One more customer less media market! The staff at your location in Alkmaar is more busy with each other than with the customer. I simply wanted to ask where I could find the product I was looking for. But the clearly non-work-related conversation of the colleagues was apparently a priority. From now on I will save the trip to your store and will order my product from an internet party that is willing to speak to me. Missed opportunity!

Very Disappointed. Mediamarkt always claims to be the cheapest and customer-oriented. Now it took a while before I was helped that is understandable because of the crowds and corona rules. But when I showed that a product was cheaper at the competitor (which I found out in the store) I did not get it for the same price. While earlier this year I managed with other products at another location. I was able to demonstrate it and they confirmed the price difference. But it didn't work out. Didn't buy it then. And also not with the competitor because the stock was there. This concerns a SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch 46mm Silver media market 205, - bcc 189, -. Away customer and not earned 189 euros media market Alkmaar. I would like to negotiate this again. You can deliver and bcc not in the short term.

The MM has become smaller, but remains a large and diverse range. Price is not always the lowest, it is worth comparing.

Just in the store super good help, friendly staff and good explanation where it was checked with care and good questions what exactly I wanted.
Went home with a soundbar of over 800, - only to find out that 1 cable was missing. In the store itself it was already said that if something was wrong I could just come back or contact me.
When calling the media market, I got a woman who was difficult to understand and who did not want to put me through to the branch. She told me to go back to the desk with the whole article wrapped up to ask for help "what kind of cable" I would need.

I knew exactly which cable I needed and just wanted to know if they had it in stock. Transferring or checking whether the cable was there was not there. It was only repeated that I had to pack the sound system of 8 articles again and wait at the counter. How bad that you don't just let customer service run per branch.
In the shop / floor super staff and behind the scenes some rotten company that does not interest the customers at all.

So BCC next time for me.

Tried to call four times to request more information about repairing a product, but unfortunately no one answers. Worst service ever.
