My recent experience with the employees at Lexus of London has been excellent. Romeo my Service Advisor is the best I have had the pleasure to deal with from any dealership I have dealt with and there are many as I manage a fleet of over 100 vehicles. Stephanie the Sales Manager I had dealings with has been Top Notch, very pleasant and easy to talk to. We have communicated back and forth on a vehicle and she has been very helpful. Anytime I have my car in for service it comes back like new, cleaned inside and out, this is a WOW factor of Lexus of London. Well done
