Today I had an appointment with Matt at the collision center to get some paint touch ups done on a car I purchased from Mini of Wesley Chapel. I had explained to him my frustrations I had while it took two weeks for Mini to direct me this dealership to get the job done. I also had a small dent in my bumper from the used car purchase and discussed with Matt what I wanted done. Unfortunately the paperwork stated "touch up" only from Mini, so the dent could not be fixed. I understand completely that it is policy and expense to the dealership. I wanted to shout out to Matt though for being so concerned about my happiness and wanting to do everything he could to help me. It was truly appreciated. I drove off the lot with paint touched up that looked very natural. I would recommend Matt to anyone. Very kind heart.
Service to my Prius and Yaris is always a pleasure. The service tech are very helpful in helping me with my service on a limited budget.

I have owned five Toyotas during my lifetime, one Corolla, one Avalon, and three Camrys (two hybrids), so I am very familiar with service at Toyota dealers. For me Toyota of Tampa Bay is the best for service that can be found. The service that I have received has been thorough and professional. The service people are friendly and down to earth and the dealership goes out of its way to cater to its customers needs. I highly recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay!

So happy with my used purchase! The salesman was great, he listened to everything i was concerned about and addressed all of it, he gave me ample time to consider what I wanted to do. They have a fantastic insurance person. The financer was also excellent and explained my contract thoroughly. The ONLY thing that stops me from giving a five star review is their collision center which I cant find to review separately. Here is my complaint; they fixed a minor dent in my newly purchased car as was agreed in my contract. They did a passable job, BUT when I got my vehicle back, it was covered in shop dust inside and out. I didnt know how bad it was until the next day when my son got out of the backseat and his whole backside was white. I also found a booger that had been wiped on the A Piller (the driver side of my windshield) disqusting and unacceptable. I WILL NOT go back there for any services. Will change my reveiw if there is a seperate page for collision center
Excellent service every time I have been. They are always upfront with how long it will take and maintain a high level of professionalism. The wait times can be long if you forget to make an appointment, like I usually do. However, their extremely nice waiting area makes the time fly by while you are waiting. I highly recommend this dealership.

Clearly their shuttle service sucks ! Not sure if this happens only on Sundays.. dropped My car around 7am in the morning and I was told to wait for 20 mins till the cashier arrives.. it s been like 1 hr 30 mins .. I was just waiting.. waiting ....the fun part is the young woman who came around 8.15 am was provided with the Uber slip .. the guy who took me did not even gave me the Uber slip.. I did reach out to another service manager and told him that I have been waiting for more than an hour ..he checked the status and told me that the car would be ready in 10 mins ..they could have told me if the shuttle service won t be available so I would have come for an another day for the service..they just ruined my Sunday morning...
I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership a couple weeks ago and this has to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesperson Brandy was very efficient, kind and professional while putting me at ease and working quickly throughout the process. Chase from F&I was also very courteous and efficient, he made sure that I had plenty of time to ask questions but did not make the paperwork process take all evening as some dealerships do. Please go see Brandy and Chase for your next car purchase!
After purchasing my 2010 Tundra I noticed some minor damage and called my saleman up and he said there was nothing he could do. After a bad review I received a call from Steve Canalejo who referred me to Matt Nolan (small damage consultant). Both these gentleman return calls and where very professional.

Great customer service! Uber driver compliment service provided (they're already tipped in case you didn't know). Norman, Fay, and technician (don't know his name but he was a tall dark skin guy w/ gold teeth) - all three of these folks provide exceptional service and lifted the hood and lifted the car and talked me through the issues. I saved over $1,750 by going to Toyota because another known business had recommended repairs for things I didn't need. My Camry is 11 yrs old but they treated it like it was new and weren't trying to talk me into buying something new. While I waited in the waiting area, the manager came by and introduced himself and was really nice. I ran into other employees who assisted me when I came back to pick up my vehicle. My car was very clean and vacuumed. Talk about great service!

The Service Department works off commission ONLY. So know that when you go there. They try to sell you things you dont need and are dishonest. Dont trust this place. Go to any Toyota but this one. They are SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS.
I spoke with Franky over the phone and he told me that he can compare a price for a highlander price that I saw online after I got there other salesman helped me and said that the manager can't compare the price. So Basically he misled me and made me drive for nothing. Advice don't deal with Franky he is not honest and will make you drive all the way for nothing.

