This dealership used to be a very great place to have a business with, and during the last 3 years our family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership due to the fact that they always had a Great customer service and they were very friendly and helpful, but based on our last couple experiences, it seems that the customer service is moving to the completely wrong direction, and their service department is in total mess and chaos lately! The service advisors won t return the calls and even if the service desk sends the emails to the service advisors to call you back, you still won t get a call (happened today with Crystal Maldonado) the service advisors will sell a service (for example 4 wheel alignment )with the promise that it has a warranty on it, and after 7 months the service advisor Douglas Moran tells me there is absolutely no warranty on it, my son took his 2011 Toyota Rav 4 for the fully synthetic oil change today , and when he came back and checked the paperwork (we didn t check the paperwork to see what kind of oil they put in the dealership , because we always trusted this place for their quality service and honesty ) , he discovered that the dealership put the conventional oil instead of fully synthetic and charged us $61.32 for it! Really? and if you re showing such of dishonest customer service to your several years loyal customer , I can just imagine what would happened to my car s service, if I wasn t your regular customer. I m not giving a 1 Star for the only reason that this place used to be a very great, friendly and trustworthy place to do a business.
