I tried turning my lease back into this dealership 3 times. They were doing everything in their power to not take it back. But I was told by the finance company that held my lease that I had to take it back to the dealership I got it from. It was just a terrible experience. If you are not buying another vehicle from them, they want to have nothing to so with you. I went in on a weekend and they told me I had to come back on a weekday when the finance company was open. False. But, I came back on Monday. They were very rude to me when I told them I just wanted to turn in the lease and didn't want to buy another one. The director himself literally told me to get the f' out of his dealership. Long story short, I just went back on a day he was not working and all I had to do was sign a paper and they took the car back. I will never buy or lease a vehicle from Toyota of Orlando ever again.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They texted and called me when my car was ready. I was able to go off and do errands and not have to sit and wait.

Did an internet inquiry about a pre-owned vehicle. Sales representative Rasheed reached out to me and played hard ball and did not want to help unless I came in person. I live all the way in Jacksonville and I have dealt with many car dealerships hours away from me before and none of them had issues with working out numbers and coming to deal without me physically being there. This representative told me they do not hold cars and their prices are firm. I asked to just get a ball park idea of a monthly payment and he wouldn't even do that without me doing the credit application. Very disappointed.
My daughter and myself had a very good experience with Jonathan, Jorge and Carlos. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and polite. Jorge was amazing he dealt with all my daughters questions in a business and polite manner he was never pushy or impatient it was my pleasure dealing with him. We only dropped in to test drive the truck my daughter saw on line and he made it possible for us to drive off the lot with the truck. I identified the car that we wanted and drove an hour to get there. Salesperson (Chito) was great but it went down hill from there. As soon as we were done with the test drive were handed off to two other people that were the stereo typical used car types but were the financing folks. Tried to get us to sign paperwork before giving us a trade in value and then were upset that we wouldn't need their financing. They tacked on an unreasonable amount dealer fees and then wouldn't negotiate AT ALL. Less than 2K from a deal...that's OK there are plenty of other dealers. Piss poor representation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would ! I found the exact car I wanted to buy and I reached out through their website. Told I was talking to sales, but really the internet sales team can only ask questions but not sell the car. I was told sales would be reaching out. Received text message from Rasheed introducing himself, but then no other contact no additional texting, no calls, nothing.. I texted back are you interested in selling this car? Nothing. At this point I have reached out through chat bubble day 1, text day 2, called day 3 and now waiting.. The next day Rasheed calls. He tells me that he cannot discuss price or sell cars, someone else would do that, but I have to come in to fill out application for financing. I explained I already have financing and just want to buy the car. He was nice, but definitely seemed uninformed. I asked for a manager.. Transferred to Felix who told me that they won t start the process or allow me to buy car online that I must come in to see car and fill out credit application. At this moment I thought Felix must of misunderstood.. I have the exact same car and I just want to purchase the newer model. I already have financing and oh BTW..I bought the car I have now a Toyota Highlander 3 years ago brand new all online through dealership (BEFORE COVID). He said they are the number one selling dealership and 95% of their customer want to come in, I said well I am the 5%. I also told him his website says I can buy online, he said no you can fill out an application online.. application for what, credit i don t need credit i have credit, and I don t need financing. I have money and I want to buy a car, and other dealerships will work with you online. He said well this car is in high demand and Good Luck. Needless to say the high demand card IS still sitting on the lot and I still have money in my pocket to spend on a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander. I am in sales and have never experienced a sales company work so hard to not sell a product to someone who wants to buy that product.

When I purchased my vehicle on 6/17 Cesar, Scott, and Donte were the three gentlemen that helped me with my car purchase. They made sure everything was a smooth process. That each need was meet and that I continued to leave the lot with a smile on my face. I returned on the 18th to pick up my floor mats, I again seen both Scotty and Cesar. I m under the impression that everything was settled. It was not until the 1st of July everything turned out for the worst! I was completely bamboozled by the scheme of it all.

I really enjoyed my conversation with my service rep, Joseph. The waiting room is comfortable and there is even a little food counter that you can order from. I didn t have an appointment, showed up at exactly 6, second car in line. I was out of there for an oil change in under 2 hours. I knocked one star off because I really don t like being pressured to get a service done that I currently can t afford. But overall my experience was good!

This place is professional from top to bottom. After a recent disaster visit to Tire Kingdom, where I wouldn't buy any upsells, so they broke my radio, I took my car to ToO and was told it was done, but instead of taking me for money by running a diagnostic, they were upfront about it needing to be replaced. They couldn't do anything about the radio, but informed me of two recalls on my car I was unaware of. I ended up getting the repairs for the recalls(of course this was a free repair), a new battery, new brakes, new filters, and they even replaced my windshield wipers for free. I knew my car needed these things already, but had been putting it off. It cost me less than any other place would have charged me and my car is running fantastic now. This isn't the first positive experience here and will not be taking my car to any other place. Thanks to Danny D. for being honest and informing me of the recalls. Thanks to Roger C. for being courteous and keeping me informed throughout the process. Thanks to Nichole and Guilherme R. for taking the time to talk to me about my inquiry about a future purchase I plan on making. Top notch from every aspect I experienced!

We had got a late start that day for car shopping but we knew what we wanted. We had gone to other dealerships and the car we wanted was just flying off of every lot! We called Toyota of Orlando at 9:00pm to see if there was any chance they had the car on their lot, and by some miracle they did! We were met by Abe, who was amazing at showing us the car and letting us do a quick test drive to make sure we really loved it before we went any further. He gave us a lot of details and helpful info and he was so personable! Then we dealt with Andre who helped us as much as he could with getting a good deal. He was very professional and made the process quick and easy. We felt so bad that they were staying so late to help us, but they didn t make us uncomfortable and were very friendly through everything! We were then introduced to Carlos, who helped us with our paperwork. He was very quick and made the process painless. The only thing I would say is, the Toyota website is a little confusing with the deals they advertise. We were under the impression that we would be able to get certain specials that unfortunately, we didn t end up receiving. Not this staffs fault, we were just a little disappointed when things didn t add up how we thought they would. Overall, they are a very efficient staff and they will work to get you the best deal they can offer.
