Steve Landers Toyota in NWA were very helpful on finding the perfect vehicle for our daughter. Chip and Barry and the staff at Steve Landers made it easy for us to come from the Joplin Mo area to find a wide variety of cars and the color selections for the price we were looking for. We knew what price range our daughter was needing and they worked with us to get what she needed for her first vehicle. We will definitely be coming back when we are looking for a new vehicle and also referring family and friends. Thank you again for your service!

Absolutely phenomenal. Showed up to the lot with no idea of what we wanted and Sully picked us the perfect car out after a couple test drives and showed us something we would not have considered if it hadn't been for him and his patience. Took it home and love it still!

What incredible service, detail & caring I received when I purchased my new 2020 Toyota Corolla LE!! My husband was unable to be with me so this was the first time I had ever negotiated a car purchase! Eric walked me through all options, he gave me a great price on my trade in & even synched my blue tooth & showed me how to program & operate the functions. His Mgr, Zach, helped sweeten the deal and they took care of me like I was their mother! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Thank You Toyota for having such awesome salesmen.!! I love my car & feel safe driving it!! What a blessing for a woman not to feel taken. Instead, I was taken care of.
I recommend this honest dealership 100%. They showed great integrity & caring for me as a customer! I will never shop anywhere else for a car!!

Called the service department at 12:08PM, was nicely greeted and told that they would be giving me a call within the hour with the information I was asking for and a quote. No called received, called again at 4:37PM , was greeted again by someone else, and was informed that they were very sorry for not giving me a call back. I was ensured that I would get my information and a call back within 15-25 minutes. 2 days later..... Still currently waiting to be called back? Dont waste your time.
Happy to take my business elsewhere

Joaquin and Chip were first class throughout the whole process.
I asked for their help several times for over a week as I compared Tacoma's, until I found the one that's right for me.
I feel like they were more concerned with making sure I got the specific Tacoma I wanted, than with just making a sale.
Much appreciated!

Super easy and great experience. Booked on line, dropped the vehicle off and just gave a call to make sure it was checked it. They communicated by text with the solve for the problem and suggesting an additional service. Able to pick it up at the end of the day. Best in class experience and service.

I had a great experience with these guys! I was a little worried about financing on my end but it was a no hassel deal. Everyone was helpful and polite. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I had done the deal over the internet with Michael Narx the Internet Manger so by the time I got there it was just a matter of filling out the paper work and making sure the vehicle was as promised. They introduced me to everyone I would be dealing with in the Service department when I brought my Camry in to be serviced. I will definitely be using these guys int he future!!

I had a really good experiance. Seems like most of the time at a dealership these day you walk away disappointed or angry. That won't happen here. Eric Perkins was the salesman that i workwd with. He was polite and courteous. I never felt pressured or discharged in any way. Eric and his manager just made it happen. They are true professionals. Everything went so smooth. From sales to management to finance everyone knows their job and treats you woth respect. What used to take all day at a dealership takes just a couple of hours with thwse guys. And best of all i got the truck i wanted with a payment i can afford. You won't be sorry if you choose Steve Landers Toyota to buy your next vehicle. And ask for Eric Perkins.

My overall experience was great Marty explained everything clearly and he wasn't simply trying to make a sale just to make one, he cared about my interests as well. It has been 7 months now and I have never had any issues with the car he sold me. Good work!!

Great people at a great facility! Everyone associated with the service department was great - starting with the guy who checked me in, to the service advisor (Seth Snyder), to the guy who retrieved my vehicle when the servicing was completed. Oh, yeah, and the waiting area, complete with complementary popcorn, soft drinks, water, etc., was hosted by a nice lady who kept everything stocked and tidy! Class act, all around!

New to NWA and have found that Northwest Arkansas Toyota is a fantastic place for service of my vehicle. William Mossman and staff take time to explain options and ensure that you're taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Minimal wait time and courteous employees make this a must stop!

My wife and I hate buying cars and dealing with a typical car salesman is like going to the dentist, however working with Craig made the whole process way too easy! He was very helpful and organized and actually got us through the entire process is a very timely fashion. When we were done we did not feel like we had just gone through a 12 round fight, we were pleased with our purchase decision and Craig made the buying experience enjoyable.

