I had a damaged (nail in the rear passenger side) tire in my Toyota Corolla s model car. I took it to Toyota on the Park. I was met by Anastasia who got the damage assessed. It was not repairable. She, Russel and Paul could not find a same model tire in the shop. They found one in another location, brought it and got it replaced bwithinj an hour. Their service, attitude and attention to my need were excellent, one of the very best that I have experience in my over 60 years of dealing with car service personnel.
