1. My service experience was a 5. I have always had excellent service at this dealership.

2. I had a full synthetic oil change done 01/10/12 and I came back on 03/22/13 and had the oil change done again. The oil change was done with synthetic oil instead of full synthetic oil. I caught the mistake and went back immediately. Joe
Trozzo was very apologetic. He had them redo the oil change. I also like how they honor their expired coupons. That helps poor people like myself out. I save all of my coupons. I also take my Hyundai Elantra to the Toyota dealership for
service because I get better service at the Toyota dealership instead of the Hyundai dealership in Tampa. Also, If you are at the dealership extra long and it goes into lunch time; they give you a lunch voucher from their dealership. It is also
nice to be able to go into the upstairs lounge and watch a movie in those comfortable movie theatre recliners.

3. I wish that the Platinum Preferred Service Credit Card offered 0 Interest for 6 months for all purchase amounts; not just $299.00 and above. We are a one income family and we normally do our business with companies that offer 0 interest for 6
months regardless of the purchase amount. I have been going to this dealership since 1988. Thanks, Kathy Castleberry

Great experience everytime. Went in for service on my Corolla & Angel was great very detailed about what was done & what is recommended to be done. I was Ubered to work and back. Angel was very professional.
And the cashier David was very funny. He gave me a good laugh, he was very polite, with great customer service skills. Kudos to both Angel & David. You guys made my service run smooth.

Sirs, just had my vehicle serviced this evening after getting off the phone with Brian; one of your service folks. This Young Man not only waited for my arrival but remained on duty until my vehicle was serviced, ensuring everything we discussed that needed to be done was covered, even though he was due to get off work an hour earlier. Don't find this very often and it made quite an impression...

It certainly helps that your service drive is open until midnight. Helps those of us who work late nights and sleep pretty much all day...

My car broke down at night after service hours. I called Toyota of Tampa Bay and was given instructions on how to drop my car off and told that a message would be left for the service department that they would receive first thing in the morning. Not only did the drop off and delivery of my car happen exactly as described, my car was looked at and repairs completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I bring my car to Toyota of Tampa Bay service department because I know thevrepair will be done at quickly, correctly and at a competitive price. Thank you to Nick, Nate and all the rest who helped me out.

I continue to make Toyota of Tampa Bay my first choice for service of my vehicle, because I am always treated with respect and I feel that I am receiving honest and reliable service at each visit. I especially want to thank Ernesto Diaz for his wonderful work ethic. He was very patient and courteous with me. I have never received the level of service anywhere, that I have received at Toyota of Tampa Bay. More and more people need to know that Toyota of Tampa Bay does not only take care of your vehicle, they also take care of the customer while their waiting. For me that is a plus, as most places don't care what you do when you are waiting for repairs. Toyota of Tampa Bay does, and that goes a long way with their customers.

After going to about 16 different dealership and getting the same result, I finally stumbled upon Toyota of Tampa Bay here on Fletcher, great place I have to say Customer service was AMAZING they treated like I was worth the business. From Ali the gentleman who took care of me and helping me find a car that was suitable to my needs to Damian who was trying to get someone to approve me. I just want to say thank you so much for all the hard work you guys put in to get me approved. I will definitely be telling a lot people about you guys. You guys are the best in the industry. Sometimes good and honest people can't get approved due to situations in their life but have the money to pay and all it takes is someone like the employees here to see past that and give us a chance. You do not understand how you have helped me. From the bottom of my soul Thank you I will be doing business with you in the future, you are my go to.

