Paid for a $95 bouquet, only for them to be dropped off outside of where they were supposed to be delivered in 10 degree weather. The delivery driver made no attempt at calling Me or the recipient, so the bouquet was left out for over 4 hours and ended frozen/dead.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with fresh flowers on Valentine's day while I was out of town. Unfortunately I walked in the door looking like I had stolen flowers that were put on someone's grave in the cemetery that morning.

Molly from Eastern floral was amazing! She was supportive and helpful when we had to change our plans from a large wedding, to a intimate ceremony due to covid. She also did a fantastic job capturing the look I was going for in all of my flowers. Everything was delivered and set up on time, and exceeded expectations. The lady's were very nice and welcoming. I went in with no plan and the really set me up with a beautiful arrangement. The flowers were for my anniversary. The were the flowers that were in my wedding. The box worked great for transport and the wife was very happy.

This business reached out to me to make things right when I was dissatisfied with the quality of a costly balloon bouquet sent to a friend in the hospital. Their willingness to make the customer experience a good one is appreciated. The individual who took my original order via phone was pleasant and accommodating, even calling the hospital to confirm the recipient (in ICU) was cleared to receive the balloons.

I went in thinking they were pricey and posh. Boy was I wrong! Very affordable arrangements and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Needless to say this will be the only florist I use. And they're on the opposite side of town from me so what does that tell u?

I worked with Molly and the team at Eastern Floral for my wedding reception last month, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The floral arrangements were a highlight for me, and Molly seemed to completely understand my vision from our first meeting. My bouquet took my breath away, and the floral decor turned out exactly how I had pictured it. Highly recommend!

They have poor business practices and represent competitors in negative manners on search engines so they can gain notoriety in a dishonest manner. I would not recommend this company for this reason alone. If they are this desperate for business that should be a strong enough reason to not go here. Shameful.

Reached out to them at like 4am a week ago to do a delivery the same day for a family members birthday. Anytime in the day selected, they attempted delivery bright and early by 11am. They were unable to reach myself or my family member for the delivery and made multiple attempts at delivery for us still. She was finally home the day after that and they delivered her beautiful flowers. They are stunning and can't believe how good their service is. Highly recommended!

Eastern Floral is AMAZING! My husband sent me flowers "just because", and upon delivery, I noticed one of the flowers in the arrangement was snapped. Mild bummer, but I called Eastern Floral and they quickly took ACTION. They offered many solutions, and ultimately we agreed that they would deliver me a few new flowers to replace the broken one in my arrangement. GREAT! Welllllll, instead, they delivered an ENTIRE new arrangement to me. WOW! That is amazing customer service. I immediately called them and thanked them for their amazing service! Over and over again, I was told on the phone by their rep, "We want you to be 100% happy with your flowers, no matter what! So we will do what we need to do to make that happen." This kind of customer service and care is unheard of these days. 5 stars! Will definitely be a returning customer!

Flowers are always delivered on time and look as good (often better) than the images shown online. I receive compliments all of the time about the quality of the arrangements that we order from Eastern Floral. Highly recommend.

In the past few months I've had to order three different sympathy floral designs. Each and every bouquet I have ordered has been absolutely STUNNING! They always exceed expectations! When I called (last minute-after the holiday) I asked that they use birds of paradise since that was my friends favorite flower. They sadly told me they were out, but would try to get them in. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they went out of their way to get my friends favorite flowers in for me!!!! I wouldn't order through anyone else!! I haven't been in here in eons! Nice selection of flowers and gifts. Very nice staff. They even had a discount area with some great deals. A bit pricey for some things, but it was a fun shop to browse.

Delivery and communication was great. The flowers are pretty but I was hoping for a little more impressive bouquet for $63. The recipient really liked them so I will give four stars.

I forgot and didn't order my daughter a corsage for the daddy daughter dance until the day before. The first florist I called was rude and basically laughed. Eastern floral was wonderful. Their staff was great, helpful and got it done in time and beautiful (and reassured me that it was fine)!

Molly was great to work with for our wedding this past month. She knew exactly what I wanted despite my ideas not being fully formed, and she offered suggestions for table centerpieces that would fit into our budget.

During our picture taking time before the ceremony, one of the groomsmen knocked the top of a flower off of his boutonniere and they were able to fix it up on site for us.

I made the order online which was pretty easy to do. One of the few shops in the area that were able to get the order together and out the door to the address specified. Wife loved the quality and arrangement of the flowers. The vase was also much nicer than we were anticipating. No complaints from either of us.

Eastern Floral did our wedding on 2013-09-01 at Bay Pointe Inn on Gun Lake, and they did an amazing job. We had them do our centerpiece flowers, boquets, cocktail tables, and flowers for the guys. Everything went very smoothly, they setup on time, everything was correct, and they accepted the returned vases we rented the next day on labor day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially at Bay Pointe because they had far lower delivery fees than other places we looked at. They even took a bunch of pictures from our wedding and put them up on their site!

I called Grand Rapids location to have Valentine's day flowers sent to my girlfriend at work. ( spectrum health) i didnt have address so i had to call back. When i did, I got the Holland location. They didn't identify the location so i presumed i was talking to Grand Rapids store. Gave them the address to spectrum health. Had to pay upcharges cuz it had to be delivered by noon. At 11am they called and said she didnt work there and asked if it was lakewood location in Holland. I asked how i got Holland location and said they answer each others calls. Long story short. She DID NOT recieve the flowers because they assumed spectrum was just down the road and never bothered to look at the delivery address. To clarify this is the Eastern street location and Holland location. Very unprofessional....to say the least they probably whipped something together at last minute and still didn't get there in time. I asked for a dozen red roses and they sent 3 pink roses in a vase with a couple lillies and bunch of filler. NOT HAPPY.

I use Eastern exclusively for sending out flowers or plants to employees for various reason. The product is always excellent, Website easy to use, and if there are any issues, Eastern will respond quickly and take care of it.

I bought some red roses well over a week ago now and they are still going strong. The customer service was outstanding as well. I bought roses from a few other places in the past and they have died within a 3 days. Eastern Floral is my new go to florist from now on.
