Joe Basile did a great job working me through the process of buying my new explorer. He was responsive and understanding throughout the process. I never felt pushed or rushed with anything, which is nice to see when dealing with car sales.
Staff was super courteous and friendly. I had a few issues with the paper work and the team was helpful and responsive to getting it resolved!
