Update: Was told a customer service manager was going to reach out to me. 5 days later and I have not heard from them yet.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Was told it would be about 1 hour. 1.5 hours later was complete. Vehicle was not washed and seat was readjusted all the way forward and up.
