I really don't like to leave a negative review but I really have no choice.

They have sold a really cheap product that doesn't work, in fact the wrong product arrived, late and at first they tried to make me pay for the return shipping. After almost a week I got a shipping label, but I now realise I have to now walk for 1km with a 30kg package because they sold a cheap product that is not functional to any extent and they refuse to take responsibility. Either I do this or I don't get my money back.

It would be very easy for them to choose a shipping company that collects, I also have a small injury on my foot making it very difficult.

I find it pretty unethical. I would never deal with these again.
