I recently bought my 3rd Toyota from Toyota of Orlando. My experience with the sale person Jonathan who took his time to explain and take me for test drive was awesome and also my experience with Jason and Jean Lacock was very professional and very well explained. Beware of Scotty B he will tell you something and do something else on the paperwork and when you talk to him he is the rudest and unprofessional person in Toyota team.

Took my 2020 tundra with 5,000 in for maintenance and service rep advises me that l had nail in one of my tires he advised me that they can remove nail and patch and plug. Cost 36 dollars ok np. Just so happens my wife scrapped up that specific rim. So l ordered the new rim and had a local tire shop install ha tells me that my tire has just a plug no patch. when l notified the advisor he genuinely didn t care. So if there dishonest about something so simple imagine a big incident.

So spoke to service manager and he listen to what l had to say and assured me he will get to the bottom of the situation and adjusted the fee. Thank you Mike for making things right also Jesse Santiago also tried to make things right as well.

today i relized that my truck have less oil than should be, i called and asked to speak to the manager, the worst manager i ever speak too. very disrispectfull at the point the he hang out the phone on me. what a custumer service from a manager with no maners!
i wont bring my truck again, im going to be waiting for a GM dealer to contact me, i need an apologized from this individual.

I had to change my review because of their southeast financial group. They added $150 to my principal 7 days after getting the car. My paperwork stated the lower price. I felt cheated. Not a good feeling. I Completely cannot get in touch with no one to fix this issue.

Update: Was told a customer service manager was going to reach out to me. 5 days later and I have not heard from them yet.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Was told it would be about 1 hour. 1.5 hours later was complete. Vehicle was not washed and seat was readjusted all the way forward and up.

Over all experience was amazing and a big thanks to ciara for handling the paperwork so quickly to get us finished and out the door thank you !!

The service was very helpful and fast. Cesar Raul Kevin where very help and hand great information. I would highly recommend.

So far, this has been a not so great experience . I keep seeing these commercials where I can do 95% of the process of purchasing a car online. Well, I started online and they told me I had to come in before telling me if I was approved. I went in, wasn t crazy about the car I had been looking at and left. After a couple days, I couldn t stop thinking about how much I actually like it. So I called to see if my app was still valid. The manager said no, it wasn t and I had to do another. He said that he would personally process it and follow up that same day. Well, it s been 4 days, so I decided to call, AGAIN. I spoke to a lady who said that Rafael was the manager that said he d follow up and she said that she was going to reach out to him and call me back. If she doesn t call, they will lose a great customer!

Service & Parts Dept. Outstanding attention. Reps were very knowledegable. Had oil change service it was done properly in a timely manner. Waiting area was excellent and close by was a cafe with a variety to choose from the server had a good. Attitude. The cashiers had a good attitude. Overall I felt very comfortable.
