Typical salesmen. The guy "helping" us had a stuck up attitude and was really no help at all. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tom Peck service is always prompt, courteous, and advocates for the customer. After trying a few different Ford service centers, this one is worth sticking with and returning to when repair or maintenance is needed.
On my most recent visit I was slightly disappointed to see that the "Oil Change Needed" alert was not reset. I called and the service center apologized and stated that it would be taken care of anytime. Unfortunately, I live 12 miles and 25 minutes away. It's an inconvenience to return.
I'll stick with the service center and quick lane, but I'l also be checking that wok is complete on the next visit

Lupe in sales is great helped me figure out exactly what I wanted.

We came from Arizona to purchase our new Shelby 350GT from Lupe. We worked the deal over the phone before hand. We flew in to the airport and they picked us up. Above and beyond. Paperwork was ready to be signed we were in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Lupe!

Generally, I hate buying cars . . . even considered Carvana because I despise salesmen! I went to Huntley Ford with my guard up, but I was taken back by the experience. I actually left there elated. Was nice to have a good car buying experience for a change. Short, sweet, and no lessons in mathematical futility!

Great experience purchasing F-150. Mike Schmidt was great. The service people cleaned up a couple minor things quickly and professionally.

Walked in skeptical because I had never purchased from a dealership before and didnt know what to expect but Jerson made the process easy to understand and had patience with all my questions and concerns,for a first time buyer I am impressed and will definitely be returning and referring family and friends.

I took my F150 into Tom Peck Ford for the transmission recall. Even though I never visited this dealership before they treated me like one of their own. I was a bit nervous about the change but they reassured me that they had completed many of these changes without issue. Everyone was very nice.

I've been bouncing back and forth since the end of last year to make a purchase. Instead of feeling pushed into buying a car, Joe worked with me over a span of two months to find the best fit for me. He sent me home with some literature, helped me shop around online to find the ride that was the best fit. I've shopped through dozens of car dealers and none had the respect, integrity, or the will to make the numbers work for my family. Now, I'm a life long customer! I went in looking to see what kind of lease I could get on a new F150. The pricing was not in my budget. My sales person Gary Smith suggested a Certified Used Truck. An hour later I drove out with a 2016 F150 with 12,000 miles on it. The deal and the truck were fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was no pressure and very professional right through to financing. Felt very comfortable. I highly recommend seeing the people at Tom Peck Ford. Could not be happier!

Tom peck ford ,quick lane has been great I have a PT cruiser and haven't had any issues with anything.I get oil changes,tires replaced,etc.and I also own 2011 ford focus,that I do bring there and have had no problems.I am a very satisied customer.

Just got home from Tom peck ford in Huntley with the same car I came in but 5 HOURS later! One of the worst experiences and poorly managed businesses I have ever dealt with. We went there this morning to look at the different colors available for the Explorer, since we have already been dealing with a wonderful salesman Dominic at the Hopkins ford dealership. I was approached by a salesman Joe, at which time I told him exactly why I was there and that I wasn't buying a car from there I was simply looking at the colors that were available. He convinced me and my family including 2 small children to come in to run some numbers on different vehicles. He wanted desperately to sell us the 2016 explorer sport, we looked at the sticker price and told him we could never afford that. Joe said not to worry.. they will for sure work with us. And from what he and the manager bill were offering us, we couldn't pass it up. We were negotiating prices for a lease, I asked what score we needed to be at for our credit ( I didnt ask that question because our credit score is in the 700's .... OBVIOUSLY DUH) at which point Joe said that didn't matter in the least, what mattered was what we were negotiating now, how much money down and how much we were comfortable with per month. He gave us a number and asked if we would do the deal at that price, then shook our hands and said congrats when we agreed. They synced my phone into the vehicle and took the car to get detailed... perfect right??? WRONG!!!!!! 2 hours later I called my husband who was still there to see what in the world was going on just for him to tell me that they couldn't give us that price after he went through financing. I was appalled, how can you shake on a price that was completely not even based on our individual financial situation???? How did they come up with these numbers??? I immediately went back to pick up my husband and to speak to bill the manager who said " trust me, we want to sell you a car more than you want to buy one..." real professional bill and that's the exact truth straight out of the horses mouth... we care more about ourselves, then we care about you and your situation and will do ANYTHING and waste anyone's time to do it. Classy!

Well, my experience went downhill fairly quick with these guys. They had a car posted online at $39,995. I am out of state and trying to make a deal over the phone. They came back with $12,000 dollars of additional fees putting OTD price around $52k.

It s the only dealership I have ever dealt with that added $1400 to the advertised price just to keep the car clean and ready for sale on the lot. They even tried to at $4k-$5k for some maintenance package that would ve done absolutely for me as I live 1200 miles away.

I feel the transaction could ve gone extremely smooth if they would ve honored their advertised price. However, that is far from the case.

Buyer beware. It s unfortunate that this dealership tries to be shady and add to the price using the low price to get your attention.

Keep in mind, they were already at the high end of the market value for a vehicle with over $1700 worth of damage to the front end.

Couldn t had been any happier with my Ford Escape purchase. Even with how strange times are now, Eric Cardona was exceptionally cordial and helpful. Thank you again! Highly recommend him.

Horrible customer service, will not negotiate the price for the car. They act as if they are doing you a favor trying to sell you a car. Just overall not a great experience. I don t recommend anyone doing business here.

Needed a used truck. The 2004 F150 I bought is slightly more used than I wanted but, fits the budget and demand for now. Hope to upgrade in a year or two, and will shop first at Tom Peck, Huntley. Great staff...sales, finance and service.
My only disappointment....after all was finalized and papers signed, the truck was pulled up to the door for me. At this time I was handed only ONE key and told $30.00 for an additional key and a $120.00 programming fee.....OUCH!

Mike Zell, used car mgr, contacted me and I now have my spare key. Just a simple oversight and a little confusion.....nothing that will keep me from returning for my next truck. The customer service level, no matter what department I've dealt with, has been exceptional!

I would strongly advise NOT purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle we were going to purchase on a Saturday was not on their lot when we put down a deposit; it was getting detailed. They misrepresented their Huntley Package as certification for a warranty, added packages we were told were "free," and fast talked through the warranties. When I emailed and called stating we wanted to buy it outright after looking at the paperwork on Sunday which handed added over $12,000 cost to us in warranties, they quickly tried adding cleaning the car and spraying the engine so they could try to tell us we needed to pay for it. So essentially, they would not sell us the vehicle for cash for the price listed and they still tried to add a warranty. They wanted us to finance to help THEM, get better rates. When we canceled and walked away, they still tried to negotiate. It took over a week to get our down payment back. We found a local deal that was better mileage, straightforward and NO hassle.

Joe was extremely understanding of our needs and had the patients to deal with us even though we brought in our 18 month old for most of the car buying process.

Great job to Julian, Got me a truck for work that was in my budget and that looked great! When its time to get another one Ill be coming back to Julian

I ended up having Joe Johnson help me out and he was super friendly and didn't try to overwhelm me with sales gibberish like the previous ones I've had to deal with recently.
