Service manager, Andy Gates, was kind enough to drive the shuttle in the late afternoon to pick me up and return me to the dealership. I now know Landers s commitment to service excellence starts at the top.

The experiance was expensive! Went in to look at a used truck. Ended up wit a nu one then found out if i had been willin to drive south an hour i could hav saved $5,000 on the exact same truck. Never go shoping wen ur hungry or pissed. I was both. However i got just wat i wanted. I just feel as though i paid to much for it. School of hard knocks! Story of my life. Lol!
I do need to say the service & attention i recived wen i was there was top notch. While i may b experiancing alil buyers remorse now that the anger from that damn truck (my 3/4 ton dodge) breakin down on me again (4 transmissions in last 3 yrs) I am very hopeful that my nu tundra will live up to the reputation as being a dependable hassle free truck.

The team at Steve Landers Toyota with Mark Daniel's has never disappointed. Highly recommend that team for your consideration.

Great place to buy a Toyota! Ask for Mike when you get there. Mike is easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. We have bought several vehicles through him and sent a few friends his way as well.

Terrible. I went in to get my car serviced and saw this car dealer in a cart covered with tattoos and waved. He stared me down like I did something terrible and didn't wave back. He then followed me to the entrance. And asked me what I wanted and I said I need to get my car serviced and told me to pull in and then just drove off. As a busniess you should conduct yourself in a busniess like manner

Appreciated that they fixed a couple of things from when I had my dash replaced awhile ago, but I I am not sure everything was really checked when I had my oiled changed. I know my horn does not work, but it said it was good and it said all my tires had the exact same pressure and tread. Although none of this is a deal breaker on of I come back.

We have bought 7 vehicles and cashed about the same in referral checks. We recently added my father and cousin to the SLToyFam. Always a pleasure! See ya here soon when the kids get their licenses!

Every time I go here it's a terrible and very expensive experience! 2013 tundra cost me 109$ for a oil change! Get real! I wont be back, and will not buy another truck from here.

My sales man was Eric Perkins. He got my son in the car he was wanting. Eric stayed late to make sure everything was in order, he even cleaned the car up himself. He's funny and made us feel very comfortable. No pressure. He's a good guy.

Service was done in less time than I was told to expect, but it took about 10 minutes to check in, and then I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to bring my car up. A bit long on the start and end of the visit.

Friendly staff, good service and they have free car washes during day.

I had my car totaled by no fault of mine. This put me in a situation where I had to car shop.
Trying to find a good reliable vehicle under $5,000 was becoming impossible.My son suggested we call Stevenson Toyota and I spoke with Juan. I told him what I was looking for and he went out to the lot to see if you can find anything close to that price range and then called me back to come over and take a look. I can say enough how comfortable Juan made me feel! They found a Camery to fit in my budget! Everyone we met were professional and non judgemental.Kyle was also a nice young man who greeted us and when he found out that I had talked to Juan first he drove me over to him. Also I cannot say enough nice things about Michael and his reliability and honesty. I would definitely buy a car here again and tell my family to do the same.

Do not let them service your vehicle for an Oil Change. I took my Toyota Sienna and was told I needed a new Oil Pan since my threads were stripped. Would cost $660! I felt something fishy. Sure enough. I took it to a different mechanic and showed me nothing was stripped at all.

If these service guys are incentivized by commission then I they'll tell you anything to make their paycheck bigger. Sad since it was my very first time going to this place and trusting the Dealership.

Great friendly service as usual. Employees couldn t have been nicer. I did make an appointment for an oil change and still there was a 2 hour wait. It was busy that day but I noticed several people arrived after me and left before me. Not sure why that happened.

Landers has changed our opinion of the car buying experience. This is our second purchase from Steve Landers and it went just as well, if not better than the first time. If you are looking to purchase a new car, start with Sean Chase. He will fight to get you the best possible deal without wasting your time. Sean wrapped up our purchase with ease and Lucky, the finance guy, breezed us through the final step without the typical super high pressure sale of services, warranties, etc. Without a doubt, the best car buying experience is at Steve Landers Toyota!

Easiest place to buy a car, hands down. Most of our negotiations were done via text which eliminated me having to sit at the dealership all day when I didn't have all day to sit at a dealership. Not unlike in other slow services providers oil changes taking 2 to 3 hours but they claim speedy services . They hire limited number of techs to handle oil changes they act like it ok. Free oil changes lol. No such thing. 3 hours waiting is crazy. The only thing you need to know is drop it off and forget it till they call you . Hope this post saves the readers some frustration.