Great help with locating and pricing the vehicle I was looking for. They asked what I wanted and went out and found it, and for the price I was willing to spend. Fantastic sales professionals! Brandon took the project and delivered a great vehicle at my price!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The sales manager (Jeff) and my sales associate were great! I was in and out of there in no time. Jeff, was above all, the best sales manager that I have ever dealt with. He didn't come out to pressure me into buying a car; he came out just to see what he could do to make my buying process easier. Jeff really did make it easy for me, I didn't have to stress about what car to buy or what payment or this n that.

The dealership it self was very nice and clean. All of the employees there were in good spirit. You could really tell that everyone took pride in what they do there. I can definitely see how Toyota of Northwest Arkansas is recommended by many. I will never go to any other dealership other than Toyota of NWA ever again! If you are looking for a vehicle, go to Toyota of NWA and see Jeff (Sales Manager)

We had a very horrible experience with the service...

We had a very horrible experience with the service department. My husband took his 2006 Toyota with around 200,000 milrs in to the service department. He was advised that if he did $6,000 in repairs that his truck would go for up to 450,000 miles.

Every time they fixed something, my husband received a report that something else needed fixed. He tried to drive it home twice. The first time, the original problem was not fixed. The second time, my husband was left stranded.

We spent about $2800.00 to end up having to purchase a vehicle from them. They gave us less money than they wanted from us to repair it and were hardly negotiable on the vehicle we purchased. But we felt we had no choice since our vehicle was in such bad shape after paying them almost $3,000 to fix it.

But it doesn t end there, we approached the 30 day time frame to pay sales tax and tag the new vehicle AND STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMEBTS NEEDED TO DO SO. So my husband had to go by the dealership and pick up the documents.

We feel we were taken advantage of and received very poor customer service. We should have never been advised to put money into that vehicle. We should have went somewhere else and traded it in while it was still worth something.

They will never receive our business again and we will never advise a friend or family member to use their services. Go to Fayetteville.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i from TNWA. My search had covered many states and over 100 135s over a 4-month period. I was surfing AutoTrader when I came across a 135 offered by Toyota of Northwest Arkansas.

From the opening dialog with Peter Delacruz from TNWA, I sensed that I was going to receive timely, accurate information and follow-up. Peter was very attentive and eager to serve. He consistently practiced an 'extra mile' attitude as he requested and provided maintenance and warranty claim history on my vehicle from third parties.

When I was satisfied that the 135 met my long distance requirements, price negotiations proceeded in a most friendly and professional manner. We quickly came to a 'bottom line' for both parties without any hidden 'up-pricing' tactics.

I flew into XNA and was met by new friend and business associate Pedro Delacruz. He drove me to TNWA and patiently stood by as I examined the car live for the first time. The overall condition of the 135 exceeded even my own strident expectations.

Roberto from the Business Office had the purchase transaction buttoned down quickly and efficiently. In short order I was on my way from Rogers, AR to the ATX for a most exhilarating 9-hour BLAST of a drive!

Not sure our automotive paths will cross again but, if they should, I will not hesitate to engage the process with my friends at TNWA. Merry Christmas Peter, Roberto and TNWA!

The people that I encountered at this dealership were great. My salesman, Marty May, and the finance guy ( can t think of his name ) were straight forward. They didn t try to make a shady deal nor did I feel they were dishonest. When I need to car shop again, I will come back to this dealership!