I was provided all the options to get my car fixed and how to pay for it too. Offered a credit card and even though I couldn't apply for it I didn't feel pressured into taking it. Brandon took excellent care of me. He called me as soon as he could, let me know when he would've in the office, made sure I had his personal cell and offered to come in on his day off if I needed. My car was done fast and he made me feel I was too priority. One of the best experiences I have at. Thank you

My experience this past weekend at Toyota of Tampa Bay was truly amazing. Our salesman John Weicherding was very pleasant to work with. John took his time working with me and my husband to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with our monthly payments. We also received a fair trade in value for our old vehicle. I couldn t be more happy with our decision to work with Toyota of Tampa Bay and I recommend the company to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Trust me and do not do business here. Deceptive practices in sales, finance and service. Dealers are typically notorious for this but wow this dealer is not trustworthy. I tested them with many questions while playing dumb and they fail most. If you're an educated consumer you'll be fine if you're not then beware. Toyota product itself is great, just not these clowns.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Rav 4 at Toyota of Tampa Bay and I was blown away by their level of customer service and the deal that they gave me on such a great vehicle!

It all started with my salesman, Bruno. He is simply put, "Unbelievable!" He takes all the pressure out of buying a car with his no pressure approach and his willingess to go the extra mile to make you feel that he wants to sell you the car as much as you want to buy it! And the best part is that his great customer service doesn't stop when you drive away. All you have to do is call and he will be there for you!

I am normally not the type of person to buy a car from the first place I stop at but because of Bruno and the rest of the teams customer friendly approach, I had no choice but to seal the deal. I am truly happy that I did and love every minute that I drive around in my new vehicle!

I came in to test drive a new Camry after shopping around online looking for the best deal. Toyota of Tampa Bay had some of the better deals I found online. I loved the car and all the new safety features that came standard. Yousef Abdullah the salesman I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Yousef worked with me to get to a price I was happy with and was open and honest with negotiations which a appreciate. Buying a car is a complicated process and I value dealerships that respect their customers. Highly recommend Yousef Abdullah and Toyota of Tampa Bay.

My husband just experienced the same thing three weeks ago and he urged me not to take my car to you.We have dealt with your dealership for many years. Now, we are shifting our business to another dealership north of you.
After my experience with the girl that waited on me today, my husband will not allow us to bring our Toyota and Lexus products back to you for service.

I had the worst experience of my LIFE at Toyota of Tampa Bay! First off I went to the dealership Monday the aug 3rd to look at some cars m . I made an appointment with a rep at 9:30 am the next day so I can bring my parents to look at the cars I found before I buy the car. The sales rep didn t even show up . that was a shame because he was actually good. His name started with an M forgot his name So I had to go the the back office where a thicker gentleman was siting down I guess he was one of the main managers but I m not sure. they set me up with another sales rep. Ok cool, so I told him I m going to show him and my parents the cars that I picked out from the day before. When we got there the sales rep didn t even get out of the golf cart and was on the phone the whole time and didn t even get the vin numbers for any of the cars. So then we had to turn back around and find them again. Meanwhile he was driving kinda fast did a sharp turn which I just got into a car accident and totaled my car in a back brace!I was a sales rep at one time in my life and I know it s your job to show the customers the car and do a walk around letting you know about the car. So we went back to the desk and so I asked the sales rep to pull out the prices of the cars I picked on paper because I wanted to see what cars more practical for me to buy. They told me I had to look on the computer I already looked at it online at my house. I came to the dealership to buy a car and it would of helped me to pick one easier if it s on paper. I m kinda old school I don t go back and forth on a screen to cross eliminate on what I wanted. So the sales manager came out and started mocking me by making fun of me saying things like He s new school and the dealership is new school and they will not write done the price on a Piece of paper. He told me not to waist his time. I told him my parents bought 6 cars from them his response to that was crazy!! His exact words that came out of his mouth was so what, we have customers that spend millions of dollars . That made me mad because I m a valued customer and he was talking to me like a Piece of sh**. He went back to the to talk to the other manager the thicker guy in the back corner desk so I followed them to explain I wanted to buy a car and that would help so then he told him to write down the price of each car and add $3000 on the price to kick me out. That s insane! That crossed the line. So I went to Stadium Toyota which they were happy to help me out with anything for me to find the car I needed. I got the keys in hand and signed all the paperwork less then 2 hours. I never had in issue with the service department at Toyota of Tampa bay or the collision center they are great. Always trying there best to help with their customers and customers service. The sales part of that place needs to get there training from those other departments. Sales guys are horrible there. They should take some lessons from Stadium Toyota. At the end Toyota of Tampa bay waisted my time. 0 stars

