I usually go to quick lane for an oil change because I don't have to wait long and service is done immediately.This time however, I went at 8:50 AM and there were 2 people ahead of me. I asked them how long do I have to wait. He said about an hour, which is fine. It took more than an hour which is not too bad, because they told me I need the tire rotation. They put my car up for rotation at 9:55 am and was ready at 10:22 AM. I drove my car going home and I noticed a flapping sound that I never heard before the service. I turned around and went back to the dealer and told them about it and asked them to have someone drive it to listen to the flapping sound. They put the car up again and they found what cause the sound because of the rotation they made. They corrected it and after 20 minutes they test drove it. they gave my car back and the sound is gone. My only comment is after they finish the rotation, they should at least test drive it before giving it to the customer. Other than that, this is the first time, I had any problem with the dealer . I will still do business with them, It was a simple and little error they made.
