Shopping for automobiles is not among my favorite activities. I am not a new car aficionado or hard core negotiator. We looked at other cars and decided on this new car from Tom Peck Ford, Huntley because we felt we needed to upgrade our transportation for frequent trips. We felt that Mike Hanson was interested in our business and eventually understood our desires as pertained to cost and amenities. I have read the negative reviews contained on this page and I have had conversations with others, personally, who had negative feelings about Tom Peck Ford.
Mike and Mark are simply trying to make a living in this dog eat dog business. I was willing to work with them and determine for myself if I felt Tom Peck Ford was worthy of my business. I ended up purchasing.