Car buying is normally a nightmare and Toyota of Tampa Bay makes the nightmare your reality. On April 24, 2018 Omar Delgado and Donovan Norton gave me a deal that was too good to be true. The car was not in inventory, so I returned on April 28, 2018 to give a $500.00 deposit for them to locate/order the car. Donovan promised a 2-day delivery since he knew I had to return my rental vehicle by Monday the 30th. I was already pre-approved; therefore, financing was NOT an issue.
I did not hear anything back by Tuesday afternoon, which started to rattle me. I called several times trying to get an update but was transferred to voicemails. Omar finally returned my call and promised a call back within a couple of hours because he needed to check with Donovan. Of course, he never called back. On Wednesday, Donovan promised a called back after he spoke with his guys, the person who finds the vehicles for him, but that never happened either. On Thursday, I had to call from a different phone numbers because by that time my calls were being filtered/sent to voicemails. Late Thursday afternoon, Omar called to say finding the vehicle I was interested in was going to take three (3) to six (6) months. Extremely disappointed by the entire experience, I requested Omar to send me a copy of the voided check via email or text message. As of today, Monday, May 07, 2018 neither Omar or Donovan have provided the copy of the voided check.
This is not the first vehicle I purchase, but this is certainly the worse experience I ve had with a Toyota dealership. There is no reason to cowardly deceive your customers with good deals when you can t deliver. It is unfortunate sales representatives and general managers like Omar and Donovan have such little business etiquette. It is obvious that personal ethics is not a required trait during the hiring process at Toyota of Tampa Bay.

So, I've been going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for servicing of my car for a while now. I deicided to go in early to get that early bird special deal and was approached by a sales rep and we got to talking. I am a very realistic person, if I feel something isnt possible, it isn't possible for me.... in this case I was so wrong. Rob Makki was so personable and so positive, I feel like he was my good luck charm. I was actually able to get approved for a brand new 2017 Corolla and get rid of my 2011 Corolla (with over 117k miles). It was such a fast process and so seamless. I didn't have to do much at all! He knew his stuff and I am so glad I decided to have that chat and see what the possibilities were.

Thank you so much, Rob! We are so excited to be in a brand new car.

Service that they performed was good. Brandon, who assisted me through the process of getting an oil change did his Job, however I find it distasteful to reccomend and insist that parts are faulty given no indication the parts have failed. They told me I needed two new calipers when they could not tell me anything other than they have rust on them. I was told my tires would need to be replaced soon(they have 60% of tread life), the price gouging is absolutely wild as well, quoted me 609$ for rear rotors and pads. If you are someone who has not personally been under your vehicle do not trust what they tell you. Get a second opinion. They list a full synthetic oil change for 49.95$ and then when you arrive it is 89$ Just an odd experience and I would not return.

My wife and I bought our first automobile together, after marriage, at this dealership. It's a 2003 Dodge Caravan and it was in the process of being traded in on that very same day. The techs went over the vehicle, cleaned it, did all the perfunctory duties and we negotiated a very good offer. We had a salesman that had just come back after some time off (vacation or something) and he really wanted to make a sale. We were short about a thousand dollars, from the price we finally settled on but we negotiated the price before saying so. We were told that the financed price wasn't the same so we said "we would wait and look someplace else" and they decided on selling at that price instead. So, we financed the van instead of buying it cash. Yes, I know that padded someone's pocket but it only cost us $96 (or thereabout) more in interest payments and we got a deal we couldn't have if financing was the up front choice. (We only financed a very small portion of the price) We paid the van off within the next three months. The van is still running fine to this day, 4 years later, and my wife has put a lot of highway miles on it, while employed at her former job. There was a lot of: the manager said this and the manager said that but we got a better than fair price, according to Kelly Blue Book, and we are happy. I wish I could remember the salesman's name.

