Daughter recently purchase a new car there, the vechile left the property with no ownership, plates not registered to vechile , and no proof of insurance package ( which was provided) . Purchased many new vehicles and have never had this experience, especially with the name associated with Lexus . Only reason we found all of this out is the vechile was hit by a dear and the officer was nice enough not to give her fines for all the missing information. Police were shocked as well to not have all this information in a new vechile leaving the lot, these are rookie mistakes , not ones of a professional dealership imo. Hope the service end is better than the sales side.
