Alton, Antonio and Pam did a great job in helping me buy my first car

Gus in the service department is 99% of the reason (the other 1% is the free coffee) that we continue to have our car serviced at Toyota of Orlando. There is a trust factor that he provides (the others that have helped have also been very helpful) makes the experience a good one and one that we will / do recommend others to go see Gus.

Quick and easy experience with Francisco, Daniella, and Pam. Helped get me out of my lease and into a new vehicle at a great rate!

I recently purchased my "4th" lease from Toyota of Orlando near the Millenia Mall. I live in a different city now and am only about 5 minutes from Seminole Toyota. There is a reason why I choose to do business with this Toyota location and his name is Paul Vera. From day one of my first lease, Paul has been courteous, fair, and provided me with the best deal that worked for me. He has guided me through every lease with the help of other team members, and this past lease, I would like to also acknowledge Abe, Jerry Sun, Kyle, and Jean. Everyone treated me with respect and fairness. When you put the customer's needs first, it really go around in a circle of helping each other. At a time when everything is so scary and difficult, this is one experience where you will never be disappointed when you leave.

I came in for a routine service repair and Darling, Daniela, and Carlos were exceptional in not only ensuring that my current problems were solved but I also upgraded our family car!

My dad purchased a 2020 Rav4 on March 13th 2021 and on March 27th. Exactly two weeks after purchase the car would not start.

Dante, Daniela and Jason were awesome. They were great with helping find just the right car for me. They did not push me to buy out of my price range nor purchase a car I didnt want to buy. Overall they were super helpful answered all my questions and fought to give me the best price possible.

I was having a rough time getting my AC fixed on my Toyota Camry because my warranty was giving me a hard time but with the TREMENDOUS help of Michael he was persistent and very thorough with the warranty company he took his time and they even hung up in his gave a few times but he didn t give up he made sure he went above and beyond! To make sure the parts came and that they were correct he wouldn t give up until everything was correct and handled probably I am EXTREMELY greatful for all of his hard work a patience with me and the warranty company THANK YOU MICHAEL FOR ALL YOU DO!! I hope someone sees this and rewards you, you deserve it!!

5 stars to Toyota of Orlando!!! I have been shopping around for a car for over a month been to a few dealerships but nothing compares to this place. First walking in Kevin greeted me and help direct me to exactly what I needed. He listen to what I wanted and showed me the best car for myself and my budget. Then I had the pleasure of working with Fred the sales specialist! He helped me get the best price I could with no pressure or down talk. He understood my budget and was the most amazing at getting my number to exactly where I needed it to be. Pam in financial services was great! Everyone was caring and courteous regarding my situation which was an emergency since I had locked my purse..cell phone and keys in the trunk of my car accidentally. I had my car towed to the dealership since AAA was unsuccessful with getting my trunk open. I called ahead to let them know the situation and they were waiting and Ready to get me back on the road.I met with Mike in the service dept and I swear I was out the door with my key in hand after only 10 minutes if that!

I made an appointment for 1pm for a 10k service, my truck did not go in the shop until 2pm. They finished it finally at around 2:50pm. The advisor walked me to my truck and started to look over it. I found oily finger prints on the hood and grill, not a big deal at first. I then walked around the side, there I found to full sized oily/greasy hand prints. What was the tech doing with oily hands near the side of my truck? I also found that there were chips on the wheels around the lug nuts from the tire rotation. I have worked on cars for 14 years and I would never let a vehicle leave my bay in that condition, it is unacceptable, and I told the service manager that too. So be aware, and inspect your vehicle after. They did clean it, say they would repremand the tech, and said they would add some oil changes. When I got home I looked over the vehicle more because this did not instill any confidence in my service. It seems like everything is ok, but they did not top off my windshield washing fluid either. If I have a bad experience next time I go there, I will find somewhere else, or do it myself.

I submitted a request for an e-price and even though they have the option online they never actually give you a price. They do everything in their power to try to convince you to come into the dealership with the excuse that they are privately own and do not discuss price through phone or email, just in person. For a customer like myself it is a huge inconvenient, since Im currently shopping from cars from out of state. All I needed was an estimate to have an idea.

Alton, Aundre, and Pam were very professional. Alton made me feel personable and important even though he saw me drive into the lot with a 1997 Ford crown victoria that has body damage and needs a car wash. Aundre kept it real for me. I did not feel pressured at all by Aundre, in fact Aundre felt more like a "trusted financial advisor" in the car buying experience who new the numbers well and helped me determine my price buying range without making me feel unwealthy or financially weak. Pam has a great working spirit helped me feel comfortable and understand what I was signing. Great job Toyota of Orlando.