I wanted to leave a Honest Review, two weeks ago while I was getting my car serviced, I left my AirPods inside my civic. After heading for the theater room, I decided I wanted to have my AirPods and once I got back to the service area, the rep, after looking In my car, said he did not see any wireless headphones. I was surprised, am I actually getting robbed from the Toyota dealership this situation is the reason why we try not to go to any service station on the corner of Tampa. I explain my headphones were in the car and after checking myself I seen they were taken . It was easy to find who entered in the car and after using the FIND MY IPHONE feature they were found to be last located in a women salon. I informed management and asked who has a girlfriend or someone they know that goes to that salon after work because I ve never been. The service manager had me shuttled to see if I can find them, but I m not the police I can t search and seize anoyone . My headphones were definitely in the salon, but the workers said they did not know. Later it was discovered, the driver took my headphones and I wanted to get them back, but the robber said he did not know where he left them last. The manger fired the driver and bought me a brand new pair of Airpods. So it ends great, but I should not have faced it in the first place. Good look for Toyota on hiring Jacin Hogeland as manger, but next time ensure the drivers and workers are sure to never take anything from someone vehicle especially a customer it is just bad business. I want to always feel like I can trust who I give and do business with.

Wow! While I waited at Toyota of Tampa Bay for my oil change, I found various choices of things to occupy my time. I looked at the cars in the show room ( always fun for me), took the elevator up to the amazing theatre, but a mom and her children had started a cartoon (catch a movie next time maybe), walked to neighboring businesses, checked out TTB new and preowned cars, checked in with my service advisor so he did not need to call my cell, watched TV a few minutes near the cash register before my invoice was hand delivered along with a cordial greeting from my advisor who asked if I had any questions or if he could be of help in any other way.

The greatest thing of all was that SERVICE honored my Toyota discount coupon from another dealership saving me money. I drove past other Toyota dealerships this time because TTB reached out to me personally and invited me to come in again; they hadn't seen me for a while. The way TTB treated me made me feel they wanted to be of service to me and they did what was necessary to earn my business. My car was washed as a courtesy to me and ready to go in a reasonable time. I am so glad I am not the supervisor; I would not know what to say as to how my service could have been better! With my utmost respect and appreciation to all, EGE!!!

Best car buying experience! I was in an accident and needing to replace my much loved 4runner and found one on the online sales listing. I am here to say thank you to John Weicherding of internet sales at Toyota of Tampa Bay that listened to what I needed and provided a no hassle experience for me. Even with challenging circumstances, I was able to drive away with my new "used" 4runner. Scott in finance was patient and informative. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and gave me an opportunity to fully review all my options that are available. If you are looking for efficient, timely and great service, this is the place. I love my new vehicle and I am able to have a smooth transition much sooner than I had imagined. I really appreciate that. Anyone can sell a car but you guys went beyond with excellent customer service in making this happen for me. Thanks guys.

We purchased a used Toyota Solara from Xavier last year - and couldn't be more pleased. We are snowbirds from Canada, and wanted to purchase a vehicle for when we arrived - so we shopped on-line. Xavier was easy to get in touch with, willingly provided us with all the information on the vehicle, and handled our electronic transaction without a glitch. In my estimation, he is the ultimate salesman - friendly, courteous, helpful and honest.

We have since had our vehicle back to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service and have been very pleased with their prompt and thorough service.

We also appreciated being invited to their Customer Appreciation Event, where we found all of their staff to be extremely friendly.

Thanks to this Toyota family for the great experience - we won't hesitate to shop for another vehicle from them.

Terrible experience here! I ordered a brand new vehicle, and when it finally came in they called me once, I was out of the country. A few days later back in the US, I found out they sold it to someone else! They gave me some Nonsense story. I went to a different dealership and bought the vehicle. Have never been back to this dealership and never will be back again.

