Only been here for events. Nice and modern but not top nudge. However, staff is very friendly and professional.

Very clean with friendly staff. Just wish the coffee shop was open on saturdays.

Hotel is under renovation so my stay was very noisy, even at night when I was trying to sleep.

Very affordable, clean and well equipped. Received a welcome cookie upon checkin. Has a nice gym. Wish there was continental breakfast though.

Had Sunday brunch there and it was really good. Lots of food options, good service, live entertainment and bottomless mimosas. They were about 10mins late to open that's the only reason I am not rating them a 5 but this is a must try. You will not be disappointed..

Awesome view from the 9th floor. Great looking rooms. However the room layout could have been better. We had a terrific time, kids loved the pool and cool entrace double aquariums. Our families celebration was done at the hotel penthouse. Lovely turnout. Very memorable for the entire family. We felt well taken care of.. thanks Double Tree By Hilton..

The servers of the event were all sweet and fast at their jobs!

Smallish rooms, tiny bathrooms. No queen size beds, just 2 doubles or single king. Staff is just ok, nothing special here

Nice hotel - had a week training there and was taken care of well.

Really like this hotel due to its convenient location across from the Del Amo Shopping mall and another services and shopping. There is ample parking in the front and side parking lots. The main lobby and common areas are updated, clean and well maintained. There is a small but well appointed gym fitness area as well as an outdoor pool and jacuzzi in an outside courtyard adjacent to the bar. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. The standard king room was updated, modern and very clean. They made good use of such a sml space for the bathroom as it does have a roomy shower. The room had a balcony which was nice even though the view was just of the street and mall. Overall, it was a great experience and reminds me of the great quality that the Doubletree line of Hilton hotels had in the past. Recently, I've found other doubletrees to be dated and in need of renovation. This one is an exception. Great for personal and business travelers. Highly recommend.

Still after all these years an elegant place.located cross the streets from one of the biggest mall in southern California. And not too far from selected variety of restaurant. Centrally located in on biggest city in the south bay.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly but little things bugged me like bathroom door not locking and a lack of outlets.

Top ranked hotel that is definitely worth the money. With a super large shopping center across the street, it's the hotel of choice.

This place is amazing. I travel around quite a bit and have stayed in many hotels throughout the country. After an issue with a hotel my partner and I were supposed to stay at in January, we decided to stay somewhere else. DoubleTree had the lowest prices for it's high ranking and didn't disappoint. We were greeted with friendly smiles, cleanliness, and freshly baked cookies. DoubleTree has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, bar, coffee bar, gift shop, car rentals, tons of nearby food, clean rooms with designer quality sheets, and a great atmosphere.

I choose DoubleTree as often as I can when I travel due to my first experience with them. They never disappoint.

I didn't get a nice view because I was on the 2nd floor and my window was facing bunch of air condition units on top of a roof. Walls are thin, so you can hear people in other rooms around you. No tv guide button on remote. Front door slams shut. Wifi sometimes doesn't work. Only thing I did like was the breakfast buffet at the restaurant.

Easy to find off Hawthorne boulevard. Clean rooms disinfected Before & After every guest. Having Del Amo right next store means several eating options as well as entertainment. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. If I needed a place to stay in torrance for a couple days I would check in.

Location is good, rooms are standard but internet connection is poor. Continuous connection is broken.

Hilton honors floor was amazing. Breakfast was great and you can never get enough cookies.

Great event on penthouse level. Very clean and great service. Only complaint was delay in getting an elevator to that level at conclusion of event.

The hotel rooms are extremely dated. Also, they started doing construction at 7 am. The bed was comfortbale.

Room was spacious, clean and the price was very reasonable. Son loved the pool. Staff in the bar & Managers friendly and very attentive

Lobby was very inviting. It has a really nice lobby that is a nice backdrop for photos.

We scheduled a room in the suite for an event, the staff was helpful and available, the elevators though fast, didn't stay open long enough and one of them was broken, it caused a little bit of a backup as there was a line for an elevator which I've never seen before. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would probably use the suite again as it had a beautiful view of LA at night, and was very spacious.

Our favorite place to stay in the South Bay area. Consistently good.

Rooms were a little small. Also, I couldn't get a self service luggage cart, it came with a guy. Which may be a good thing or a bad thing, depending.....

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy when it starts. It was super annoying. Else, the venue is okay. We complained, but they did not "Make It Right", that's just marketing slogan. It means nothing.

Unacceptable service! I checked in online this morning for for 3pm check in. Got here at 530 and my room is not ready. Wow. Just wow. The nice woman who helped me did offer another room until my room is ready. But no time on when my room will be ready. First time staying at a doubletree and I won't be doing it again. A warm cookie doesn't make up for the time I have to rush to my commitments.

no shuttle service...the room was nice..I signed up for 3 persons. rhe toiletries was perhaps only for 2. Reception staff was very nice. They summoned a bellman to help us with our luggage. I was a lil disappointed to see there was a bellman because I physically pulled a cart out of a nearby room to haul our luggage. My husband (physically challenged) pushed the luggage cart to the reception area which is then I noted front DESK summon help for us. Very bad of that bellman to be sitting and not a wink out of him. He helped us but I wasn't to thrilled. he was in eyes view of the entry/exit doors to the hotel. One star less cause of that bellman

The room was nice but needed to be cleaned. I don't understand how the "housekeeping managers" aren't inspecting these rooms prior to releasing them for occupancy!

The phone was full of dust and there was no screen on the door off the balcony.

I spend good money to stay in these rooms and I expect them to be CLEAN.

The hotel is very clean all the way from the lobby to the room. Everything was great, except there wasn't a microwave in our room. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything at this hotel shout quality. From the lobby to your room everything perfectly manicured. Once you book a room here you will be pampered and pampered some more. By the ambience and the cleaning which is Hilton. The parking is ample easy to access from the street and there is the nearby Del Amo Fashion Center. The prices are steep however the quality is exceptional.

Nothing special. Rooms with connecting doors are very loud!

For years and years I've been coming to this Hilton for the Thanksgiving buffet. It is wonderful. The service is great and the food undeniably delicious and filling.
This Doubletree Hilton is a beautiful hotel and I'm always happy to spend time here with my old neighbors. We even spent the last year's holiday here for dinner. I have always been happy.

Its ok they give you a free cookie but the view isn't that great

Great hospitality and warm-hearted service. They really go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant and carefree one. Thank You so much for organizing stamps for my bunch of postcards on a day when Post Offices were closed and on the next day would be too far to go before leaving back for Europe. You are amazing! Looking forward to my next stay hopefully real soon!

I don't like it Because I'm very old, the outside rooms look pretty but the rooms look like my grandfather's age / i don't liked because the rooms look old and from outside look nice but the rooms bot are good look like my granpa age

It's always been nice here...the staff has always been very supportive to our group and they have helped in anyway possible to make our stay easier.
