I bought a car at Toyota of Orlando, few months ago, and they said that would give me the best valuation on that car when I decide to trade it for another Toyota there. So, I went there last week and the salesman gave me the worst valuation between Toyota, Honda and Hyundai. Both, Honda and Hyundai, gave me a better valuation than Toyota. And I bought my Toyota at Toyota of Orlando a few months ago, like I said. So, Toyota of Orlando doesn t have the best valuation for an used Toyota. I ll never buy a car there again!

We had great experience at Toyota of Orlando. Our salesman Daniel was very nice, very respectful, showed us everything about the Tacoma, all features. Ricardo, our Sales Specialist, was also super nice and helped us get to the payment whitish our budget. As always, the overall service I received was excellent! I overslept and missed my appointment time by an hour 1/2. I called and the receptionist told me to come on in anyway. The service tech Aaron was very patient, courteous and best of all, extremely professional. He was able to get my car in as soon as I arrived. Don't see too many young service reps who display those great qualities that much anymore. He's definitely a great asset to your company. As always, the overall service I received was excellent! I did not bough my car in here but since it was close to my area before, I always go to this place and let them fix my car. Unfortunately, their services are going down to 10 to 0 . I keep coming back here for almost 4 years but the last time I have to just check my tire light on they want to charge me $500 just for diagnostic. Saturday I made an appointment to have my oil change and check my tire lights on. But of course they let you initial and sign for diagnostic fee for 170 and if they find out something wrong with your car that fee is waived. I did not mind agreeing to that because that was it used to be. After 3 hours, they changed my oil and then Ed said "the mechanic cannot figure what is wrong with the tire it will take 5 more hours to figure the problem and since it is Saturday it is very busy" Ed suggested to come back on the weekdays when it is not busy and I cannot wait that long and I have to go somewhere else to go so I agree to come back. That being said I still paid for 170 when they were not able to figure what was wrong with the car. Weekday I came back Ed want me to sign again an diagnostic fee worth 500 but I told him I already paid 170 for diagnostic I should not be paying another fee. I already lost a day of work and they want me to pay more fee. I guess this is something new they are doing to get more money out of their customers. I left the dealership and never coming back. Save yourself some stress and time. Go somewhere else to fix your car. They are not great as it used to be.

The oil change on the 1998 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylind...

The oil change on the 1998 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder truck took an excess of over 2 hours, even though we had an appointment. I was charged for 6 quarts of oil which is more than this truck needs.
When I made the appointment I inquired if the wait would be long. The answer was "No". It was way way too long!!!

Kevin and Anthony were our representatives. Kevin was amazing. Super patient and let me look at every car with no rush! Someone initially started helping us when we came inside, he seemed nice but when we started asking questions, it was evident he was getting flustered. Eventually he called Anthony to take over, Anthony did a good job but he also got a little flustered. I am a first time buyer with many questions. I understand it was a long process but I would have appreciated a bit more patience. Kevin was our financial agent, he did great very fast and efficient!

My wife and I found a 2017 Tundra on the Toyota of Orlando s listing site. I called on 8/24/20 to see if it was in stock and it was. We live about an hour away and the lady told me that she would have the vehicle ready for us. Before we headed there, we contacted our credit union (which is based out of L.A.) and were pre-approved. The vehicle s asking price was $37k and we were going to put down about 40%. We were able to get an interest rate in the low 2 s which we knew Toyota wouldn t be able to meet or match.

We arrived in the late afternoon and were both greeted warmly by Chito. Everyone that we could see, including Chito, were wearing masks which was pretty awesome. After getting some info from me, Chito had us wait in the lobby for a couple of minutes and then took us out to see the truck and test drive it. As we walked around the vehicle to check it out, we noticed a couple of deep scratches on the tailgate that didn t show up on the pictures online. Then once we were inside the vehicle my wife pointed out the large crack in the windshield that went from one side almost all the way to the other. Then once we got it on the road, we noticed that the alignment was off, along with the 4x4 not engaging. Those are all things that Chito said would be addressed once we got back to the dealership.

Once we got back, Chito handed us over to Andre in Sales. Andre was very friendly and started to fill out the credit application. We let him know that we were already pre-approved from our credit union and handed him all of the necessary paperwork. He was a little surprised by the low amount of interest and immediately let us know that they definitely couldn t meet that. We also let him know that we would be placing about 40% as a down payment.

After filling out some more paperwork and making copies, it seemed like everything was going smoothly and we would be driving out of there with the truck. But then all of a sudden Andre comes back after speaking to the Finance Manager (I assume) and lets us know that the FM doesn t want to process the payment due to the fact that it s a credit union in LA that they don t do business with and that there is no guarantee that they would receive payment in a short amount of time. Something along the lines of We would possibly have to wait 2 weeks or so for the payment to go through, and that time costs us money etc etc.

Then Andre suggested opening up an account with a local bank which we don t want to do. Not sure why that is even an issue. At the end of the day, we came into the dealership to put almost half down on a truck, with paperwork showing that we were pre-approved for the allotted amount and that still wasn t good enough. Needless to say, we were disappointed. But at the end of the day you have to be willing to walk away. I ve never been denied purchasing a vehicle before, so this was definitely a first and the last time.

Had last warranty service, and it was the worst experience I had. They made me wait an additional 50 minutes after they had told me my car was completed. I went to the gentleman who was helping me when I first got there, Eduardo, and he completely forgot about me when I asked what happened.

Went to test drive a Prius. Before leaving the lot it was evident there was a sound coming from the back of the vehicle. The salesperson turned on the radio and turned up the volume to drown out the noise. Once I turned off the radio they made repeated excuses claiming the very loud noise was just the key-box (which it was not). They tried to sell me the vehicle with the vague promise of it being fixed by them.

I said I wouldn t happily buy the vehicle if the sound was addressed first- but once they realize do wasn t paying that moment they became disinterested. They said they would fix it and call me back but they told the vehicle within a day without addressing the issue.

Makes me wonder if the new owner of the vehicle realized it made such a racket before they purchased it.

Just beware of the condition of vehicle you buy from them. Do your own inspection.

Well called in to make sure they could see my warranty that I had from another state and they confirmed that they could. Once I took my vehicle in they said they couldn t because it wasn t a Toyota vehicle even though it was Toyota care bought from another Toyota dealership and they said it would take two hours for a ten minute oil change. Two hours passed and they didn t even do anything to it due to a stripped bolt. They said they would call us the next day to get it handled and never got a call.

First of all i would hope it was just a fluke!!! Went to website to look at a truck, fill the information for a call back and sent it. Two days later nothing so i filled the information again and send it for a second time. Nothing at all from the dealership. I went in for a third time to website and started the chat process. Gave them all the information, email, phone. A week later nothing back. So I finally called and ask to speak with someone in sales. The guy was rude and said. I cant give you any info on the truck unless you come in. Wow i am in shock. Hopefully this is not how you do business, because you will loose a lot of customers