I just want to say forget about the rest and go with Thomas Bolger at Toyota of Tampa Bay! I've visited Toyota of Orlando, Wesley Chapel Toyota, and many other Toyota dealerships that I have long forgotten there name and to no avail. I cannot even begin to describe the agony that I went through at the other dealerships. Rather than showing care for me as a customer, all they kept thinking about were their dollars and how I didn't have enough money to buy the cars on their lot. Yet they were the ones that kept showing me cars out of my budget, and cars that would not meet my expectations. However, from the moment that I walked in to Toyota of Tampa Bay there was Thomas with a smile and ready to hear me out. As soon as I told him what I needed, my budget, mileage and concerns, he took me to the lot, showed me the cars that we could negotiate on, further explained to me my options and gave me his recommendations. We fell in love with a little Scion recommended by Thomas and he brought in the manager Mike Aly who was also just as caring and attentive to our needs. Mike understood that we were a little family starting out, worked with us and that night we walked away with a car. Thank you Thomas Bolger and Mike Aly, you make Toyota of Tampa Bay awesome!!

But Meagan Dozier came out, was very friendly, answered all of my questions with ease. Made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Purchased a used Lexus IS250. Fast forward 2 weeks, battery is completely dead and needs replacing. Contact sales associate to confirm why the battery was not replaced or checked prior to selling the vehicle since the vehicle was serviced prior to sale. Called salesperson, no answer, so I decided to drop by on Saturday.... as soon as I pull up there he is... he asked if I was there to see anyone lol. He had forgotten who I was in less than 2 weeks. Advised him of the issues with the vehicle and he promptly took my telephone number and told me to give him until 12 noon on Monday , and wisked me away. Monday rolls around and no call. Called my sales associate around 2p, he had forgotten about my issue that he and I discussed Saturday, I was then told he would speak with his sales manager regarding my issue. 2hrs pass, no call back. So I call him again, no answer. At this point I feel like I am being blown off. So I call back from a different number, and he answers....says He's working with another customer and will call me back in 5 mins. 2 more hours pass, I call back and get no answer. Instead I get a text stating that he is working it out and to give him until noon tomorrow. I should not have to replace a battery on a car that was supposedly inspected and prepped for sale with in 2 weeks of purchase. So now I'm sitting here with a car that has had a dead battery since Saturday and still no help. Very dissatisfied customer. I will never set foot in the dealership again. And I will be sure to make sure anyone I know looking for a car know NOT to purchase from here.

Went to check out a used car was greeted by Rob Makki sales. I told him what I wanted and then wanted to discuss price. Went to his cubicle he told me the price I looked down to figure the monthly cost (as he is yelling to the sales cubicle in front of his), I glanced up an saw him mock JERKING-OFF!!! I looked up he starts moving both hands trying to mask his actions. I stood up and walked away. I Called his manager, his response was a "well sorry".

If I could give it zero stars I would. How do you take advantage of a young 20 year old. Sell them a 2008 a Camry, knowing One of the cylinders is bad and the mass air flow sensor is no good. And she only had it 1 month. Now you tell her she needs to pay Damn near 700 to fix. If I wasn t in another state and had known she was dealing with Courtesy period I would have said No. Reading the BS responses from their so called customer service representative Don t seem like they do much. But I wanted to share the untrustworthy sales people they have. Can t trust anyone

I would avoid getting your vehicle detailed here. They are a ripoff at $170+ and they don't even do a proper job. No attention to detail at all.

1. Rims had dirt I could just wipe off with my finger.
2. Trash was left in the cubby holes.
3. Dash still had some dust
4. No interior dressing at all.
5. Did not buff all the wax off, I had to do it myself.
6. Windshield was still dirty inside and out.
7. Rear deck had some dust still.

For $170.00 You'd THINK they would do a better job. I can pay half that at a local mom and pop get get 10X better detail. Only reason why I went with Toyota Of Tampabay was because every time I went to the mom and pop they were closed due to weather so my appointment kept getting cancelled. I could never get in to get my car detailed and waxed so I decided might as well have it done with my service.

I couldn't wait around to have them do it again as I had to return to work. The service rep said they will make it right when I come back for my next service and give me a free detail. Doesn't help me out now as I'm getting ready to head to the mom and pop place to get it re-done the PROPER WAY.