I went in thinking it may not happen and I am still amazed at what Toyota of Tampa Bay helped me accomplish. J.P. in the finance department was amazing, he ensured I got as close to my desired payment amount WITH extended bumper to bumper warranty & of course MOST importantly GAP insurance. Don't waste your time at this TOYOTA dealership, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in for a oil change and rotate my tires and that took over 4 hours to do and no one came to get me when my car was ready!! This has happened more than once at this dealership with getting my car serviced. So I wrote an email explaining what happened and sent it to the dealership. I got a response via email from Jason Faiella (Service Director) to contact him to discuss my service visit. I called and left a message but still have not heard back from the Director and it has been over a week. I feel that I'm being ignored and i will be taking my business to Wesley Chapel Toyota. I just can't believe how some people are treated in situations like this and just ignored. I will make sure everyone i know to stay away from Tampa Bay Toyota!!

We bought a non-Toyota car from a female salesperson there. The sales process was ok since we knew what we wanted, the lack of knowledge from the salesperson on that specific car did not bother us too much since it was not Toyota. However, there were several issues later on with the service. The car turned out to have some parts broken that would have been detected if the service staff actually did they pre-sale check (as promised and written on the check list). If we wanted to buy a car that needs a week later service for bulb, water pump, etc....we would have purchased it through a local backyard sales person and not a certified dealer who charges a high dealership fee. When we returned to the shop to complain and to get things settled all we got was ridiculous wait on a manager, rude behavior from the original sales person and totally unfriendly, hostile environment. It seems like they are nice to customers only when you are actually purchasing the vehicle, after that you just bother them. I would NOT recommend to this dealer to ANY of my friends and coworkers.
My visit to Toyota was excellent. I came to get an oil change and I was greeted with a smile from them time I entered until I left. Robert, my service advisor, explained everything that the service department found doing their check or diagnostics. He was not pushy and did not make me feel like I was being scared into purchasing any service. Thank you, Robert!

Buying a new vehicle is so stressfull sometimes. Pedro and Chase made this process smooth and painless. MY decision took me days to make. Pedro followed up with me to see if I had any questions with the trucks I saw. He has a great personality and knows his trucks. They BOTH were very patient with me. I am sure they have gray hair now from me but they never pressured me to make a decision. Chase went above and beyond to give me all options for my purchase. He answered all my questions while I signed. Even the service department is exceptional. Antonina in service department has always went above and beyond to help me. I always feel welcomed. I live closer to other dealerships but my comfort level and reliable customer service is the most important in my experience. They are truely second to none! Thank you for breaking the mold. Not all dealership are vultures.
I bought my Tundra at Toyota of Tampa bay with an extended warranty. Just before the warranty was about to expire, the power seat stopped working. I took the truck in for service and had to wait for the part to be ordered. No problem until I went back to have the part installed. When I did go back, they said they the warranty was now expired and my claim will now be DENIED! Clifford Sharp (the service manager) said he would work to correct this situation but didn't call me back even after I left messages for him. LESSON LEARNED! Don't you buy the extended warranty here and expect any service. You wont get it!!
I have been so impressed with the service at Toyota of Tampa Bay. i have owned luxury cars up until this Prius I leased three years ago. I wanted to do something environmentally sound but did not look forward to pedestrian service. Well, this has been nothing like pedestrian service. People like Joe Trozzo, my last service advisor, are just quick to assist you without reservation and the service time is reasonable and the car is ready when promised. This will have a major impact on what i do when my lease is up.
When you go here, don't speak to anyone except Frank Quaglia. He took care of us like we were his own family. Very real, and he LISTENED. Now this Teacher has a reliable sweet ride to go back to school in... :) Thanks, Frank! Oooooooo!!
I have left my car at Toyota Tampa Bay to fix for a collision on the left door as per request from my insurance company, Infinity Insurance. Toyota Tampa Bay did NEW DAMAGE to my door and as per call of Charlene, Toyota Tampa Bay is refusing to conclude the service on the damage they have created before delivering the car. This is ridiculous, how can a company treat a consumer like this !?
Toyota of Tampa Bay Service Department is the best. I have taken my cars there for many years and won't go anywhere else. I feel confident in their knowledge of my vehicle. Additionally, they care about me, as a customer. The service team rocks!

