My service advisor, Scott Michales at Richardson, provided a great, timely, and professional experience.

I was crunched for time and came in to get some warranty repairs. Scott got me in on time and finished up ahead of schedule. He didn t try to up sell or pressure me to do more than I asked for. It was a refreshing experience!

I was a customer of Toyota of Plano, but will come back to see Scott next time I need service.
