Worst ever service that I had seen. No wonder the delays are here. TLS being 3rd party takes no responsibility what so ever the situation is. Had my visa appointment on 25march and today 8th of April yet to recieve my visa and pp to travel, no update no query no mails for the delay. I planned my travel on 8 april but now i cannot travel because of the visa delays.
Tls always tells it is up to embassy to decide however they can help the customers with valuable feedback what is happening instead of telling the same rules again n again laid in their book. Tls doesn't care for the customers for them they are just processing vis and nothing beyond..
