Very satisfied with the service and delivery! Because my ordered item was not in stock, I was helped on the phone by a very pleasant, helpful employee. After this employee asked the manufacturer whether the article could not be delivered, he called me with the solution to send a better variant of the ordered article with all the necessary stuff to use it for the same use. So in the end I got a better version with more functions (shipped the same day!) Without having to pay extra. A very pleasant experience and a very enthusiastic and pleasant employee! Highly recommended.

Several times indicated that the microphone is not working properly sent first time when they said that there was nothing wrong after the 2x with audio was sent, it was only tested for half an hour and sent back immediately

Top case! Personnel have business knowledge and time for the customer, actually quite naturally but far away to look for. Supply is very wide, prices very competitive and also flexible, therefore perfectly fine! #ToneControl

Order not delivered on time, and nothing indicated by ToneControl. Timecode vinyl not packaged protected so that it is delivered curved (as part of a larger order, no possibility to exchange "manufacturer's margin of error"). Update: Afterwards contacted the owner, 2x new timecode vinyl sent. It is fair that there is also a deviation in this, but less than the previous copies. These may be returned free of charge. Would have been more convenient if they had given the option of "money back" in the store (and not afterwards in this comment !!) or a response like take these new copies home to have a look. I think the new copies could not open in the store. Overall, a star upgraded, but not the beauty award.

Super fast delivery of the ordered pickup needles and securely packaged. Top. I don't know how I got it done, but my needle suddenly turned 90 degrees. Had no reserve so just ordered 2 needles.

Since another company (Bax) is not taking it so closely with its staff and products, I looked for another company and ended up with tone control. After a telephone question about the supply, I already got it home the next day. Everything perfect incl shipment, tone control has a new customer.

Although the site indicated that the order was in stock and I received a shipping confirmation, this turned out to be incorrect. I got a call from a ToneControle employee saying this and their apologies. They went out of their way to send it as soon as possible, but if that didn't work out for the weekend, they offered a loan copy. This was not necessary what 2 days later I still received my order. Well arranged and well communicated!

Really great service! Ordered a PIONEER XDJ RX2 and a few boxes. 2 days later I got a call from a very friendly and cheerful employee of the company saying that unfortunately they forgot to order my boxes. And whether it was okay for them to send me others who are bigger and much better. And the price difference would be for them. I agreed and received an email with the difference between the boxes. I was very happy with the replacement boxes! Good solution and super fast service. I also received the promised travel bag and dust cover with the DJ set. I am sure to be satisfied. Recommended!

Friendly personal customer service, even if you don't buy anything there. So they are clearly there for the music and not just for the money. And as they claim on their website, I have it double checked, they indeed have the lowest prices in NL (and DE also compare Thomann)

A store that offers real service! I have been coming here on the advice of music colleagues since 2 years. Always helpful, take the time on the phone and think along with you. "Do you mind the parking meter" when I come to get something from the store. Or "That connection works, but with this impedance it is better to choose another cable, and hey! It is even cheaper too!" Just called about the shells of my professional headphones and then they just look at it, they also pick up advice for recording my mixer to the iPhone and advise them well and friendly again. (Compliments to Luuk / Luc?) Keep it up, this is the way you should run a store / business!

Top company! Ordered a microphone and kept me informed when it would be delivered. This was also done neatly. In addition, I couldn't find the microphone I wanted cheaper anywhere. Finally, I had asked another question by email and it was answered after 1 hour with good clear feedback and useful links. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in the so-called "service" they provide. Instead of thinking along with you, they only work against after making a mistake (which can happen and is human). The worst part is that they don't want to take responsibility for it and try to pass it on to the customer. Below in the comments you can read the communication between me and an employee.

A CDJ Tour 1 ordered from this company, because it was not in stock because the stock copy had already been sold and not yet processed on the website, ToneControl immediately re-ordered the ordered product so that I could receive my order after 2 working days today. take. Super service ToneControl, also a super good service for the fact that the information on the website was not yet updated. I really don't like to leave a negative review but I really have no choice. They have sold a really cheap product that doesn't work, in fact the wrong product arrived, late and at first they tried to make me pay for the return shipping. After almost a week I got a shipping label, but I now realise I have to now walk for 1km with a 30kg package because they sold a cheap product that is not functional to any extent and they refuse to take responsibility. Either I do this or I don't get my money back. It would be very easy for them to choose a shipping company that collects, I also have a small injury on my foot making it very difficult. I find it pretty unethical. I would never deal with these again.

When we stepped out of the sleek new showroom, we did so with a particularly good feeling! It is designed in such a way that the gear comes into its own. There is a selection of the best from mainly Pioneer and Denon DJ, but also Korg. Very professional but also very friendly staff.