May 8th-We went looking for a used family vehicle with low miles that fit in our budget. Esteban was great. He showed me the Toyota Highlanders which is the car that I went to look at. We test drove one, and I wasn't impressed. I asked if they had any white ones with tan interior. He said they just got one that we could look at. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. It was everything that I was wanting in our new family vehicle. I still love the car. But the process after looking at the car and taking the plunge was horrible. I felt like the finance part of the whole transaction was rushed. He also told us that if we went with a better rate we would only have to pay about 300 out of pocket on top of the sales tax check, so of course we said yes. We can do that. (This is our first car purchase as a married couple, so we didn't know much about the process). They said they could roll the sales tax into our payments. Which is great! BUT, he also told us it would take about two weeks to get the sales tax check so that we can go register the vehicle. My temporary tags expire June 7. Two weeks went by. We gave it till Wednesday (May 27th) of the third week. My husband called our salesman (Esteban). He said he would look into it and call us back by Friday (May 29th). No call back. The next week we gave him Monday to try to reach out. Nothing. Tuesday (June 2nd-5 days till my tags expire) I called and asked for the finance guy (Chase Shelnutt). I told him that I needed to register the car before my temp tags expired. He said he would have to look into it. I told him that I would be looking forward to his call later on that afternoon. He calls me back. He says that he talked with the people that were working on the checks and they were not going to get to mine for another three days. But "since you are super anxious, we put yours on the top". Wow. No, I was going off of the two week time frame he gave me on May 8th. So the next day (Wednesday June 3rd) I went to the dealership to pick up the check. My husband takes the paperwork to the revenue office to get the car registered. He has to pay $697.80 MORE. NOT $300. WAY OFF. I get that they only pay state sales tax. I usually do not write reviews because everyone makes mistakes. But I felt like we were cheated. Overall, our first family car purchase was a mess/stressful.

This place is so amazing and I find myself excited to go back everytime! The staff are so personal and kind, you feel like these people are truly trying to find the best balance between the business/sales job they run and what's truly best for your needs/wants. Crazy to say it feels like I could trust the people at a car dealership, but Steve Landers team here makes it very easy to feel comfortable and like you are talking to someome on your side.
We walked away with a 2020 Corolla and a deal we thought would be impossible for us, but they made it work.
I personally really appreciated our sales man and financer who both were honest and clear with us the entire process. All of the paperwork was gone over properly and professionally, they made sure we understood and everything was as we wanted.

I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to make sure they stop here first!
Edited: My partner reminded me they went out of their way to get us on a deal for a warranty! When we found a chip on the paint they gave us the tools and showed us how to use them for free. You will not regret coming here!

Everyone is very helpful. They went above & beyond what a lot of dealers would do. Even after the sale they made it very easy to reach out with any questions that we may have. I would defiantly buy from them again. Keep up the great customer service.

Great experience. Julian, our salesman, took really good care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and listened to what we needed. He took his time and met our needs, he was not a pushy salesperson. Great guy and the GM was pretty great in helping to handle the follow up needs for the service our car. Highly recommend the dealership!

Showed up to drive a car that was misrepresented on their website. Someone had painted their name on the car, along with many other designs. This was not shown in the pictures. In addition car was leaking oil and the engine light was on. Won't be going back.

Our experience with Brooklyn could not have been any better. She went above and beyond to help us become satisfied customers. We were very impressed with EVERYONE who works at Steve Landers Toyota. Brooklyn was such a great salesperson, we ended up leaving with 2 brand new cars. I have never even thought about owning a Toyota. We have always been Chevy/GMC people. Just from the honesty and commitment of the Steve Landers dealership employees, we are now vested in the Toyota family. There aren t enough stars to rate our experience with them. Definitely THE place to go!

I completed our online application on the 23 of September. Unfortunately the sales rep at the time failed to tell us that the car we were interested in was not ready, it was a Mazda m6. He asked us to fill out the online application so it would be faster. Once we got there he then let us know all the defects the car had including how the remote start was showing it had a problem with it. The car was still dirty and had not been detailed. It would of been nice to know all of this beforehand since we drove an hour. I believe honestly is what sales. That was a disappointment. I decided to give them another chance since they had already pulled my credit once. I inquired about a car via text message on Sunday the 25. I asked Kameron who responded to my text if I had to redo the whole process again. He said no. We agreed I would go look at the vehicle I was asking about and test drive it on Monday. I texted him to let him know we were on our way there. Before we even arrived at the dealership to look or even test drive the car our credit had been pulled again. Keep in mind I did ask VIA text Kameron if I had to redo the process again. I assumed they would not have to pull my credit again. Obviously I was wrong, my credit was checked again. My husband became very upset as so did I because we hadn t even looked at the car or even driven it to make up our mind. This was very upsetting to me. I have done business with other car dealerships in the past and this one has been by far the worst one I have ever been too. I never gave my verbal consent to pull my credit again. Within a month apart. I believe this should not be done UNTIL you are 100% sure you do want the car. I still have the text messages and I would be more than happy to post them on here but unfortunately it will not allow me to do so.

