Having not moved house for over 16 years selecting an estate agent was a bit daunting. We chose 4 agents to come and do a valuation and it's fair to say from the start Adam from Wright Marshall had the right approach. After the appointment was made by his office he rang and we had a long chat about our situation, the house we were selling and just generally got to know us. This was a huge stand out point that meant when Adam came to do the valuation he was armed with comparable properties unlike most of the others. He was professional and complimentary of our house which gave us confidence he would be able to sell it to any potential buyer. We were not dissapointed and Adam sold the property within 4 weeks from listing and we completed last week. He maintained communication throughout the entire process and always answered our calls. I cannot recommend him enough and would definately use him again in the future.

We used Wright Marshall to recently sell our house and worked closely with Adam Palmer. Adam was brilliant, and I never thought I d say that about an estate agent! He was responsive to any and all messages that we sent to him and if he couldn t answer straight away he would usually call back within 30minutes to an hour, even over the weekends he would respond to any messages that we sent to him. He was brilliant in discussing our options with us too, he was knowledgeable about the market and have us good sound advice when we weren t sure what we wanted. He even helped by giving advice on the houses that we were looking at buying and pointed out things that we may not have thought of ourselves. I would highly highly recommend going with Adam if you re thinking of selling your home, he made what could be a very stressful situation much calmer and we felt very supported throughout.
