Do not use Kevin Reynolds. He is not helpful, leans towards the seller instead of the buyer, was extremely hateful towards me when I questioned the agreement. On a good note, I did find an awesome realtor that landed me a sweet pad.

Agency wasted our time. We went through the process of scheduling a viewing and applying for a rental property, only to learn that the owner doesn't like cats. WE HAVE CATS and disclosed this upfront. Why did they schedule a viewing and accept our applications? Their picky owner also did not like that we were applying for his property that was so much more expensive than the current rental we've lived in for years. Yeah, that happens when the current owners of your rental like you so much and want you to stay that they never raise the rent. We have ample income and know we qualified. I don't think the Re/Max realtor advocated for us - not our excellent rental, job history, or income. Realtors are blowing up our phone trying to lease to us. Agency needs to be more organized, prepared, and communicate better. Most importantly, RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS' TIME.
Horrific! I literally had to find EVERY house we viewed myself! The realtor, and I use that term lightly, Ramona M. just didn't care and she kept rushing us to "pick one" After viewing a house, she would ask our opinion and if we didn't like it, her attitude became dismissive. When I would find and give her possible addresses, she'd pick one or two to meet us at and that would be the end of it. She treated us like we were nothing and she refused to show us many homes. She also had the ugly habit of talking behind my husband's back; attempting to encourage me to go against him and "push" him into a decision. She finally ended up telling me that she couldn't help us because our price range was "below" her usual clientele; she told me to find someone else and she wouldn't hold us to a contract or obligation to her. This lady totally wasted our time. We're now scrambling to find another realtor because we're on a deadline and she knew this from the start. I am going to file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission and I'm glad I have documentation of our interactions.

The atmosphere at this office is great!! The staff is always so very knowledgeable and willing to help. The agents have so much knowledge and years of experience as well. If you are looking to buy or sell you should definitely give them a try, you won t be sorry you did.