We had a big problem with a negative in our past vehicle and the seller Santiago Orozco was in charge of helping us and giving us the best options in the company of Manager Kevin Zapata who fought and managed to give us the value we needed to get out of the negative, lower interest and acquire the vehicle that we really needed. At the end of the tour, Fernando Rodrigues was joined by another very efficient and friendly employee! he was present until the last moment. More than grateful for all your attention!

When we came in to get our free oil change, there was plenty of service help available. They were gracious and looked like they were happy to be there. Everyone was polite and professional and concerned about giving us excellent service. We were impressed!

On my way to work, my check engine light started flashing. I took the service class you offer and remember being told if the light comes on stop by, if the light is flashing, get to a dealer or have the car towed. $900 later was not pleasant, however the team at Toyota of Tampa Bay, were understanding, courteous, offered me lunch, did everything they could to ease the pain. Bob Goldberg was so nice, explained what broke, what they had to do, gave me the option to fix a few minor issues while they had the car. Car repairs are never pleasant, but this team goes above and beyond always. From the time I purchased my van, I have told many people about the customer service being above and beyond. From dropping the van off to checking out, always friendly, asking if you have been helped, asking in you need anything, Great job 10-23-13

Amazing experience! I went in to the dealership after having an awful experience at Tampa Honda. I ended up getting a Corolla. The salesman Xavier offered to replace the trunk mat and fix the key fob. I took the car back for service the next day and was offered a loaner. I have never experienced such good service at a dealership. I will be a customer for life! Thank you Xavier!

Maybe be a little more expensive than the other one I was looking at, but it comes with free car washes... free oil changes for 4 years... he is so awesome. Called me the day after I bought my car and asked if i was doing okay, and I liked it. Such awesome staff. I'd give this Toyota ZERO stars if that was an option! I have had absolutely HORRIBLE service w/the service department since I purchased my vehicle. I was sold navigation that worked perfectly for 2 months. They were to install rear camera, Lojack & Satellite radio after they ordered the parts. I came back about 2 months after to have that done. They only installed Lojack & rear camera (a cheap one - non-quality) and notified me that another company would have to come to my house to install the satellite radio (after being there from 9:30-3pm). I said ok and scheduled it. I noticed my Navigation was no longer working (contact Scion for upgrade), neither was Bluetooth, then my check engine light came on and my car had a hard time accelerating. I called back and was told to bring it in, they'd fix it. I brought it in, they had a shuttle drop me off at the mall and from 11:30am-6pm they had my car only to find out they never even looked at it. I was livid. There was no respect at all for my time. They gave me a rental car, but they could have done that when I brought the car in if they didn't have time to see it. I got a call today from Ramon (service manager from HELL that I complained to), he said the check engine light was reset. I asked, well what was wrong why did it come on? He said after Lojack was installed it should have been reset & that was also the cause of my car having a hard time accelerating because it was electrical (don't believe that....suspicious, but I said ok). Then he said the Bluetooth was now working, but the Navigation was not because I never had that feature. I explained that I'm in outside sales and navigation was a requirement when I bought the car, it was sold to me with that feature working. He said that I was incorrect, that I never had it (so now I'm a liar? Horrible customer service) and he'd have my sale person call me. Don't buy from this dealership. Sales dept is wonderful as they should be, the Service dept from management on down is not!! I bought my last 2 cars from Stadium Toyota and their service is impeccable. I recommend purchasing a car from Stadium Toyota and getting your car serviced there (they're awesome with customer service & Christy is fantastic...yes, I know them by name).
We made an appt to test drive a vehicle. While we were out test driving the vehicle was sold! Management offered another vehicle, no sorry this happened. He didn't care, he just wants to sell! Customer care is not at this dealership!!!
I bought two 2015 Toyota Prius here. I gotta say, these guys are freakin' awesome! They hooked me up with some free tints on the 2nd Prius. I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a new or certified pre owned vehicle.

