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. The staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me, but not in a pushy sort of manner which you get from most other dealerships.

I had driven 2.5 hours all the way from Toronto to meet with Sue regarding a 2013 used vehicle purchase. Upon arriving, Sue greeted me with a big smile and had all the paper work ready in her office. The used car was already brought out to the front and all cleaned up and ready for me to see. I was amazed at Sue's efficiency and dedication to her job!

Sue was also kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me personally!! She drove all the way from London to Toronto with her driver Bill, no hesitation or questions asked. Upon meeting the driver Bill for the first time, he too greeted me with a big smile and seemed to love what he does.

Everything I asked for upon delivery of the car was done PLUS MORE!! Honestly, trust and loyalty are three words to sum up my experience with Lexus of London and more in particular, Sue. Thank you guys for this great experience!

I went to an appointment this week, not known why I was getting visual alarms regarding the key inside cabin and different doors being ajar when they were not.

Within less than 20 minutes, Service Advisor Romeo had checked and reset
some settings, and the other advisor, Shelby I believe, had replaced the battery in the key fob.

NEVER in my life have I experienced such educated, thoughtful and timely resolution to a service problem, EXCEPT, with the same Service Advisors, AT Lexus of London!!

I CANNOT thank the people at Lexus, for their OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT attention and resolution.

Just about every other "Premium" dealership I visited when shopping for a new car acted as though they didnt need my business. Soon as I entered Lexus of London, I was impressed with the staff. Looked at a few cars, then Mat Granger offered assistance. Truly impressed not only with his knowledge, but he really listened to what I wanted, needed and went over and above to deliver.

Visited the store 3 times before I finally made a decision, and each time, unannounced I was lucky enough to have Mat greet me, by name! And guess what...they wont forget you after you buy either!

Heck, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, Ive come to learn they can get you anything! Go in, talk to Mat and walk away knowing you are in great hands!

Not a kind of 'Pursuit of Perfection' I was expecting. Have my car in for an oil change (Sept. 21st) with a 50 points inspections. Was promised to be done in around 1:30 hours. Dropped my car off at 8:30 and did not get my car back until 13:00, 3 hours behind the schedule. During those times, no phone call or any kind of contact to explaining why. Worst yet, I have to call them to ask for my car because I have to get to Toronto to catch a flight. I never have these kinds of problem with other Lexus dealers, extremely disappointed.

Service is great. Service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Truck is ready when they say it will be, I have found pricing not really different at the dealership as anywhere else and complimentary wash is always nice. Loaner vehicles are available if you book ahead of time and ask for one. If you prefer to wait there is complimentary wifi and coffee available.
Parts are genuine Toyota so have the same reliability they are famous for.

We were happy to buy our car here. We were dealt with as soon as we walked in the door (unlike other dealerships), the sales staff / delivery specialist were amazing and the manager was willing to do a deal.

Quite frankly, Service performance was always top notch but very expensive and over-priced.
Sales department were even worse, tried to give me nothing for my car on a trade and get top dollar for the vehicle I was interested in.
Out of spite, I went elsewhere and switched brands. However, I still like Lexus products a lot.

I would like to personally thank AJ Blitzstein and his colleagues at Lexus of London. I first knew AJ two years ago when he helped me choose my first Lexus. I and my family walked into the showroom with no clear cut idea which type of car we would like. Listening to our needs, AJ was quick to help us make up our mind on an RX 350 without any pressure. The vehicle worked like a dream and we really loved the car, were really happy with the after sales service and the comfort that the car provided. Very recently I had come in to get my RX 350 serviced and I was debating if it was time to upgrade or not. I knew that it had been only two years since I bought my first Lexus and was not too sure of the timing, particularly as there was one whole year still left on my lease. I had a quick word with AJ who was, as usual, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the 450 hybrid. Without any pressure he helped me understand the features of the new car and it did not feel as if he was a car sales man. It felt more like I was having a conversation with a friend who was non-judgemental and very supportive. With the help of his colleagues, the paper work, the colour of my choice of the car, the bonus features and the price was set upon in just one meeting. I felt completely at ease with AJ and knew that I would be taken care of and not have to worry about anything that I might have missed. In came the new car, as promised on the day. The family loved it and was it a great surprise for them to see the new car in the driveway!

My relationship with Lexus of London started in November 2013. It has been an awesome experience all the way. I am currently driving my second purchase from them, a 2013 Lexus RX-350. The service experience is the best. Whenever Romeo receives my vehicle, i just know I am in for a treat.
And that was what I got a few days ago when my factory installed battery finally gave way after 6 years and i brought my vehicle over. Even though it was a quick half hour procedure, i still got the complimentary Car Wash; Something I have come to deeply appreciate and always look forward to.

Allen and Romeo at the wharncliffe location were very helpful in giving me great service, as always. It feels like family every time I go there.

I have been dealing with Lexus of London for more than 15 years. During this time I have purchased several cars and regularly serviced my car. General manager Chris Penelli is very helpful. In service department Karen Campbell and Romeo are extremely helpful. They will always tell you what is wrong with your car and which need to be fixed immediately and which can wait. They always ask you and take your permission before they do work in your car . Bev is wonderful receptionist and always offer you a drink. I have no hesitation to recommend this dealership to buy and service your car.

I have the 2020 NX with less than 8000km on it. Driver door makes an awful rattling noise during drive or when I lean my knee on it. Have taken it to this dealership twice and every time they do a sub standard patching job that doesnt even last a day. Its even gotten worse now.

My recent experience with the employees at Lexus of London has been excellent. Romeo my Service Advisor is the best I have had the pleasure to deal with from any dealership I have dealt with and there are many as I manage a fleet of over 100 vehicles. Stephanie the Sales Manager I had dealings with has been Top Notch, very pleasant and easy to talk to. We have communicated back and forth on a vehicle and she has been very helpful. I went to Lexus of London upon recommendations of others and also because I know a few of the employes through my job. I was looking to buy a Honda Accord and a few of the other persons who I knew that worked at dealerships were not being very helpful in my search for my car and as soon as I went to Lexus Mat Granger was very helpful immediately unlike the other companies I had dealt with.He talked me through selling my other car and gave me many options when it came to new cars but I knew my car when I saw it, its the car I have wanted for so many years!!!
