Today, we spent a lively afternoon with Roger Svab who showed us the ins & outs of the Ford Edge. Bob Mels, the manager, was helpful and good natured as we worked thru the details of our offer. And Larry, the Finance Mgr, was informative but not high pressure as we talked about the usual offers for warranties, yada yada yada. Roger is very knowledgeable about the tech aspects of the Edge and made us feel comfortable with contacting him in the future with questions. We did not find it high pressured ~ Everyone listened to each other and worked for a compromise. Very enjoyable experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I had reviewed Huntley Ford with 5 stars, but reluctantly have to change my review due to the recent turn of events. I feel my options of getting in contact with this dealership are running out. I had leased an F-150 from them on 9/5/2020. After waiting and waiting for my new account information to show up, nothing. After checking their website to see if my trade in vehicle as listed, nothing. Finally contacted them on 9/23 and was told I had to resign my paperwork. Why did it take ME contacting THEM to have them tell me this? Ok, fine, I resigned the paperwork. I asked when my trade would be paid off then. Was told a check would be sent in a few days. Fast forward to 10/6; trade is STILL not paid off. According to the bank in which my trade's lease is through, a pay off hasn't even been requested by Huntley Ford. I contacted the finance manager again and was told he'd talk to the office manager to see what the problem is and get back to me. It is now the end of the day on 10/8 and received no answers. They are holding my financial integrity in jeopardy. Another payment is due on the trade in a couple of days. I have no interest in making a payment on a vehicle I don't have possession of AND is listed for sale on a car dealerships website. By reading this dealer's bullsh*t responses to reviews, I want my trade in paid off and this matter put to rest for good. I will explore my legal options too. This has gotten unnecessarily complicated. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
First time visiting Huntley Ford had a great experience . Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Peter was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Answered all our questions and was very understanding of what we were looking for. Ended up getting a 2020 Ford Explorer. Will definitely be back and will be recommending my family to come here. I have been buying ford vehicles over 25 years and been working with Mike Hanson for most of them at another dealer. Mike Hanson now works for Tom Peck and deserves 5 stars for his work ethic and honesty. I recently bought a new ford focus and every thing from start to finish went well. There was some hiccups in the service department that were taken care of. All an all everything is great.

Plate number 2222 Limited Expedition in a greenish/ gray exterior brake checked me on my way to work today, and followed up with the middle finger - as a representative of not only a brand but a dealership i would hope someone sits down with the older fella and talk to him about being more of a man. I drive a manual and that was completely un called for. man up and dont drive off next time

We were looking for an F150 and saw the selection at Huntley Ford on their website. We drove 20 miles to go there. We looked at both new and pre-owned trucks. Our salesman, Corey Denman, took us through vehicles in our price range. He was very patient and helpful,... no pressure. Finally bought a 2018 F150. There were a few follow up items, as can be with a pre-owned vehicle, but nothing major, just little items, but Corey followed up and fulfilled our "asks". I did recommend them to a co worker. Very good experience. Ask for Corey Denman.

I contacted the dealership on a Friday requesting more information about a car. Was told I would get the information on Saturday. Saturday came and went. Got contacted on Monday via email. None of my questions were answered. So I called, was given the runaround and told they would get me my requested information. Here I am on Tuesday still nothing. So now today I called. I just got off the phone with someone saying they would contact me soon. This will be the 3rd or 4th person I ve talked to.
My question would ve taken 5 minutes to answer by walking out to the car and verifying a few options.
I can t recommend this dealership, they appear very unorganized and unwilling to help. I m out of state, although I told them numerous times this fact, they kept telling me to just come look at it. Not that easy...
Take your business elsewhere, perhaps somewhere that appreciates your interest and is willing to at least answer the simplest of questions.

A great car buying experience at Tom Peck in Huntley. Very easy making the deal on a very nice 2018 Fusion. Salesmen Mike & Gary did a great job for us. Turns out that Mark in finance & I have a very similar backgrounds at Lane Tech, living in Arl Hts and growing up in similar Chicago neighborhoods.

I bought my used 2002 Ford Sport Trac a couple years back and it is still working great. I have not had any problems with it. I worked with Corey Denham and had a great experience. To be honest, Huntley Ford was the third dealer I visited during my hunt for a new truck, but I should have started here. They had an extensive inventory. The team was no pressure, transparent and helpful in the decision process. I originally came in too look at a used F-150 Platinum and ended up buying a used F-150 King Ranch. I would recommend them to anyone.

George in the Quick Lane has been servicing my vehicle since I got my first Ford in 2009. Each time he has been personable and efficient, always explaining any issues I had in simple terms that were easy to understand.
I made an appointment for a vehicle here and called in to make sure it was available because it is a decent drive away. I arrive at the dealership and they tell me they sold the car an hour ago (before I called) and would not be able to help me. I will be going to another location.
I wish I could rate this dealer higher. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and polite, and there was always someone to answer the phone.
Unfortunately when I was talking with my salesman, I was informed their absolute "best price" was actually $4,600 HIGHER (plus tax) than their advertised price on both their website and CarGurus.com. This did NOT include the additional $5,681 in extras they also tried to tack on!
Again, everyone was very polite, but it's not appropriate to advertise the vehicle for one price, and then demand $4,600 more when someone calls. I'll shop elsewhere.
