I would say you have a 50/50 shot.....so far the midtown bank has been the worst. There are some really good tellers..but some of the ones at midtown are super snooty. In my opinion they should treat people equally no matter there finacial situation. I have been on both ends of the spectrum and i definitely received different treatment.

The drive through banking is prompt and polite. The 5 stars is for the staff going the extra mile to be helpful. I once had an important work badge fall off my lanyard in the parking lot and they found me and returned it to me. That was really above and beyond what was required of them.

1) Inconsistent policies depending which teller is helping you, which is confusing and hard to plan around, 2) sketchy technology including a personal banking app that will crash your phone. Wonderful customer service and I've always had great interactions with tellers, 3) not so much with supervisors. 4) Go with one of the great credit unions in Anchorage if possible. PS Northrim keeps their lobbies really hot, not great in summer
UPDATE: I'm now here again 2 days later and Northrims entire computer system is down. They aren't closing, just refusing to do most services. Again, sketchy tech causing problems for your customers. This customer will be leaving ASAP.

Its blah since kendall left. All the bankers are zombies and they charged me $30 for an overdraft even though id payed the bill before they charged me. (took out $100 out, $100 back in before the fee hit) still charged me illegally because Ive told them several times turn overdrafts off. if I don't have it, don't overdraft just decline the transaction.