I had the opportunity of working with Seth in the service department. He really worked with me in terms of helping me to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. He was able to save me hundreds of dollars by the taking the time to thoroughly check my vehicle and was able to fix a problem before it had been created. I am throughly satisfied with the service I received and would go back again to work with the Toyota service department at Steve Landers Toyota in Bentonville.

Gotta say. I'm disgusted by their warranty team, and repair guys. I own a 1986 chevy k10 and got it brought back my own two hands. But my wife's car that was bought brand new is not covered under warranty except by something under the hood. That's disgraceful as a business. I am by means no mechanic, but I stand behind my work. The "extended warranty" is to buy the bumper to bumper warranty. If you buy it as is, they are only responsible for something walmart will do with their oil changes. My name is as it is on Facebook. If you get quoted an absurd amount on something that should have been warranted under a new car. I'll beat their labor price. Their "small print" is absolutely sickening. A good business does not need small print. That is my damn motto.

Everyone was friendly and very willing to help. Called the same day I inquired about a quote for a vehicle online. They are not just about the sale, they actually care about who is buying the car and what they can do to make the transition as easy and feasible as possible. I will most definitely buy from them again!

I would not recommend buying a car here. They will get you out the door no problem, but if you want any kind of help after the sale, there's no one to be found. There was a mistake on the paperwork for a car that my wife bought from them, and 6 months later I am still waiting to get it fixed. 6 Months! Ridiculous. And I was promised an extra remote for my truck that never arrived.

Again today - 12/27/18 I called asking for help to fix this problem, but I was told that we can't be helped. Again they'll get you out the door, but if you need anything afterward, then you're out of luck.

We worked with a friendly sales rep that was helpful in buying a used car. Overall experience was good. The one negative thing was that I felt like we were being rushed through F&I and that was not pleasant. But aside from that, we didn't feel like we were being pressured into buying a car from them, they let us take a look under the car while it was on a lift and let us take as long as we wanted to just go over some inspection stuff. We mentioned we were pre-approved for a loan at a really good rate and they didn't even bother mentioning financing through them, but if we had asked if they could beat the rate or whatever I'm sure they would have been happy to try. I would consider buying from them again.

TL;DR:

TL;DR:
Save yourself a customer service nightmare and visit Fayetteville Autopark instead of this place. You'll be glad you did.

Purchased a used vehicle from Toyota over the weekend and was very pleased with the low-pressure experience. Unfortunately, Landers Toyota refuses to provide an SD card for the navigation in my car, so I have a $28K brick with wheels on it. I am extremely disappointed that they won't provide something as simple as an SD card so my vehicle will work properly.

Edit:
Thanks for telling me I can pay a fee to get an SD card. That's the whole point: I shouldn't have to spend another couple hundred dollars for a $2 SD card that should have been in the vehicle in the first place.

The car also only had one key, but Toyota DID agree to make another key for us. They needed the car on site to do so in order to pair the chip with the car, which is understandable and they offered to give a loaner vehicle to me. Unfortunately, they couldn't find a loaner vehicle when I dropped off the car for my appointment (I know, how can you not find a car on a car lot?) so I had to take a shuttle to work. They messed up the key, so they had to keep the car for a SECOND day. After taking a shuttle back through Bentonville in rush hour, I was given a Chevy that was absolutely disgusting inside. There was still garbage in the floorboards and I felt disgusting after driving in the car, not to mention the leftover odor of smoke. On the second day they did get the key made and I gladly traded the Chevy for my new car. Maybe I should have kept the Chevy - at least the navigation worked on it. After my experiences last week, I'd highly recommend making the drive to Fayetteville for your next Toyota and skip Steve Landers.

My wife took her Camry in because the car would get stuck in park and the traction control light would come on and stay on. At the same time this started happening, the key remote stopped working and her usb quit working. They did their usual up charging by talking my wife into an oil change, multi point inspection which I expected and was ok with. What disappointed me was they charged her $107 to check her usb. The job stated: plugged personal usb into outlet and found it to be working, $107!!! I was disappointed that they even charged for that and that they charged so much. They of course charged separate for the inspection and oil change.
