I spoke on the phone to a salesman by the name of Tom. I explained my situation to him - what I expected for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the vehicle that I was shopping for. I insisted that I would not make the 40 mile drive unless he assured me that the numbers worked over the phone. When I arrived, the terms of the previously discussed arrangement had changed completely. I feel that I was deceived and am very unhappy. Needless to say I didn't end up buying the vehicle that I originally went there for.
