Came in for service on my explorer and I was greeted by Adrian who explained the features and let me go on a test drive in the new explorer ST. I came back the next day and was assisted by Jon Osvath who ended up helping me wrap up the purchasing process. A huge thank you to both of them I don't think I would've been as happy if anyone else had assisted me. These two really know how to treat someone with respect.
