Just about every other "Premium" dealership I visited when shopping for a new car acted as though they didnt need my business. Soon as I entered Lexus of London, I was impressed with the staff. Looked at a few cars, then Mat Granger offered assistance. Truly impressed not only with his knowledge, but he really listened to what I wanted, needed and went over and above to deliver.

Visited the store 3 times before I finally made a decision, and each time, unannounced I was lucky enough to have Mat greet me, by name! And guess what...they wont forget you after you buy either!

Heck, even if you are not looking for a Lexus, Ive come to learn they can get you anything! Go in, talk to Mat and walk away knowing you are in great hands!
