The service is very fast, only two working days, I get my passport, amazing! It is very convenience for customers in this center, the staff is realy nice. I changed the collection method (I chosed the delivery first, but I wanted to change to collection after 10 mimutes) when I told the reception, and they changed it very soon even it seemed a complex procedure for them. When I collect my passport, they are really very kind.

It went smoothly when I went there (14 Feb 2017) aside from queing in this freezing winter weather, but I just recieved an email from TLS saying that I need to provide my original insurance and copy of it, but yesterday when I went there, on the receipt it says that I don't have any missing documents, now they told me that the consulate general need my insurance????? I have provided it there and this can be proven by the receipt that you gave me, so tomorrow I have to get back there just to give a single piece of paper, really!?

NB To all those who use the internet cafe next to the contact centre, the friendly man who offers to check your application, charges an extortionate fee for a read through, photo copies and print outs. He can't guarantee approval but will gladly take your money.

Having read the poor rating by staff it's no surprise applicants are treated like dirt. A couple with a young baby passed through 3 members of staff and waited 30min in a hot waiting room before a thoughtful member of staff fast tracked them to a counter. A mother asked several times to be fast tracked because she was late picking up her children from school, was ignored despite the contact centre running late with their own appointments. I saw asian students treated with disdain if they made a mistake or dared to ask a question

I may have had an okay experience but I couldn't ignore people around me being treated like dirt. I will avoid this service as best I can.

Waited two hours for an appointment. Only 3 out of 15+ counters working. Staff is unprofessional, disrespectful. Running around and laughing instead of working. The woman taking my biometric materials was eating and expected me to guess when she will be taking a picture rather than talking to me.

Overall, I ve been to a bunch of TLScontact centered all over Europe, and this one is by far the worst.

I went there for collecting my wife's passport, as soon as I went inside one of their officer named Jordan started yelling and shouting at me for no reason, I didn't know him or had any trouble with him before or was going to have any business with him sooner, then I asked him the reason for being so rude then Jordan shouted:"I don't want to talk to you, get out now" with such a high volume several times. so innocent, didn't even know what's wrong between me and him, felt was treated very badly and very rudely, then I asked for an apology from him for his madness, then he said: "my name is Jordan, do whatever you want to do, and get out of my sight!"

What a super welcome from France, bravo! Journey cancelled, they are not friendly to travellers!

Worst visa experience. Overcrowded, document requirements are redundant (they returned all the copied requested at the documents checklist), staff are unbelievably rude - I was shouted at when I asked why the phone use is not permitted.

Highly recommend using another visa service if possible. VFS, which deals with the most of Schengen visas has been much more pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely loving the customer service (Name - Gladyas) and TLS courtsey. I reached passport return counter late and I had no authority letter to collect passport on behalf of my wife but they offer time extension to me to secure a printed authority letter from my wife. I am really thankful and obliged. Thanks TLS

Shocking experience. I had all the information and apparently I had booked an appointment with 12 other people? The unprofessional receptionist then went on telling me who the people were. I tried telling them that why would I book an appointment with people I don't know. What was humourous was that the receptionist then proceded to tell me that the passport number was wrong despite me literally copying my information into the booking appointment website. The receptionist was rude and was sarcastic the entire time. Not only that but I feel like he was particular rude to my family as we are Chinese. Multiple times, the guy mocked our understanding of English despite it being clear that we established the fact that I was capable. I went on a 6 hour journey just to go to a centre which refused me in because an appointment error that THEY MADE, yet they blamed us. We then asked for more information on how to deal with it and they refused to give to us. The TLS is just abusing the fact that some people pay for their appointment beforehand and then just turn them away. TOP TIP: DO NOT PREPAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist. The guard was actually the only person who was professional. Understanding the fact we've travelled hundreds of miles just to prepare for our holiday. Now what are we left to do? I do not have any other time than today so that means I'll have to cancel my holiday plans. Truly disgusting. They just act rude because they know that's the only place you can apply for schegen, through their company.

Incredibly rude, unbelievably untrained and unfriendly, and deliberately unhelpful staff. Every single time it's a nightmare. I can't understand in this country this level of terrible service is permitted to exist. It's a humuliation to French consulate and I wish they can read the reviews themselves.

I'm really surprised this company is running visa application services in so many places of the world. This TLS centre is completely customer unfriendly as is their website. At the centre i was put in the situation of no choice but to go through premium service (i was late 20 minutes). The stuff was helpful and polite; but all the processes: booking and amending appointment; filling in application form; waiting at the centre - were just horribly complicated and unclear; they do not aim to take care of the applicants.

Okay, so it's gonna be a long review and I am going to share all of my experience!
I applied for 3 months multiple entry Schengen visa through French embassy, just got for 2 months!
Not very satisfied by the service TLS offered. I booked an appointment with a month in advance. They never properly guided me what to bring. I had bought an annual insurance policy for European countries that didn't include Spain and Greece.
On the appointment day, they first told me your picture looks old, how old is it? I answered that it's probably 3 and half months old and they started insisting me to take another picture because its not gonna be accepted. I forced them to accept this picture because I was no way going to pay to take another one. Later, they pointed out my insurance saying it doesn't cover Schengen areas, but in my defence, I told them that I am just going to France on this trip. They were like no, you'll have to either buy a new insurance or write a cover letter that you are submitting incomplete documents. On agreeing to change my policy to cover all Schengen areas, I needed to make a phone call to my insurance company. They said you'll have to buy a premium service because you can't make a call from here and if you go out of this area, your current appointment will be null and void. I was like okay, get me another appointment then, I'll come back again tomorrow or day after tomorrow. The next appointment they offered me was after one month. So, unwillingly, I had to pay extra 27 pounds for a premium service that was just for using a phone and changing my insurance policy which took no more than 10 mins. Aarggghh
Besides, they never informed me that my passport is back and when I tried calling them, it was a 0845 number which is charged for at least 7 p per minute and I was kept on a half an hour wait.
What a sh** experience!
But I am writing this all up so that others should just be careful of these things before using TLS services!

