Back in February, my father and I needed to buy a car and quickly. I had just been hired as a Minor League Baseball broadcaster in Wilmington, Delaware, and was leaving in a week. I needed a car to get to and from work and had just gotten my driver's license a couple of days earlier. My dad and I walked in and were greeted by an absolutely fantastic salesman. The salesman we worked with - and the entire staff - at Tom Peck Ford was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. After being showed a used Nissan Versa that had been brought in a week before, we decided that was the car we wanted. We were able to purchase it on the same day and drive it out later in the week. The vehicle came to us in impeccable shape and it has worked out wonderfully for me during my seven months in Wilmington. Thanks to Tom Peck Ford's promptness and helpfulness, I was able to get my car in time to take this job.

I spoke on the phone to a salesman by the name of Tom. I explained my situation to him - what I expected for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the vehicle that I was shopping for. I insisted that I would not make the 40 mile drive unless he assured me that the numbers worked over the phone. When I arrived, the terms of the previously discussed arrangement had changed completely. I feel that I was deceived and am very unhappy. Needless to say I didn't end up buying the vehicle that I originally went there for.

Came in for service on my explorer and I was greeted by Adrian who explained the features and let me go on a test drive in the new explorer ST. I came back the next day and was assisted by Jon Osvath who ended up helping me wrap up the purchasing process. A huge thank you to both of them I don't think I would've been as happy if anyone else had assisted me. These two really know how to treat someone with respect.

Horrible service I drove 2 hours away because they said they had the car there. We arrive there and they didn't have the car, then they said they would call me too let me know when the car would be there they never did I was checking the website page because I was super interested on the car. I noticed they uploaded pics so I call and ask if it s there they said yes so I m in the process of purchasing the car when they call me back saying it was SOLD. They clearly laughed at my face they deff need better management. The least they could of done is pay for my gas money.

Went to go check out a 2017 mustang gt they had for sale. Immediately was met at the door by Julian. Super nice guy and wanted to make sure I got into the car I wanted and pay what I was comfortable with. The car was a little over budget and after talking for a good amount of time Julian worked his magic and got me into the Mustang while still keeping me in budget and on a reasonable loan term. I shopped around at many dealerships to get the right car for my college graduation gift to myself. I barely know anything about cars but I knew I wanted a car that would be good in gas and looked nice! Adrian Sanchez was the salesperson who helped me out and was very patient with all my questions. I know other sales people want to make a quick sale but he took the time to talk to me about important aspects of the car that I should watch out for when shopping for a car. I like that I can go in for an oil change without an appointment, get it done in about half an hour, get my car washed, and get out for a very reasonable rate. And since I've been there before they have a record of the work that has been done and can advise me on what needs to be done.

Lupe has great product knowledge. knows exactly what you need and know his inventory very well. stopped by to see a truck but didn't end up choosing that one because Lupe helped me pick out something that better fitted my needs.

I usually go to quick lane for an oil change because I don't have to wait long and service is done immediately.This time however, I went at 8:50 AM and there were 2 people ahead of me. I asked them how long do I have to wait. He said about an hour, which is fine. It took more than an hour which is not too bad, because they told me I need the tire rotation. They put my car up for rotation at 9:55 am and was ready at 10:22 AM. I drove my car going home and I noticed a flapping sound that I never heard before the service. I turned around and went back to the dealer and told them about it and asked them to have someone drive it to listen to the flapping sound. They put the car up again and they found what cause the sound because of the rotation they made. They corrected it and after 20 minutes they test drove it. they gave my car back and the sound is gone. My only comment is after they finish the rotation, they should at least test drive it before giving it to the customer. Other than that, this is the first time, I had any problem with the dealer . I will still do business with them, It was a simple and little error they made.

They had the truck we needed in stock. Their price was the best we were quoted from any other dealers. They made the whole process smooth and proffessional.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible experience with Huntly Ford. I had made an appointment with a women named Molly to test a vehicle. She confirmed the car was available, then I drove an hour to the dealership to be told by someone else that the car had been sold two hours earlier. A young man then tried to sell my on a new Ford. So when I talked her, that means the car was already gone. I had told her on the phone I was an hour away and she still confirmed the appointmen . I felt very disrespected. I doubt the car was even real at all, it was probably a fake listing. Even after asking for an explanation I recieved no answer. Dont waste your time with these guys, because thats all they will do with you, waste your time. A business should have more respect for customers.

Extremely aggressive. I was essentially detained until I bought a car. They took my keys to look at the car I wanted to put towards something new, and they refused to give them back. I should have called the cops. You will find only soulless salesmen at this prison next to a dying outlet mall.

Shifty promos. They sent a flyer to my wife saying she won a prize. I stopped by with flyer and told salesman that we aren't looking at cars until the summer, but would be interested in a Taurus sho at that time. He told me, that I couldn't redeem prize ($5) she would need to drive up here. Lol bye