I delivered my vehicle to Toyota of Tampa Bay for transmission diasnostic. One day passes and I did not recive call I go to the diler and I find that my vehicle does not work damaged the ECU. they installed the new ECU. I pick up my vehicle on Thursday February 15/2018 9:30 pm and then in the morning the a / c does not work / the electric door does not work the tachometer does not work properly dirty interiors of oil. The manager steve canalejo that possibly delivered the car without air conditioning. the manager presumed liars to my wife and me.

Buyers beware! Make sure that your deal is sealed! I thought mine was! Rode around for a week in a brand new 2016 Toyota Prius Two that I thought was financed through the loyalty program. One week to the day I found out that it was NOT and it was refinanced at a higher rate and they wanted more money down! Couldn't afford the extra, so I am back in my old vehicle.
I can t say enough good things about the service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher. They helped me out free of charge with a busted wheel bearing when the vehicle warranty would not honor their end of the bargain even when full maintenance was upkept on the car. I would personally like to thank the service leaders Greg and Steve for how the handled the situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any type of service or car purchase. It s hard to find dealers who go to bat for their customers and they gladly provide that here. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase at Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher. I went to this dealer, so that I can trust the dealer on their word regarding the checks that they made and the status of the car. However, I came to understand after the sales that these promises were not there to start with. When I went back to the dealer to share my feedback, I was faced with a hostile environment with the sales manager not even coming out to see me. Then I was ushered to his office after 45 minutes of waiting in another office, talking to him while he is talking with another one of their sales representatives. He basically told me that there is nothing he can do to reimburse me for the hassle I had to go through.
What I would not have expected from this dealer was that after the sales is complete, you are NOBODY to them, and they are rude when you come back asking for complimentary service that needed to be there in the first place when you are buying the vehicle.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYBODY!!!
The service by Alan Brodsky was quite exceptional; he made it an easy process which is not an easy thing to do when selling cars. I was shown every last detail about my SUV and Alan made sure all my questions were answered. I d give this a 6 out 5 if it was possible.
I took my Camry to this location for an oil change. I was immediately taken care of when I arrived. My service was finished within the hour and I was able to pick up + pay (with a great coupon!) in under 10 minutes. This location will continue to be my go-to for Toyota!
They quoted me a price on a car on a Saturday I go back there on Sunday to accept and then they want a lot more money, even a cosigner I wouldn't trust what they say
My service advisor Daniel was awesome, wouldn't let me leave until I was happy, I also met the mechanics who worked on my car, great people, no complaints.
Took my 2006 Vibe in today for oil change and additional service. Brandon was excellent -- kept me informed and updated every step of the way, gave me advice on necessary and unnecessary service, and honored my coupons. On a Sunday morning the work was done pretty quickly. I've been going there for years. Don't forget to punch your ticket and get a free oil change! By the way, it's a good idea to make an appointment.
I went into this location today only to get a "quick" oil change. I say quick seeing they have an "Express Lube". While waiting outside I observed an attendant there pull a brand new Chevy Volt up to parking spot. Well he went a tad to far and that rubber/plastic skirt on the bottom went over the concrete. Yep she scraped going over and then he backed up.............yep scraped and pulled the center piece from the 2 outside pieces. Another Toyota employee was walking by and heard/noticed what happened. Both looked under the front bumper and then both went their separate ways.
I was standing right there on the phone.
I waited outside until the owner of the car showed. So 30 minuted later a guy shows up and gets in. I went to the car and asked him he he was told what happened. Guess what people .......NOPE, he wasnt told. So here we are on our knees fixing it. He had the car for 4 weeks and this happened. He thanked me and said yeah its a little scraped up but I have to get going.
I understand why he had to get going.................I waited from 10:20 to 1pm for a "Express Lube oil change". I was never told it would take that long. Before I left they told me that they didnt have the correct filter there to they had to order it and have it delivered. Hmmm..... I asked if they could do this kinda car (Jaguar) and they said no problem. Oh and I noticed a Toyota minivan that said parts/service.............so maybe they could have gone and picked the part up with that???
In the end they did ask if I wanted the car washed so that kinda made up for a little of the waiting. I mean they do have a theater room so u can wait there if theres a seat available.
Overall if wasnt bad. I just wish a little honesty would have come out for the Chevy Volt guy and to me telling me how long the wait would be.
Plan on being there a Looooong time.
