My experience with this location has continued to be poor. Every time l take my car in for service they check off that all the liquids have been checked and replaced but when l get in my car the washer fluid is empty. So how I'm l to believe that the other key fluids have been serviced properly.

Aquino was extremely helpful and explained the details about the car to us with no hesitation! Very knowledgeable and kind!

Andres was great to work with as well and helped me find a rate to keep my payment with where I wanted it to be.

Jason was fast, efficient and easy to work with.

We had a very pleasant experience with Vern, our sales rep. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable...we also had a great experience with Ciara who helped us with our final paperwork. Highly recommend Toyota of Orlando. Ask for Vern, and you won t be disappointed!

Hands down this location has the right staff and the attitude. I drove into the service area yesterday and was greeted by one of their awesome service consultants Victor Fuentes. Not only was he straight to the point, he was honest and very courteous. Perfect example of someone who loves what they do and cares about people in general. My service advisor really worked with me to make sure that all of my repairs was taken care of and my needed got meet in a timely manner. Thanks Taw fi for a job well done. Do not trust reviews. The finance department in the middle of signing documents tells you to open you phone and leave a 5 start review like it's part of the procedure. Dealer will low ball you on trade in, so do your research before hand. At the end of the purchase, I got in the car to see no floor mats, 5% oil and gas level on E. Do not recommend this dealership.

The experience today was amazing, I was greeted by Jonathan who was very nice and patient with me. I was later greeted by Scotty who was very experienced and made the process easier and fast. And finally I was greeted by Roxanne who also made the process easy and fast.

Scotty was an amazing sales consultant. Friendly, kind, funny, and personable. Just an all around good man who was very helpful and informative of our purchase. Pam was kind, funny, and fast with the finance piece. We had a great laugh about her name (Pam Anderson! Love it!!!)

They have had great service the entire last 4 years I ve had my car serviced there. However this last time after picking up my car realized half way home that the technician failed to make sure my speedometer read miles as it was reading kilometers. Therefore having to go back a few days later to get it fixed because it didn t work when I did step by step of changing it back per my drivers manual.

If I can put zero I would but it won't allow me. Kevin provided me with great customer service. However, Scotty added premiums without my concerns, little that I knew he told me to initial with some bogus excuse. When I asked James Lyle, the Director of Sales, about my concerns after taking the time to review it properly as they rush you into it. He treated me with no respect, they got what they wanted so why should they care or help me. He said and I quote, " I'm not doing anything for you." He was insinuating certain remarks in which I can't even repeat and being condescending.

My intake is if you don't have another choice than to purchase there please take your time to ask and don't be afraid to say no. The unfortunate truth is that they will read this and laugh about it because they won't change their tactics. What happened to customer service or work ethics?