The salesman and the man who handled our financing were great! However when we spoke with the man handling our trade in and the purchase of our new used vehicle he had said that the vehicle was being inspected and had us under the impression that it would need new tires placed on it before we purchased it and we were told we could come back the next day and drive it with the new tires on it to make sure we liked the way it drove with the new tires. In hindsight we should have gotten new tires in writing before we signed on the dotted line. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready yet from detailing but we were told that it didn t need new tires yet so no new tires were placed and when the vehicle was ready this afternoon they didn t even do us the courtesy of filling the tank up. By this point my wife was in tears from what seemed to her to be subpar treatment because we made a used vehicle purchase and not a NEW vehicle purchase. So not only did they not place new tires on the vehicle, they only gave us 1/4 tank of gas which was a bit insulting. I m giving four stars because your finance department was very quick and helpful and our salesman was great, but we may take our business elsewhere when we are ready to purchase a Toyota Tundra in the near future.

Our buying experience with Sean at Steve Landers was the best we've ever had at any car dealership! We tried to purchase this Highlander at 3 different dealerships in the Oklahoma City metro area where we live but none were able and/or willing to locate the right car for us even though we had purchased Toyotas from two of them in the past. We were very pleased that Sean did everything that he promised over the phone and we were able to complete the deal in about an hour once we arrived in Rogers, AR. We would highly recommend this dealership and we hope to buy from them again in the future!

Seth made getting my car serviced and removing the running boards very easy. He was careful to explain every step of the removal to me and was very polite as well. This is the only place I will ever get my car serviced!

Jason Jones is one of the best service advisor's they have and he always takes great care of the customers with their car needs. I recommend calling Jason up when you need your vehicle serviced.

Although we couldn't arrive at a deal on the first visit and test drive, a follow up conversation got us to a fair deal. Juan was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with and everything was handled efficiently, getting me down the road in reasonable time with a clean truck and a full tank of gas. I am very happy with my purchase so far, and will recommend Juan and Landers Toyota to my friends and family when they're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Troy was fantastic to work with. He was to the point, low pressure, very knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in, and personable. It was a breathe of fresh air not to haggle or trade in value and/or vehicle cost. He offered a fair trade in value that we were happy with and clearly explained our options. At the end of the sale, he took the time to walk my wife thru all the features of her vehicle and demonstrated them, which was very much appreciated. I can t remember the exact days after the sale, but he called to check in and see how things were going with the vehicle and how we were liking it. I've been using the service dept for YEARS for all of my family's cars, regardless of make/model and/or where those vehicles were purchased. Johnny does an amazing job at taking care of us, and I see all customers receive the same attention and respect from other Service managers that I receive, too. The waiting area is very comfortable, and the free wi-fi, car washes and bottled water are a GREAT bonus! The entire experience from pulling on the lot to driving away was a pleasure. Toyota of NW Arkansas should be proud to have an employee like Tim Rueda. The dealership itself is stocked with lots of vehicles to choose from.

Our service advisor, Don Joiner is by far the reason I give Toyota of Northwest Arkansas an excellent rating. I've never seen him without a smile and pleasant disposition. He's so helpful and makes us feel like his only customer. We always bring our Sienna in for scheduled maintenance and always get great and efficient service. Even if I didn't have a Toyota I'd still come here for service!

Went in to have 20,000 mile checkup which includes tire rotation and oil change, all was completed in very good time. Service representative was very professional as well. The car wash is always appreciated.

Highly recommend to find a different dealership! We have had 3 terrible experiences. The first one actually buying a truck which has had multiple issues we have paid out of pocket to fix. 2 attempts to buy again from them proved we will never ever go back. I just hate to sale or trade in the current truck we have with all these issues to anyone else than who originally sold it to us- Steve Landers NWA!! Please take my advice- go anywhere else!!

I worked with Kenny Merritt at Steve Landers Toyota fo NWA. We had a great experience with him and his service. We were not pressured, I don't like feeling pressured, especially when making such a big purchase.

Additionally. the SD map card was missing. I made a simple phone call and spoke to Kenny. He acknowledged my need and took care of it right away. As promised, I received the SD map card in the mail in a very timely manner.

New 2020 Tundra Crew cab owner!!! Excellent service from start to finish, what normally takes 3+ hours to just about 2. Our new truck had a dead battery when we were getting ready to leave the lot, and they took care of it and put in a new one immediately. We were on the road in no time!!! We will definitely be back for our future Toyota truck purchases and we will make sure we spread the word!!! Keep up the good work!!!
