Took my car in for service had a dealer sent coupon for 69 .00 wheel alignment and wanted a full synthetic oil change 59.00 even with a couple of extra quarts should be no more than 70 .00 so 139 + tax 155 at the most even with waste disposal snd incendentals 179 complained the sneaky advisor joseph only took 20 off wheel alignment and put on about 17 .00 of extra charges then has the nerve to tell me hes taking care of me ended paying to much still about 17 .00 over what should have been ! Needless to say ,I have been going here for years but on this visit they lost my business. You ripped me off you only get me once.and after a almost 4 hr wait!

It s was a great service and exemptinal customers service I will give them 10/10 on service thanks

So we were going to take a 2500 mile road trip. In preparation, I took our van in for an oil change and specifically asked them to check our tires when rotating them. I got it back with an inspection report on the tires showing all 4 well in the green. However, next morning, the low pressure light came on when I started the van. While checking my pressures, I readily observed low pressures all around and the left rear tire was not only low it was almost bald on the outside tread in one area. So it was obvious my tires had not been properly checked at all. I called and went back for 4 new tires. I appreciated that the tires were prorated, however, handling felt very unsafe like we had little connection with the road. On the highway I felt I could too easily loose control of my van and crash. Fortunately, I thought to check the tire pressures and found all four at least 65 psi and higher. I lowered them all to the required 35 psi handling problems solved. However, the tire pressure light came on and has remained on since even after reset. Tires are one of the most important automotive safety areas and it is not taken seriously at Toyota of Orlando.

I wasn't expecting to walk out with a car today, but I felt very welcomed from this dealership. I had the opportunity to work with Donte, Aundre, Carlos, and I walked out with a new car the same day. They all were able to help me find the right car within my means without any pressure and I felt very welcomed.

Big selection of vehicles. Clean lobby. Employees not taking Covid-19 precautions (Employee 1) tried shaking my hand. Salesperson lost total interest on finding me a car when I told him I won t be able to get the car today because I am closing on a house Friday. (Sales manager) then came to talk to me as I was leaving, very nice person. However, while talking to me Aquino had to jump in and tell him he is closing on a house on Friday , code word for I am wasting their time. It s a shame, no effort on their part to continue any sort of deal.

Visited the Toyota at Vineland and Andres was very helpful. He answered any concern I had and took his time going over any doubts I had. Jean the manager was also very helpful and patient. Took his time explaining everything. Left very pleased and satisfied.

No transparency at all. After a test drive I sat with Antonio and asked him to give me the OTD ( out of door price), he took apiece of paper and started to write a lot of numbers without any explanation and told me this is the price. I told him to bring me all the details of those numbers (in other words the OTD price), he said that the dealership dont allowed him to do it. Thats the way some dealerships with no integrity try to charge us FAKE FEES. I recommend to ask for the OTD price when start a transaction of a car and listen what they have to say.

I made the review above a week ago. The answer of the dealer was that a manager going to call me. Today is April 21st and I still wait for somebody to call and talk to me. They just post an answer here to make others think that they take care of customers, such a LIERS!! I hope they not answer saying that they tried to reach me and I did not answer. Believe me I will like to hear what you going to say.

This place post pictures of vehicles on carfax and their own website but with no pictures of the vehicle. Most dealerships will have a salesman go take pics to send to potential buyers..... not this dealer.
Wait a couple days till they are posted is what I was told but they are very eager to have me come in so they can value my trade!
Nope!! Many others dealers work for the customer like they should.

The salesman who attended the parking lot, I asked him about the TRD pro truck that they just received and I'm coming now I'm going to ask if I can show it to you because it seems that it already has an owner, I tell him again that I simply want to see it to make a decision between the tacoma pro and the tundra pro, well the boy comes back from inside the dealer and says no. he can show it to him because someone bought it I tell him that I just want to see it to compare it with the tacoma but he comes back and he tells me that you can't really my first time at that dealer and the last sales service is terrible..

I made an appointment and was attended to by an honest Service Consultant Mr John Wells. The only few honest guy left in the service industry.

I have driven my Sienna for almost 190,000 miles and usually change my oil every 5,000 miles. Mr Wells informed me that I am not due for an oil change because I am using fully synthetic oil and it last for 10,000 miles. I was not informed of this by my consultant when I was servicing in Winter Park!

Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience over my last 2 visits. Although I've scheduled an appt for an oil change, it's still taken at LEAST 2 hours. In fact, I had to forego the car wash because I'd already been there for 2 hours on 12/29. In addition to that, my car is now leaking oil so I called, along with using the on-line Chat option to rectify it today. I was told over the phone that the Service Center is closed and over Chat, I was asked to schedule an appt and that someone would be calling me to schedule an appt as well. When I asked 2x if the Service Center was closed or open, I was given general hours of operation and a phone number to call, which I'd already done. Super disappointed.

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for our 18th wedding anniversary and when our car broke down and had to be towed it could have ruined our vacation and very nearly ruined my day at the very least. But the team in Orlando on Vineland Road took extraordinary care of us and even took the worry out of having to rent a car from us. Absolutely everyone was on point and went above and beyond to make the whole situation as painless and stress free as possible and we went on to have a wonderful time knowing they would fix the problems with the car. We appreciate every single person who helped us. Thank you guys so very much. God bless you.
