Disturbing: tried to get through to Parts Dept. 12...

Disturbing: tried to get through to Parts Dept. 12 Nov starting 9 am, left messages at service , sales, parts , reception, no answer anywhere. No call back from parts. Reception Did callback at 12:40 explain she could not track down a parts person either. I had located the parts in 5 minutes by calling elsewhere.
Idea........tone down the boutique " super service " nonsense and hire some staff.

Not a huge deal but life is complicated enough without the entire shop disappearing. Thought the place was evacuated. Thanks anyway. Bob PATERSON.
