This place opened only 6 weeks ago and you would've thought they were there forever. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and give great recommendations in regards to what type of therapy you should receive. It's VERY clean and private when you get your cryotherapy done. They have the latest cryotherapy machines that are able to emit heat as well! This is the place to go. I tried 40Drop first because they advertise everywhere but they're completely closed due to technical issues! That doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. This place also offers floating and other services.

I came into this place on the recommendation of a trusted coworker not really knowing what to expect and feeling a bit anxious. After my first visit I can now say I will be a regular and I would highly recommend to any individual looking for relaxation at its finest! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the services they provide. Saying stress-free and easygoing would be an understatement.

Total Rejeuvenation is the most physically, emotionally and spiritually healing place I ve been. The facility is immaculately clean, the staff is educated and encouraging- it s a wonderful place for healing and health.

I strongly recommend the flotation therapy, it takes patience and repeated floats to truly unlock the benefits from floating but once you learn you're own process of how you approach a float session the gains are substantial.

This place was amazing! I had my first cryotherapy session today and it was PERFECT. I felt safe, the place was very clean, and I left there feeling amazing! They offer salt and floating therapies as well.

I have been going to total rejuvenation now since the first week it was open. Best decision I have made for my body. I'm a postal carrier and walk 12 miles a day and stay busy outside work. The squeeze and freeze method of cryotherapy and normatech makes my legs feel refreshed. I also recently had a knee problem and no pain after I did cryotherapy. Total Rejuvanation offers so much physically and mentally. Best part of it all is the owner Josh is a class A man and treats you like a friend not number. You wont regret your decision of coming.

My favorite thing after a workout is the cryo then normatech leg sleeves aka....FREEZE and SQUEEZE!!!! Amazing recovery benefits. Stop in check out all they have to offer. Cryo, float therapy, salt room, and infrared sauna!!!

Which is my favorite therapy? It depends on my mood and the time I have. Floatation Therapy "takes you away" - definitely something that should be done 1-2 times a month(or more). When I don't think I have the time to float, the halotherapy room is a great 45 minute ant-stressor. Breathing in the salt air just makes you feel refreshed. If I need a boost of energy or recovery from yard work pains, the cryo therapy releases endorphins and is a great boost during the day.

I love everything about that place. Been going there nearly two years now.

Josh and the team at Total Rejuvenation make it very easy to set up appointments to heal the body and mind. I would recommend the cryo therapy if you need to recover quickly! Also, the salt float to clear your mind.

I am such a tough critic... But I couldn't find 1 single thing wrong with this place! From customer service to cleanliness to the postive vibe you feel when walking in... I was relaxed and comfortable at the door. I did haleotherapy... After I left I felt very relaxed and could smell everything! It has been 3 days since I went and I can take really deep breaths without coughing! Anything that benefits my health I will definitely continue to do... I Will be back to visit again soon! I came to TR for my first float session about 2 weeks ago. I suffer from anxiety, and depression. I entered and the staff welcomed me with a smile, the place was very clean. Josh took me back to the float room and thoroughly explained the process for what needed to be done pre-float, and post float in order to enhance my experience. The tank allowed me to fully focus on the issues I was experiencing in my life, address them, and move past. After that stage, I experience full relaxation, and a completely empty mind(which is a very rare occurrence). Exiting the tank after my hour and half, I almost felt a sense of being reborn. My mind was thought free for many days to follow. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend a float therapy. I ll be back to not only float, but to experience the other treatments they have to offer! Thank you Josh, and thank you Total Rejuvenation. You have a life long customer!

Great place to go and relax. Very well kept & clean. I really enjoy the cryotherapy, as it has helped with inflammation in my body. I would highly recommend floating. Floating has helped me both physically and mentally relax. Josh & his staff are very kind and ensure you are taken care of.