Pathetic , Consulate of France need to reconsider TLS . They may be cheap to execute business but their service is horrible. France wants visitors to come to their country but this experience is not expected and consulate should take this seriously before it gets too late

The TLScontact website has a clear procedure to follow for a visa application. At the end of the procedure I obtained a clear list of documents required at the interview. I've been told that many applicants turn up without documents such as travel insurance, travel tickets, hotel tickets not ven yet booked as required and then complain about TLScontact as a whole. I brought anything needed at my appointment and I got my visa smoothly. If applicants are too lazy and don't bother to follow clear instructions, I don't thinks it's anyone's fault but theirs. And if they haven't got enough money to buy what's needed for a holiday, then they shouldn't go on holiday at all.

It was so good with them. Specially with mileni , Mohammad and Valentine. Service was very nice in counter no 3. They helped me start to end. For buying travel insurance, fill the application form , printing all of them etc. Specially it is very good for people like us who is from different country. Overall, Fantastic. I would like to give them 10 but sorry there is only 5 availalable.

Worst experience ever! 4 hours to give documents to someone who is so rude and arrogant! I have applied for the toughest visas (UK and USA) and it never took me so long and I felt so insulted by the personal.

Came here bit late for my appointment due to train delays and cancelations, but they helped get through my appointment with premium service. You really have to pay for it tho but rest assure they have a fast and reliable service.

It was the second time I've been in TLScontact for...

It was the second time I've been in TLScontact for French visa and this time is absolutely shocking. When I talked with staff, their unprofessional working attitude and the way of speaking seemed rude and threatening to me. They always show an attitude as if they can chuck you out just if they like. I was sold the premium service unhappily at first but I do like the staff working there who dedicate to their work helping us finishing application. For the main office 'supervisors', I am not sure if I was in some mobs.
Hope there will be any other option to submit my French visa application in London and avoid this office. I'll try other Schengan visa next time.

Aha so rude agent . Asking the Unnecessary documents .wasting our times .we are planning to travel to swiss for a week .we bought eurail pass because we can use some free travel option in swiss .is this necessary that she asked my wife " you are going to swiss now you bought 31 country pass and refused to accept the application and asked for buying the flight tickets. I paid alot of money on eurail with no refundable. And she asked to do another appointment .f .waste our time. I will keep posting negative feedback on all social media for this bad company . To owner ,you should check your service.

Some stuff are very very very bad temper, but that is ok if they can dealing with applications well. Unfortunately, they mass it up. I bought my travel insurance in post office, for European 1. The staff said Spanish isn't included in European 1, I should buy an insurance cover all Europe. She even put the former person's delivery label into my folder. But the biometric man found that. Maybe the former person can't receive her passport without her delivery label.
The lady in return window is extremely bad attitude. I have no idea why she is so cold and rude.
Why Google map can't choose zero? I don't want to give them one star.

The service is what you would expect and if you have all the correct documents it will go smoothly, The place is crowded but the staff were friendly enough. I didn't have a photocopy to their standards and the lady serving me made a one for me without any fuss.

I had a terrible experience with TLS

I had a terrible experience with TLS
website is very difficult to deal with
Location was very difficult to reach and had to walk a lot, first time I arrived late and I had to get another appointment
trying to call the call center with very painful, very limited period to call, very long wait, and my request was not approved
the next time I came the was a mistake in my application due to the difficulty in dealing with website
I tried to explain but the employee did not listen and dealt with me with arrogance and I was kicked out however the problem was from the call center not mine
I had to get a new appointment which meant that my flight would be missed and I lost the money used for booking and had to book another flight
next time I came earlier, I had to stay long wait in the cold under the rain and bird dirt
there is no appropriate waiting area outside or even a shelf to handle or prepare my papers
the queue inside is very long and slow
I think you have a serious problem with staff shortage
privacy sucks, it is too crowded and everyone in the queue can listen properly all the questions I had to answer regarding my nationality, trip, and the problem I had. even the screen of the x ray to scan the bags is directed to out side so every one in the queue can see the contents of the bags being scanned
some of the employee had bad English I hardly could understand
last thing I asked to get in a toilet, I was told to finish my paper processing first because the system doesn't allow time in between stations, after that I found my self through a passage to outside, I asked to enter again to go to the toilet and I was stopped from re entry

I went there today for the France visa and came back EXTREMELY disappointed.The whole process is a desaster. First of all, they ask you to refill the form with handwriting and any single small mistakes(even like a letter),When you finally got all my stuff ready you're supposed to wait with your reference number (8 digits) until it shows up on the screen which is totally CHAOS and confusing, you have to wait for ages and constantly look up for your number on the screen among a bunch of different ones and they are not even in the right order!!!! While I was waiting, I quickly cast an eye on my phone just to check the time, I was not even USING my phone, and the guy at the counter saw it just came up to me and KICKED ME OUT DIRECTLY even without allowing me to explain it, which is so rude and unreasonable!!!! I was told I have to rebook my appointment and they immediately withdrawn my application, however the next available date is 40 days later!!!! Just to imagine how hopeless they can make you...all my plans were totally RUINED, If I had a choice I would never chosen here.

The experience was very good and really quick. The staff is very helpful and kind, especially my mum who does not speak English : one of the member of the staff was able to speak Spanish and it did help a lot :-) I had issue with the insurance I bought previously and advised me on how to get a new one with the correct requirements. Really impressed that it was so quick, usually in other consulates from my experience, it takes much longer. thank you for the service!
