No matter where I take my car, I expect it will be properly serviced but I didn't expect the amenities program including a theater room, WI FI, kids room and manicures which Toyota of Tampa bay offers at no charge. These unexpected perks makes waiting for the car a pleasant experience. In addition, my service manager, Jacin, provides excellent service. Plus I take advantage of the coupons for substantial discounts on oil changes found in the Val Pack mailers and the frequently customer card punches. I went there for my factory required service after 6 months, super friendly staff and helpful, they finished the service less than an hour and a half. Well I also liked that they also carwashed my car and return it clean.
I just got an oil change from Toyota of Tampa Bay for my four cylinder 2011 Toyota Camry and had a coupon which made the total cost I'll buy fully synthetic oil chchang under $26. The oil change and car wash took about an hour... The staff is friendly and it was a great experience. I look forward to my next oil change!

Worth way more than 5 stars !! I been dealing with this place from the start. And I have to tell you the salesman Brandon Mollick has to be the best car salesman there ever was. He actually cares about his customers and goes over and beyond for them. Wow... This is the worst Toyota dealership that I ever experienced in my whole entire life. I took in my 2008 Toyota Highlander hybrid limited because of a brake malfunction warning and ABS problems. First problem, as I walked into the dealer, the service representatives lacked customer relations and seemed to not care about there customers. Second, they over charged me with a total bill of $3,200 later and given me no loyalty discount. I've been a Toyota customer for 20 plus years and been buying their cars for a while. This maybe a turning point were I might need to change my preference. I would give on the update of vehicle in the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend others to stay away from this establishment because of the quality of care for customers and pricing of this establishment.
My visit to your dealership was a total surprise. I never expected such excellent service. I was in and out in the minamal amount of time. My service advisor was outstanding. Everything was accomplished in in an excellent manner. I will certainly come again for any additional maintenace that might be required.
I don't think I can say enough good things about Alan Brodsky & Toyota of Tampa Bay! I was looking for a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE with specific options in a certain color combo. I contacted a number of area dealerships to see who was willing to earn my business, but it was clear that Alan Brodsky at Toyota of Tampa Bay wanted to help. He asked specifically what vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay. On our first phone call, he already told me he would be able to get that exact vehicle (unfortunately they didn't have the exact car on the lot) and at the price I was willing to pay. None of the other area dealerships even came close to getting me to the amount I wanted to pay, even if they had the car on their lot. Toyota of Tampa Bay gave me the best price on the vehicle and the most on my trade in. They didn't play negotiating games like other dealerships. I agreed to the purchase and they quickly wrote up the paperwork. I worked with Sammy Hawana in Finance and was pleasantly surprised when he was able to get me the lowest special finance rate available. Sammy was very clear in his explanations of each document and was never pushy about the "extras" that is normally sold during the visit with the finance dept. After a quick meeting with Sammy to sign the documents, Alan was hard at work locating the exact Rav4 Hybrid XSE. Even though Alan Brodsky had to transfer the exact vehicle from another Toyota dealership, he did it quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. A day later, the vehicle showed up spotless and ready to go for pickup. I've had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and it's been a joy since the start. I could have gotten this vehicle at any Toyota dealership, but what I know I couldn't get elsewhere is the prompt customer service that Alan Brodsky & Toyota of Tampa Bay provides. Toyota of Tampa Bay Car salesmen are really good at ripping you off. They make everything sound great but bottom line is I'm stuck paying more on a simple 2016.Even the customer service is so bad example ,Recent visit i took my corolla for first service after 6 months of purchase they not even give a car wash not even offered sorry, Next Especially Finance is so bad.Honestly speaking guys this palce is horrible.finally this was one of the worst experiences ever when buying a car. Not going to give the name, I understand the nature of the job. But I was still robbed pretty much the same corolla LE. Please check all others dealers their prices are much lower that Toyota of Tampa Bay

I bought my truck here a year ago, I have had 0 issues. When I walk in I get an accurate time estimate and great service. Staff is prompt and friendly, I wouldn't change a thing.
Alan and Edwin did great in selling me my new car. However, one of the reasons why got into my car was because they told me that I could go to any other toyota dealership in the nation and I would be able to receive the 1 year maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. When I relocated a month later to Colorado and required maintenance I was told by the toyota dealership here that my car did not have that package and it wasnt in the system. When I called the Toyota of tampa bay for them to help me with this situation all I got was ignored and set to the side especially by Edwin Andino and Mike Koehler. Once I got the car I was no longer treated with the same or close to the service I received when I got the car. I have written emails, called every week to talk to someone that could help me and all I get is ignored or pushed to the side. I am highly disappointed by how quickly they are to sell a car but wont follow through on their promises.

I just moved down here recently, I have a brand new Toyota that I did not buy here but needed serviced for my 5000 mile check up maintenance . When I arrived my car was checked in like normal everyone was very professional. I got a shuttle ride to the mall and back while my car was being serviced . The problem came when I received my car . Clearly it was handled carelessly , there was a huge red scratch on the drivers door that was not there before. I was offered a complementary car wash but my car looked exactly the same when I received it . Please don't offer something if your not going to do it. It was on my bill that it was washed but obviously my car hadn't been cleaned whatsoever. At this point I'm wondering if they even did anything at all or if my car just sat in their lot for three hours.
